Teleurgesteld, hadden gereserveerd om 10 uur om te ontbijten. Die avond ervoor had ik nog een e-mail gekregen om te bevestigen of we nog kwamen. Stonden we dus voor een dichte deur.. Bleek dat die mevrouw (die daar binnen was en even naar buiten kwam voor de glazenwasser) op de hoogte was dat het verkeerd op de site staat en pas 11 uur open gingen. Heel jammer!

Loved this coffees shop, I have been wanting to try it because it always has stylish people sipping their beverages outside and it definitely passed the vibe check. This will be one of my new coffee spots after work on Saturdays. Delicious coffee with stellar vibes!

Neighborhood is really my regular stop for work. They roast their own beans and the double espresso is perfect every time. You can tell that the owner is passionate about what he does, not just for coffee, but also for the customer. Always friendly and involved. Nice place with real attention to quality.

Restaurant lijkt op het eerste oog heel mooi maar details in de afwerking zijn heel slordig. Eten was hooguit gemiddeld te noemen en duurde lang voor het arriveerde terwijl de zaak slechts half was gevuld. Nadat een gerecht terug werd gestuurd omdat er kaas op de burger zat (zonder besteld) duurde het weer erg lang voor de juiste bestelling kwam. Ook zaten er tussen de patat stukjes van andere gefrituurde gerechten. Kortom geen goede ervaring.

Après longue journée, nous voulions prendre un verre avant d’aller manger et nous sommes passé devant. La carte est très chère 14 € pour un Virgin mojito quand il est moitié prix dans certains autres bars. (Je précise que les « sans alcools » ne sont pas notés sur la carte mais ont visiblement le même tarif que ceux à base d’alcool et inscrit sur le Menu…) La terrasse est sympathique, l’intérieur également, mais quand nos verres sont arrivés, déception : celui à la fraise, beaucoup trop sucré et écœurant et le basique menthe-citron justement pas assez sucré, mais c’était encore passable. Nous n’avons pas fini nos verres mais nous avons tout de même payé la note (28 € pour deux cocktails sans alcool). Nous ne reviendrons pas… Dommage.

This is a new coffee bar: NEIGHBORHOOD. Not the old place that a lot of these reviews are for. I visited today for the first time. The place looks very clean and minimal, which I like. Nice plants also. They serve coffee by Schot Coffee Roasters and the by Theemaas. I had the white tea, which was nice. Very friendly staff!

We werden super vriendelijk ontvangen, zelfs met hond. Het eten was ontzettend vers en zeer smakelijk! De bediening kan iets meer aandacht aan haar gasten besteden, verder niks aan te merken. Heerlijke middag gehad. We komen zeker terug.

Lang wachten voor dat je geholpen wordt,staan druk in gesprek met elkaar,en vriendelijk is ver te zoeken. En het is er niet erg warm klanten geven dut ook bij personeel aan.

Awesome sandwiches and smoothie bowls, great coffee. The Italian sandwich rolls are freshly baked and richly topped with meat or veggies. We come here regularly for Sunday breakfast and love everything on the menu.

The lady was standing alone on a Saturday afternoon. We waited over 45 minutes for drinks and then left without food because we had another appointment. I do not recommend this tent.

What a disorganized place.. service has never been that bad. Waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches that tasted like nothing and were left behind and unnecessarily overpriced. The owner can call me personally for some business tips... as far as I'm concerned, they should be closed for service if they think it's okay to treat so many people so poorly. Greetings

Unfortunately bad experience. I waited more than 1 hour for a few breakfasts, most of which were incomplete, coffee was brought much too early and much too expensive.

What a nice café to have lunch in, where you can eat delicious food and chat with the staff. Nothing is too much and they continue to work with a smile on their faces. I will definitely come here more often when I am in Rotterdam.

Really a great place to have breakfast. The cheesecake was a real delight. The coconut matcha latte is also excellent. And the service is very friendly.

A bit more pricy than other cafes or brasserie across the street. The portions are also smaller compared to other similar places so you can still feel hungry after one dish, even for a girl and I am a small eater.

They should get somebody to organize this mess. Food/drinks were delivered late and wrong. They tried their best, but they are so chaotic.

Avoid this place. They forgot our reservation. We had to wait for more than 1.5 hours for our drinks… more for the food. The place is not even that big and was not full. Service is not good. Definitely never coming back.

What an unprofessional business. Went to get an to good to go at 16.30 they were open until 17.00 and when I arrived they were closed already. I called them and they didn't pick up, even after messaging them on Instagram they said they would look into it and they never replied anymore. I travelled nealrly 2 hours in total in the rain with my daughter to get to good to go here. Unprofessional!!!

Wonderfully seated with fantastic food and good service. The atmosphere is good and you can chat over some food or come and work/learn. Definitely recommended as a lunch/coffee spot.

Small gem in the center of Rotterdam! Delicious lunch served and good coffee. The freshly made sandwiches are of good quality and very tasty. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. This creates a pleasant atmosphere

Yet again, it is another place with sandwiches and no inspiring menu. We went for the grilled sandwiches, and I tried the “New York Pastrami” one, which was okay. It didn’t taste that delicious, and it wasn’t something I would come back for. My friend tried the “Grilled Old Cheese” one, and it’s much smaller than the regular grilled sandwich (to be fair, it costs less as well), but it might not be enough for you to feel full, so keep that in mind. The coffee was okay, and the desserts seemed to have been from Dudok. I’m afraid nothing has caught my attention in here, and I believe there are other more exciting places out there.

