The food itself isn't bad. But everything around it is messy and doesn't feel inviting. No proper explanation upon arrival. Noise from gaming children and loitering delivery drivers. The staff just pushes the dishes onto your table without explanation, and there's little spontaneity. It's a shame, because it used to be a great place.

I also think the time between eating and ordering is too long. I understand that they want the chefs to not be busy, but still. -+ I also find ordering by phone stupid. It can be annoying if you're in a large group, as you have to coordinate to order something. - The people who work there literally don't care about you. You could drop dead and they don't care. - So many rules. You come on the weekend to relax, not to read and understand all the rules (I heard through the grapevine that this wasn't the case in the past). - The benches and chairs were uncomfortable.

Absolutely don't go here, it's terrible. It was inedible; much of it was undercooked or overcooked. Some of the food was even out of date (off-colored, curdled). The person I was with and I got sick almost immediately. Sickening. The staff was very unfriendly, didn't say anything, didn't ask if it was good, and didn't explain anything at the beginning.

This is the most uninviting restaurant I've ever been to. No atmosphere and the same fake pink blush everywhere. Very cheap. The restaurant is divided into two parts with a large wall between them. So, first of all, I'm incredibly disappointed... Unfortunately, we were ripped off, and massively so. Nowhere did it say that it was all-inclusive. The staff explained and told us something completely different. They explained to us that it was a completely normal restaurant where you simply order with your phone. Accordingly, we paid €75 for less than two rounds and one small drink, and there were two of us, by the way. Furthermore, the staff took our personal data, such as age and name. The dishes were dirty from time to time. The toilet was, I'm sorry for the word, but it was really disgusting. When we got in, we sat down and waited for the staff for 15 minutes until I had to get up and let them know we were there and wanted to know how it worked. When it then took her another 10 minutes to come, she didn't even speak proper English and expected us to understand her, because we didn't understand her, another member of staff came and explained it to us without even mentioning the price or that it was all inclusive!!!!!!! The food was in really tiny portions and not that tasty. Things often didn't arrive or arrived much too late when we had already put on our jackets. When we were finally able to order, the system failed and we thought it had worked, but then the system had a problem and we thought we had already ordered 25 minutes later and we noticed that a lot of people had the same problem. When we then had to go back to the staff and asked where the food was, they said they hadn't ordered from us. Then we had to order again and an hour had already passed. And I wanted to inform them that we had an appointment afterwards and had to hurry and we even made that clear to the staff. And then I went to pay and was shocked. Unfortunately I had to go, otherwise I would have argued for so long until I paid the appropriate price. I am very disappointed and this is fraud.

The food is good. There is a downside though if you're with more people, and you're the vegetarian in the group, your veggie sushis and food will be brought up on the same plates with the rest of the food. I'm just happy I have no food allergies because I don't think it would have worked. The place can get a bit busy and loud, but the service was friendly and overall it's worth the money as an "all you can eat".

Actually, Sakura's review almost put us off coming here. But luckily, our favorite restaurant was closed. So we were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of dining here. We can't understand most of the negative reviews! Super friendly staff, good to very good quality sushi, reasonable prices. Eating high-quality food and being full is generally more expensive in the Netherlands than here. Ordering takes a bit of getting used to, but by the second round, you'll get the hang of it. Ordering is done via smartphone. The food is freshly prepared and arrives promptly at your table. We also really like the fact that there's a penalty if you order dishes but don't eat them. Reservations are advisable in the evenings, as it gets quite busy by then. Which also speaks volumes about the quality. In any case, we were happy to have ended up here by chance and felt at home. We'll definitely be back next time!

Honestly, I don't understand some of the reviews. We ate at Sakura Huis twice during our vacation, and both times it was excellent. The service was great, and so was the food. The meals we order are freshly prepared and therefore brought to your table fresh. What I personally really like is that you have to pay a fine if you order something and don't eat it; this immediately puts an end to food waste. We will definitely eat there again on our next vacation.

went here with my boyfriend for dinner. €92 paid for maybe 10 pieces of sushi and a few meat dishes. We were here for 1.5 hours and weren't even full. They couldn't keep up with the maki rolls so they just skipped it. Absurd! We paid for it and never got it. Eventually we just left because we never got around to it. Running children everywhere, nothing was done about it. The meat is "sometimes" halal because they look at what is cheapest in terms of purchase... waste of my money and time, I think 20 minutes is too long. Scam. Poor quality, slow and asking top dollar, enough other restaurants that ask the same and give more. Too bad. And the toilet is also dirty... I really wouldn't want to change my child there, there were only brown/yellow stains on it...

