This is a really nice place to eat shawarma. The food is good and tasty, the price is good, and the service is great! There is friendly, spontaneous waitstaff, and the kitchen staff is also sociable.

I've been going there for over 15 years. Always delicious food after a night out. Yesterday I asked up to two times if the food was ready yet (after 10 and 20 minutes). 'We're going to make it now'. Others after me got their food earlier. After 30 minutes I just left. Next time will be better, because the food is actually tasty.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always enjoyed eating here; the kapsalon, in particular, was my favorite for years. Unfortunately, that has changed completely since the owner left. Last Friday, we ordered shawarma wraps, shawarma sandwiches, and a kapsalon, but it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was incredibly bland and tasteless, and the fries were truly inedible. The quality has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. It is a real shame, because this was our go-to shawarma place for years. For us, this was the last time; we will not be coming back here.

I have never had such a full plate of mixed grill; highly recommended, it is really worth the price. From now on, this is my favorite restaurant, best restaurant in Amsterdam.

Ordered a chicken fillet dish, the chicken was not seasoned, the fries were hard as if they had been deep-fried twice, and the salad was bland, without salt or lemon.

Simply amazing. The atmosphere was great, the baklava was beautifully crispy, and the portions were generous. If I could give one tip, I would definitely recommend the Ayran. Someone in our group had a birthday and we received a rice pudding as a gift. Amazing!!

Today we had dinner at Shoarma Mesut 2 on Rozengracht, and it was delicious! The soup was truly fantastic, and the main course was also delicious and well-prepared. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. To finish, we had dessert with Turkish tea – a truly perfect combination and incredibly delicious. The service was excellent: the staff is friendly, hospitable, and makes you feel welcome. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was delicious, we had a wonderful meal, we had a mixed grill and a burger menu, everything was delicious and we were stuffed, really recommended, the meat was wonderfully fresh, really recommended.

Omg I love love love their shoarma! The salty mixed spices.. yum! The garlic mayo sauce on top is also epic. Of course you have to take it with pita bread :) it’s the best combo. Their tea is also great. Served in a typical Turkish tea cup. Super cute.

Poor service, very unfriendly people, which is something I'm not used to from Turkish people. Only Turks are treated well. A few Turks before me received well-filled sandwiches, while we received very meager ones. They were also stingy about giving me extra sauce, and I had to wait almost an hour for five sandwiches that I had to pick up. They don't even deserve one star!

When I walked in, it immediately smelled unpleasant. The atmosphere was unpleasant: people were grumpy and unfriendly. I didn't like the food, just like at Mesut 1. The space was bare and lacked any atmosphere, which made the atmosphere even more unwelcoming.

The food never was much. It is alright but that is about it. But they used to make you feel welcome. Offering Turkish tea or whatever. Nowadays, I got the excuse there is no tea anymore. I mean, really? The smallest gesture after ordering a big meal is to much? They should go out of business for that attitude. It is a big f u towards the customer

Mediocre durum, good kebab. If there had been a bit more salad, etc., it would have been 5 stars. Now it's a real shame for over 12 euros.

I went there and I asked for a large shaorma. More than half of the pitta was filled with salad and barely any meat was on it... after I asked if they had accidentally put too little meat they said it was their usual portion. When I almost finished the pitta there was 1/4 pitta there was no meat nor salad. I asked if they could add some more meat or salad and they told me it was their usual portion. Service very unfriendly and way too little food. Really would not advice this place. Unfortunately since the meat did taste good it was just way too little...

The shawarma was bone dry. Not even a lettuce leaf, little sauce. Very expensive, 9.50, for a shawarma sandwich. I will never go here again and strongly advise against it. Walk around this place with a wide berth!!!!!!!