The food was delicious and the coffee was delicious. The sandwich was just pure delight! The service was also great, the employees were super friendly. I can't wait to eat there again!

Reception is good. You can order at the cash register. Tasty sandwiches. Well invested. The place is not too big, there is a separate counter for takeaway.

Een leuke hotspot waar je kunt genieten van lekker eten. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de prijzen zijn meer dan redelijk. Hoewel we even moesten wachten, is het absoluut de moeite waard voor de kwaliteit die we voor hebben gekregen.

Goede service, broodje was niet zo warm en werd na de vele excuses op de juiste temperatuur gebracht en het broodje was van het huis. Grote klasse

Cozy place but service need to be improved. We were not feel welcomed. We waited 10-15 minutes to order, 40 minutes for simple food even though it's not crowded. One of the staffs told us that he apologized and we'd only have to pay for one drink out of two. It turned out we paid full price, I was willing to pay the full price so i didn't ask for the discount promised but it's not a kind of service anyone's looking for even with 50% discount.

Food is perfect (those sandwich yummm) and the staffs are friendly too. Coffee is nice too. Only thing is that the kitchen smell is really heavy in the whole cafe.. I wish they could try to do something about it. Other than this, all 5 stars!

Ordered an iced matcha latte with less milk.. No matcha flavour, heaps of oatmilk and three cubes of ice. The cup was also leaking. Would not recommend it!

Helaas geen goede ervaring gehad. Toen we aankwamen werden we door niemand begroet. Uiteindelijk zijn we gewoon gaan zitten en kwam er pas na een kwartier iemand langs. Daarna duurde het nog 30 minuten voordat ons drinken kwam. We hadden ook nog eten besteld, maar na een uur wachten en niemand die naar ons omkeek wilde ik eigenlijk vertrekken. Toen ik om de rekening vroeg was het eten ineens klaar, dus we hebben toch nog kunnen eten. Dat was in principe lekker, er zit zeker potentie in deze zaak. Maar door de onbehulpzame bediening en slechte service heb ik er niet meer van kunnen genieten. Helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Wat jammer. Elke klant die we spraken wachtte reeds een uur op het eten. Wanneer je hen vertelde dat er gruis in de koffie zat, lachte ze het gewoon weg. Dat er vandaag niet enkel aan onze tafel iets misliep, was duidelijk. Teveel personeel en geen weet over hun miscommunicatie en gebrek aan klantenservice. Ik had gehoopt om te kunnen meedelen hoe fantastisch het eten wel niet was, maar de obers zorgden voor een hele zure nasmaak.

Vriendelijke bediening maar het eten was helemaal niet lekker. Ook te veel melk in flat white

NY pastrami en een soja hazelnoot iced latte gehad voor ontbijt. Koffie was goed. De pastrami sandwich was opzich lekker en goed sterk qua smaken maar net niet gebalanceerd genoeg: de pastrami proefde je het minst goed (alleen het zoute), de mosterd had de sterkste smaak, de kaas maakte het lekker smeuïg en het geheel werd geneutraliseerd door de augurk maar het miste nog iets om te balanceren: ik heb er een beetje ketchup bij gevraagd. Het beetje zoete gaf het een umami kick. Ik twijfelde tussen de pastrami en de Marocchino, dus die zal ik een volgende keer nemen. Over de gehele linie: leuke tent met lekker eten en aardig personeel

We were in love with place, but the food was taking really long time and wasn't busy at all and there were so many ppl behind the bar and last thing they totally forgot about our drinks .. Anyway the food was great..

A cute cafe with fresh bakes and good coffee. I've tried the Social's breakfast (€10 but its €7.5 before 1030am), Banana bread breakfast and Bae breakfast. They were all good! For something savoury, i'd recommend the bae breakfast which had avocados, bacon, eggs and truffle mayo in a croissant. I think most of the breakfast sets come with freshly squeezed orange juice which was refreshing. I see past reviews about bad service but I experienced different..the service staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. Come here for breakfast/brunch, its a nice spot.

Gekozen voor de Social breakfast en het was heerlijk. Op ons verzoek extra geroosterd erbij gekregen. We komen zeker terug om de rest van de kaart uit te proberen. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Gemoedelijke sfeer en gemixed publiek van jong en oud(er). Uitstekende service. Tommy en zijn collegaatje waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ga zo door en de eerstvolgende keer nemen we onze dochters ook mee.

Vriendelijk personeel, lekkere broodjes. De sfeer van het restaurantje is gezellig en knus zou hier zeker terug komen. Hummus broodjes was erg lekker zeker een aanrader. De New York pastrami vond mijn vriend ook erg goed.

Trendy plek met een uitgebreide kaart en heerlijk eten. Personeel is vriendelijk en prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. New York Pastrami is een aanrader als je van een stevig broodje met veel vlees en smaak houdt. Broodje hummus is een aanrader als je een frisser of gezonder broodje zoekt.

Lekkere koffie, overheerlijke ambachtelijke gebakken broodjes (dagelijks vers), fantastische zoete taartjes/cakes, verse smoothies en bowls etc., mooi terras en super vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader voor elk ontbijt of lunch!

The food was very good and the place itself is just incredibly pretty from the design to the size. Unfortunately we waited a rather long time and people that ordered long after us got their food first (the same breakfast as we ordered) so I deducted one star for the wait of 40 minutes.