It is a fairly large restaurant where it can also be quite busy. Ordering is all done via your own phone which makes everything quite impersonal. The food and drinks are put down by the service. So it is a somewhat impersonal concept something we have seen more and more often in recent years. The price quality ratio is fine here so it is definitely worth trying. They are all small (sushi) dishes that you order in different rounds. So you can try a bit of everything.

Last year we were already in the cute little Sakura in Domburg, which we gave 5/5 with distinction. Unfortunately, the Sakura House in Middleburg is not recommended. There is a relative limitation in the number of rounds and dishes, which is about half that of other “all you can eat” round restaurants. Only 4 rounds of 5 dishes each. A dessert round. This is not an all you can eat!! We didn't really like the dishes themselves. Some of them are very small and have strange sauces, which unfortunately take a negative toll on the taste. Service leaves a lot to be desired, we were ignored several times. We didn't tip.

Ordered Sushi and the Teriyaki Steak. They used to be the best but over the last 1 year they got worse. Charging 9€ for Steak, filling more than 75% of the box with onions and then little bit of chewy Steak is NOT worth it and fair. Not sure what happens on the way to our home (which is 5 minute drive away) but the whole Steaksauce was in the bag. They already know its going to leak so they put it in the bag. The whole sauce was in the bag like it flew around 5 times. Absolutely not worth it anymore and we won't order anymore either. If you do quantity over quality this is what's happening.

We were just put at a table without any explanation of how it works. The system is ultimately very useful! Food took a very long time. Sushi from round 2 came in round 4 or 5. After each order there is a 20 minute cool-down time. It's ridiculous that it only takes 40-50 minutes to get your order. Everything comes together. Rice was chewy, tasted very old. I ate here for the first time last Friday evening, and I really enjoyed it. A time slot of 2.5 hours was more than enough to be able to order everything in terms of food and drinks. Ordering was easy via the QR code on the table, after which the various options were clearly presented. Drinks are relatively cheap compared to other restaurants. Service was fine, fast and pleasant. What I also liked was that it was not noisy in the restaurant, which made the atmosphere even more attractive. The staff did everything they could to bring everything to the table quickly, with a smile and a short explanation of what was put on the table. The food itself was delicious, both the miso soup and the fried dishes and the sushi itself was delicious! The only drawback for me was the taste of the squid rings, they were far too tough and I could hardly eat them.

We were on holiday in the area, so we ate here for the first and last time. We were received, without a word we were assigned a table. Then other staff pointed out that we had to order food via the QR code on the table. We soon discovered that we were only allowed to order 15 dishes per round. That's not very much for 4 people. Some sushi you only get 1 piece. The food was delivered super quickly. After eating 4 pieces of sushi, we naturally wanted to order more. This was just not possible, we had to wait another 15 minutes until we could order again at that time. There was apparently a 20 minute cooldown between each round. If you only get 2.5 hours, there isn't much to order. The food itself was tasty, not much choice. When it comes to dessert, you can only order 2 small desserts per person. For us that was only 6 small desserts with the 4th. Every other dessert was €1 when paying. Very scanty. We think this concept in this way is very unfortunate. I think this should be stated more clearly on the website. We were there on a Tuesday, it was wonderfully quiet. It's not a big restaurant. No drinks included. There are high chairs and changing mats available.

Ate here last weekend. We are used to good food here, but last time it was disappointing. The price has gone up, which is understandable, but then you expect it to be just as good and not less. We first had to wait fifteen minutes for our seat, after which we were hurriedly seated at the table without any excuse that it was taking a while. Fast, fast, but not very bad. We then ordered food and drinks, which we had to wait another half hour for. The 5 rounds of eating were not possible. The first dishes only arrived on the table after an hour and the other rounds also took a very long time. Now it is often the case that something from round 1 is sent with round 2, but this time about half of each round never arrived. That was very sad because you don't know whether something will come and you have to wait, or whether you will order it for the next round. We only had half rounds except for the last one, which was fairly complete. We asked what happened with these rounds, to which it was indicated that we could do more rounds, but that also went wrong and it really stopped after the 5 incomplete rounds. Also no dessert. We then drove past McDonalds to end the evening without being hungry. Normally we like to come here, but after this time it was more expensive and we were still hungry, so not really all you can eat, we are not so satisfied...

