Sally’s Salami’s in Wijk 02 Noorderpark

First, I received someone else's order. Then, a while later, they came back with my order, but it was cold and already nibbled at by someone else. The half baguette with herb butter was missing; what was left of it was clearly bitten into the foil, and the herb butter looked like it had already been heavily dipped in. The fries were just a small half bag and cold, so half of them had already been eaten by someone else. The only thing that hadn't been touched yet was the baguette with minced meat. I had expected at least some compensation after delivering the wrong order first and then not even having the right one with them. And then you get this cold, nibbled mess. The food is quite tasty, but for delivery, I say: Don't do it. I have ordered 3 times before and things were missing there too. It is not reliable. Unfortunately, I will never order here again.

I paid 26 euros for a salami pizza. My pizza had 2 pieces of salami and the rest was under the ham and chicken. (It turned out that the wrong pizza was delivered.) I also ordered a sandwich with chicken. (It was only a piece of chicken, no sandwich.) I also ordered a kapsalon, only the potatoes were burnt. And the potatoes were wet and soggy. Uh, I called and the only thing they could say was that I had to pay extra for the right pizza, I wouldn't be able to get the money back. Or if I ordered extra next time, I would get extra extra of everything. In other words, bad business.

I had the kapsalon. It came with garlic sauce, which wasn't included. There was also no bun. It was more like a bowl of potatoes, onions, and bell peppers. There were less than two tablespoons of meat. One slice of cucumber. I've never had such a bad kapsalon. I had to eat more afterward because it was so small. It was the first time I ordered from them, and definitely the last.

More than half later than indicated (now took more than an hour and a half). Called to ask what was going on with the order. First excuses that made it all take longer and finally an apology only after indicating that I did not think it was a decent service. Coincidentally, the order arrived at the door 5 minutes later. We ordered: steak in gorgonzola sauce with fries. Steak was so so, gorgonzola sauce was something that might have been prepared next to the gorgonzola, but it was definitely not there in terms of taste... And limp fries... This was the last time I ordered from here, not recommended
