I find it expensive for the quality

The food has become really bad! I don't even know if the vegetarian option is actually vegetarian. Let's not even talk about the service !! Bad, never eating here again. There are places where the food is much tastier and cheaper !

Went here like 4 years later and really really awful lamb broodje doner. Don’t recommend, quality is soooo bad now. (Original review from 5 years ago) Really the tastiest Turkish pizzas and kapsalons, appropriately priced, quick service.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a kapsalon, but when I opened it, I found a woman's hair inside the food. This was very disturbing and completely ruined my appetite. This is a serious hygiene issue and totally unacceptable. I expect much better quality and cleanliness when ordering food. I hope you take this matter seriously and improve your standards. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

He overcharged me by 6 euros. When I asked if a mistake had been made, he suddenly started saying, "But did you also have sauce and this and that?" Quite a shame, instead of offering a polite apology. The fries were inedible, limp and soggy.

For a surprise party, a friend of my niece ordered chicken from Ernos for 20 people! The box was incredibly well-filled, and everyone ate several pieces of chicken, and there was still some left over. I'm not a big chicken eater myself, but wow, this was delicious! I ate three pieces. It was flavorful, tender, and super crispy on the outside! The person ordering also mentioned that the service was excellent, and the people were very friendly. I even received a serving platter, and that such a well-filled box was a great price.

Super tasty chicken! BEST IN TOWN! Actually, everything they have is good… besides the chicken, they have many snacks and other tasty things like köfte. The service is very good; people are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. There is a cozy, welcoming, almost homey atmosphere where everyone feels at home. You can order takeout or sit down and relax with something tasty; both are possible. People talk to you with genuine interest. So, a big ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me, which is more than well-deserved.

Dried up chicken with no sauce in a sandwich chicken kebab. And a frikandel that tasted like cardboard. No more erno’s for me!

I almost never leave reviews. But this was the best kebab my husband and I have ever eaten. And we've eaten them in many places. The kebab was very juicy and the meat was plentiful. We'll definitely repeat the experience.

Very very bad experience : the food was cold and not tasty. Theses guys are very unfriendly and super rude. They are not professional at all (yelling on us because they don’t speak English) Avoid avoid avoid !!

The food is above average. One point for improvement is to have someone with social skills do the customer contact. Because let's be honest, who likes to give your order and be served by Turkish Dutch boys from the street in Amsterdam-Oost? They are undoubtedly nice boys and hard workers, but hire one new colleague who does nothing but take orders and pass them on to the kitchen, pay and give the order to the customer and he/she must speak good Dutch and be familiar with social etiquette. Hiring someone who clears the floor and tables and cleans them thoroughly would also be a welcome addition to the existing team.

Ik ben samen met vrienden hier gezellig gaan eten voordat we wat leuks gingen doen. Hele lieve mannen achter de bar en een klasse turkse pizza. Ga zeker terugkomen!

Just in time for a curry fries. Well done and not too salty. Nice portion for your money (yes, everything has become more expensive...). Just. Good fries. And... Lucky me, I got three pieces of chicken for free. Had to leave otherwise. :-) And that was tastier than I thought. Lots of meat on the chicken pieces. Had a quick chat with the owner (?) before I walked towards Muiderpoort station with all the goodies. We ate everything there quietly. Nice tent. Good fries. Tasty chicken and friendly people.

I just took a bite of my chicken strip and I already have to go to the bathroom for a big errand, I think I have loesberi.

I give it 1 star because after eating here you can get severe diarrhea and become very ill, better eat somewhere else guys if you don't want diarrhea

I highly recommend this restaurant for fried chicken and burgers! It surpasses KFC and McDonald's in my opinion. The staff is friendly, and the service is prompt with no long queues. The food is incredibly delicious.

Service can be better. The staff is unsmiling which is not uncommon for people from Turkey. The Kapsalon is okay, more authentic than other places. The bathroom is ALWAYS out of service for reasons unknown.

Food is good but I avoid it when it’s the old guy preparing the kapsalon as it’s obvious he doesn’t like what he’s doing. It’s like he doesn’t even want to see customers come in. Place could also be cleaner but not too bad.

I enjoyed the Kapsalon from here. Seems like a good Snackbar.

Ben gisteren met een vriend naar snackbar Ernos geweest in Amsterdamse poort Ik was ontevreden. Ik wou een patat met hebben en werd verwezen naar een prijzen lijst die ergens in een hoek hing. Niet echt service gericht de patat die ik kreeg was wel heel snel klaar. De patat was bij nader inzien ook niet heel warm Ik denk dat het patat was die overgebleven was maar wel van dezelfde dag. Kip stukjes nam ik erbij die waren heel zout heb ik ook aan gegeven aan de jongens. Die daar werkten service was wel snel . Ik ging naar deze snackbar omdat ik vaak geweest ben bij de filiaal in Amsterdam Oost .Maar het eten in deze filiaal in Amsterdamse poort was voor mij rond uit waardeloos vooral de kip. Wat een gore troep was dat niet goed verwarmt en heel erg zout wat een aanfluiting

2 uur gewacht voor een kapsalon! Terwijl ze zaten. Te praten met de mensen om hun heen echt verschrikkelijk

I love this snackbar. My friend and I have been visiting this snackbar for years. Nice food. I normally don't love any junkfood but this one is so nice. I always have a chicken sandwish and chips. Love it to much. I tried also almost everything. Tasty food. I heard that my friends parents met at this snackbar that makes this place more special for us.

Buen sitio para comer rápido, pizzas, pasta, ensalada. Buen servicio y buena atención. Precio moderado.

My local and favourite snackbar. Kapsalon is the best. Their own dishes are also good. It is clean and cheap. The guys inside are super nice.