Upon entering, there is a blowing air conditioning on heating at 28 degrees with a ticking fan. Not a great entry, but air conditioning was turned off immediately after asking. That was the only positive thing I can say about this review. The food was downright nasty. I have been to such a restaurant before, but this one is rarely bad. The table was cleared by someone wearing a winter coat, clearing (with plates where the napkins were half hanging) and serving was done simultaneously on the same tray, tasty food! When clearing the table, my wife was almost pushed off the chair by the waitress. Not once asked if everything was to our liking. Afterwards we were asked if we had enjoyed it. No, if I'm being completely honest it was actually pretty gross. The answer was: unfortunately, but you have to pay for the 5 sushis that are still on the table. Why ask what was wrong with the food when you can immediately try to increase the bill in response?! Of course you didn't pay an extra euro. The staff has absolutely no affinity with the catering industry, they just do whatever and they don't care about anything else. I won't come back here even if I could eat there for free every day. So look further if you want to have a nice evening with good food.

Sakura has delicious sushi but also dishes from the griddle, etc. I've been here a number of times and the food remains delicious. I think Sakura is one of the better restaurants of all the sushi restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend Sakura! The service has gotten better. The staff is a lot friendlier and they now tell you what is being put on the table (which is useful, especially for people who come to eat there for the first time). Previously you could order everything on a tablet from Sakura itself. Now you have to scan a QR code yourself with your phone. The biggest disadvantage, in my opinion, remains that you can only choose 2 desserts per person.

We had dinner here during a weekend away. There are several sushi restaurants, but we chose this restaurant because of the look on the site and the menu. You had to pay extra for a lot of sushi (it was not mentioned on the menu or on the site), so this was disappointing. Sushi was very simple, mayo on everything so everything tasted pretty much the same. The duck breast and beef cubes were our favorites. The restaurant was very noisy and noisy. The young blonde girl at the counter was very friendly and made sure that the service improved a bit. In the end we had a nice meal but wouldn't come back anytime soon. Parking is available in the large parking lot across the road (paid).

I had placed a decent order to have a nice sushi evening! Unfortunately, a spanner was literally thrown into my food, the tuna was rotten, smelled and looked like it! I called the company politely to report this and possibly resolve it together, and there was only denial and the gentleman continuously defended that he gets fresh fish every day, saying that I have no doubts about this but that I am certain. that this was fish from the previous day! Extremely shameful and zero customer friendly, I would also advise hiring a capable Dutch speaking person so that they can answer the phone properly and resolve this properly with the customer! Damn, disgusting rat eaters 😡 I have to give 1 star to even post this review You are not worth that, and people's reviews on home delivery are absolutely not legally valid, as a company you can judge yourself!

There was nothing to complain about the food, but the service was very poor and slow so we only had 2 rounds. Dishes ordered but not received, receipt was incorrect at checkout and a very grumpy hostess. It was really freezing and without atmosphere inside. Half of the staff does not speak Dutch or English. You can order 5 dishes per person every 20 minutes. You are required to order at least 1 drink per person, which is not included in the all you can eat price... also only 2 desserts per person. Sushi is not freshly rolled. Otherwise quite tasty but nothing special. You have to order with your phone with a QR code that keeps getting stuck.

Extremely bad service!!!! I had never experienced this before. We had made a reservation, but upon arrival there was no one at the bailout. Finally someone shouted from a distance: reserved for 2? Go there! (I find it very unfriendly) no one came to the table so after 10 minutes we scanned a QR code (there was also no map or explanation on the table). Ordered drinks but nothing after 15 minutes, then also ordered food, which came after 10 minutes but without drinks and without soy sauce. Service is very unfriendly and does not speak Dutch. For example, €2 extra for 3 pieces of tuna sashimi, they weren't even nice pieces either, a bit of a downer since this is one of my favorites.
