Neat, spacious place with nice furniture. Tables are clean and there are bottles of sauce everywhere, which is handy. The chicken burger with fries was fine. Good fries. Quantity and price normal. I have some doubts about the hygiene of the chicken in the refrigerated display case. It lies there uncovered in large quantities for several hours. And they surely don't sell that much on a weekday. No complaints about the staff, didn't hear anything unfriendly (which others do report).

Previously, my experience at the restaurant was very good, but unfortunately, I noticed a few negative points this time. Upon entering, I was not welcomed and the staff did not smile, which I found unpleasant. Furthermore, the food was not served as hot as it should be. I hope the service improves again and returns to the excellent level of the past.

Nice and clean place to have a sandwich. I had two sandwiches (chicken and veal). I liked both, but the chicken definitely stood out. The tables were spotlessly clean, and there were at least three or four tubes of sauce on each table! A smile, good communication, and sometimes pointing can really get you far! The men really appreciated us having our bachelor party (nine people) there for dinner, and they served us excellent food.

A friend of mine always eats there, he just fills his belly... I've been there a couple of times, it's not tasty, the service is so-so, 3-star.

Two years ago, I gave it 5 stars in my review with the following comment: Always good sandwiches! I and many family members eat here regularly. Unfortunately, I have to update my review now because the quality has significantly declined recently. On Saturday, my husband and I had a spicy chicken sandwich, and both had stomach problems/stomach flu the very next day. It couldn't have been anything else, because we hadn't eaten anything together the rest of the day or the day before. In addition, the man who now takes orders is extremely unfriendly and antisocial. Mr. Fikri, the owner, gave you a completely different feeling when you came to eat here. He had a smile on his face. It's a shame his staff is now ruining it for him. I also found it very upsetting to see the staff leave all their food on the floor behind the counter. Lots of bread and meat that they just walk over all the time :(

Clean restaurant, normal, good food. We ordered the Broodje Hete Kip and a Burger + Friet. Nothing much to say, just a normal burger place!

A huge step backwards; I don't see the "crowded" service as an argument. First, I got lukewarm soup, then I had to ask for the bread that comes with it. Then I received the wrong order (I was told I'd have to wait a long time if I wanted to eat what I ordered), but the bread wasn't crispy at all. I got a soft chicken roll. This isn't how it should be. Such a shame.

Terrible service! No sauce, confused man. And then, after 35 minutes, you finally get your sandwich and are immediately told to leave the place while being waved at as if you were a dog! Downright rude.

Chicken durum is not chicken durum but just a wrap from Sligro with some chicken fillet cut into pieces. A little durum place now makes fresh wraps from dough and has a chicken durum skewer. Very nice people though!

The price is nice and low in these dark times. The food is a 10/10 you have a lot of choices and everything is freshly made for you. The staff are always busy because everyone wants to eat here and still they are nice. Hard working people who provide top quality food.

Sandwich Fikri is a cozy place with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The sandwiches are always fresh and there is a lot of choice, also for halal and healthy options. I was helped quickly and felt welcome right away. The ambiance is modern and clean, which makes it extra nice to eat here. Highly recommended if you are in Hilversum and fancy a tasty, quick bite!

People who work there are unusually rude to children, my friends and I were told we would never be welcome there again and that they were sorry for letting us in. I will never eat there again, what a hassle they always make.

Quality has gone downhill badly, also the service, took a mixed platter, literally 1 lamb chop and 1 fish, lamb chops were still raw on the inside, completely black on the outside, fish fell apart, tasted bad and they didn't have rice, went back after a few months, now it has been renovated yesterday, so I tried again, sandwiches have a little less toppings, but the place is much nicer and cleaner, only this time it went wrong with the payment, the gentleman behind the cash register calculated from memory for 1 sandwich and 1 drink 17 euros, stupid of me, only found out at home that I paid way too much, but yes, it also depends on the staff that you trust, that's what they are there for, so an expensive sandwich, a shame

I asked for anything they had ready because my train was leaving in 5 minutes and they gave me a chicken sandwich with fries in less than a minute. I made it to my train! And i dont have to spend the next hour hungry. Thanks guys! The food was delicious ❤️

For the price-quality ratio it is very good. Don't expect a Michelin star restaurant. And yes, of course they serve less now than 5 to 6 years ago. Back then, chicken fillet cost 5 euros per kilo and now almost 10 euros per kilo.

Rude staff, unpleasant atmosphere

I come in the floor is very dirty toothpicks and used napkins everywhere. There are pigeons walking in the restaurant and the staff is not even surprised. This happens several times a day. Incredibly dangerous for food poisoning. I go to the toilet and there is no soap. I ask the staff if I can get soap, they say they don't have it. This means that they also have no soap to wash their own hands. They touch your food with their dirty poop hands. I've also seen them drop a spatula once and use it again. These guys are dirty and unsanitary.

Not a recommendation. First of all service was not good. Man doesn’t talk nice, behavior was not good. He wanted to finish the order fast. When giving the order it fell from him on the other food in the vitrine and the plastic bag tears. So I received an order with food that has been fallen in a dirty and teared plastic bag. Second, I ordered a sandwich with fries. The sandwich tasted good but the fries tasted raw they weren’t even fried for 1 minute.

No, I wasn't a big fan of this, I had a Durum, it was the sauce that made it a bit better, otherwise it was very greasy and it dripped so much, but I did eat it.

Een opsomming van pluspunten: patat inbegrepen bij iedere broodje, snel klaar, breed assortiment aan sauzen op tafel, achteraf betalen, ruime openingstijden, grote porties, goedkoop, er komt een divers publiek en een centrale locatie. Broodje hete kip is mijn aanrader!

GEWELDIG!!! Grootte van de porties zijn perfect en alles is super vers! Service is optimaal en de sfeer is ook ontzettend goed! Voor de verandering 1x naar Deluxe in Utrecht geweest maar wat een verschrikkelijke ervaring was dat. Ik blijf trouw aan Fikri!!! Enorm kwalitatief!

Beste plek om te eten in Hilversum

Eten was maar al te lekker. Wij willen dus niet dat er meer mensen komen. Broodje kip is al duur genoeg geworden ondertussen. 7,50!!!! Het was een jaartje geleden nog 5,50!!! Ik ben helaas geen miljonair en wil wel Fikri kunnen blijven eten. Kom hier dus niet... Sorry Fikri ik houd van jou!!
