It’s okay. Service is fast and nice food is tasty slightly above average price

Their miso ramen always delivers, good selection of Japanese drinks and mochi icecream for dessert. Always very accomodating with special requests.

Amazing lunch, had an amazing Tan Tan pork ramen and my girlfriend had a vegetarian option that was to die for. Amazing staff amazing food amazing atmosphere. Recommend will come back a lot.

It very quickly became one of my favorite ramen spots. The tantanmen is incredibly delicious. Try the cold version on a hot day too. A taste explosion!

One of the most if not the most authentic ramen in Amsterdam. The soup is rich in flavour with perfectly cooked noodles. The char siu is tender and absolutely delicious! I recommend their special tantanmen ramen.

Got the gyoza, karaage bowl and ramen. The pork chasu was amazing and the karaage had me wanting seconds! Definitely a great place to grab lunch or dinner with friends or even by yourself.

“Well, that’s the point of the tantan ramen.” Without this remark, I would have given a much better review. First of all, we had raw chicken. And for that one piece where we discovered it, we got one new one in return. The gyoza… Then we got our ramen. My partner has a peanut allergy. Normally, the allergens are listed on the menu. And normally, the base is white sesame, not peanut. But anyway, with such a severe allergy, it is up to him to ask specifically. Fortunately, we managed to intercept this, because suddenly there was cashew as a garnish on the ramen, so we asked if this was peanut, when the “nice” lady said no, that is cashew, but there is peanut in the base. And here it comes: “Well, that’s the whole point of the tantan ramen.” They did take it off the bill, though. The ramen was good. We wanted to have a second round of drinks and order a mochi. In the end, it took way too long to order, so we just left. Fortunately, nothing serious happened except for a sour aftertaste from the comment above. In short, order your ramen, eat it, and that's it.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. The flavor of their broth tasted extremely off and terrible. One of the broth was so salty and terrible that it could simply not be eaten. They made us pay for it even though it was completely untouched and overpriced for the sad quality of food. We were genuinely looking forward to it but this is just a place that I will never come back to.

Small low key place that had space for us without a reservation. The chicken paitan ramen was nice but service felt disorganized- they forgot the egg in my ramen (which was fine, they gave an extra half egg for the inconvenience). The karage also came without sauce when I saw our neighbours had sauce (I believe it’s supposed to come with it) but the hardest thing was the waitress truly did not even glance at us after taking our order. We had to flag down the guy bringing out the ramen to replace the egg, to take our dessert order, and had to stand up to ask for the bill after sitting for 20+ minutes with empty plates. I think more effort could’ve been made seeing as the restaurant is literally 15 square metres and it wasn’t overly busy. At least glance around the room so people can make eye contact with you!

I wrote the following during one of my earlier visits and stupidly forgot to post it?!? And then the new Sora! We've been coming to SORA for years. Right after it opened on Ceintuurbaan, and regularly in the West location as well. And that, of course, is because of the fantastic ramen. As Japan enthusiasts, we have a bit of experience. But what happened? In the West location?! Unsafe, unfriendly staff, terrible music. Three employees, two guests (us), and we were supposed to order online, which didn't work. We placed our order the old-fashioned way, verbally, and almost everything arrived. Perhaps too German, but the windows and toilet walls, well... Everything very un-Japanese. If only the ramen weren't so delicious... And suddenly: Everything freshly styled, super friendly Japanese staff, and the food! I ordered the extra-crispy karaage. The best I've had in a long, long time. And the ramen (creamy patina, pure chicken) is amazing. It can be better than this. How lovely! And when we paid, they told us the owner had changed. New brooms and all. So, I'll definitely be back. I'm already looking forward to it!

Im sorry but this used to be one of my favs but the last three (!) times i ordered they forgot the egg even tho i paid extra for it plus the portions and content of the ramen seems to have been reduced increasingly. I paid 24 euros for a bowl of noodles, some pieces of cabbage and half a cup of broth……. I mean common

Saporro via Uber Eats is expensive and very meager. We feel really ripped off for what we get. They forgot a piece of gyoza and the extra topping. In addition, the dish was lukewarm, with much less than you get in a restaurant, but more expensive.

A small ramen place with nice service, triple mala ramen was very tasty, all 5 of us had it, definitely worth coming back again.

On Monday evening my boyfriend and I spontaneously wanted to eat at Sora Sapporo Ramen in Amsterdam West, and to our surprise there was already a line outside waiting for a table. Still decided to join and didn't regret it at all! How delicious it was. Real comfort food at its best. Super friendly and cheerful service too, which made it extra enjoyable. We will definitely come back here!

I'm a big fan of Ramen. Ordered from Sapporo Ramen - West for the first time tonight. First of all: Delivery was fast. 2nd. : Friendly polite delivery person 3rd. : Ramen was tasty. And still warm I hope this will be the case next time as well.

Staff was kind, atmosphere felt low-key and relaxed. The ramen was good, salt level has been adjusted for non-Japanese taste buds, which was greatly appreciated.. the pork could have been a little softer/ more cooked though, just my personal preference.

I just ordered a really disgusting ramen from this place(19 €). The meat consists only of chunks of gooey fat. See attached photo. I spent two months in Japan once. This is not how ramen is supposed to be made. I recommend you avoid this place.

I had the Gokujo Sapporo Shoyu Ramen and I was very disappointed. The shoyu broth had a weak flavour, the minced meat was barely there, same for the very small portion of Charsiu. I had to try 6 different chopsticks to find a set that wasnt greasy and slipping from my hand. Overall it was a sad experience, I recommend you to go to Takumi for a better meal.

Our first visit but definitely not the last. Texture of the ramen itself is really good. The specialty ramen is, a lot. But it is special. I have never had it even in Hokkaido before so it was interesting to try. It's tasty, just not what I expect in any of my ramen. Would love to try the tonkotsu or chicken paitan ramen next to taste the real standards. The karaage is one of the best in Europe. A pity they don't have lemon to go with it. At least I don't have to go to dusseldorf for a good authentic one anymore. For now, I still like the general service and vibe of the place.
