Saté Lijn in Wijk 04 Nieuw Den Helder-Oost

In recent years, the quality has deteriorated terribly. Waiting 2 hours for some fries and chicken that is inedible. The satay used to be quite good, but the quality of the ingredients is getting worse and worse.

After waiting almost 2 hours for a portion of satay, it was finally delivered. I do not consider this customer-friendly.

Nothing but praise. We are regular customers; the quality and taste of the food are always good. In our opinion, the best spare ribs in Den Helder and the surrounding area. Delivery is always friendly and punctual. Even with larger business orders, Saté Lijn has never missed a beat. We will keep ordering.

It really took an unbelievably long time, we waited 2.5 hours for the food but the food was incredibly delicious.

Never in my life have I waited so long for my food! During the week, I had to wait a good hour and a half! It's outrageous. Once, and never again...

Just ordered spareribs for €33. Four pieces (should have been a kilo), and BBQ flavor meant a bottle of BBQ sauce. This time was really disappointing.

Awww, guys, oh my. Delicious food. Craftsmanship is mastery. And the icing on the cake: Styrofoam packaging. Perfect. Preserves the aroma and flavor of the food without leaking. Highly recommended.

He puts his food in Styrofoam containers, keeping it nice and warm. Delicious! Wouldn't change a thing! The food was on time, and I've rarely had such delicious satay.

Food takes a very long time, more than an hour and a half. When you call, it is standard now coming......... Then another 30 minutes later and yes, the doorbell!!! Also no discount or compensation from them. You can better go to a restaurant! Same price only better service etc... This was really the last time we ordered from the satelijn... Unfortunately we really tried it, but this seems to be their method. In the meantime, no more hunger and/or cravings after waiting more than 2 hours!!!

Bad service, 1 portion of satay and 1 chicken nuggets. still not there after 1 hour and 20 minutes. If you want to eat on time, order somewhere else...

It's tasty food but its always closed for delivery. Very unfortunate

Always good and tasty satay (all varieties). And the spareribs are perhaps the best in North Holland. Worth the price. Great tent.

This company uses Styrofoam packaging for delivery, although the food is very tasty, if you are environmentally conscious, you would be better off ordering somewhere else. @Saté Lijn, please switch to recyclable packaging material. Even plastic is a better option than Styrofoam.

It's delicious. Rest assured. But we've been waiting for 2.5 hours...
