Best ramen in Amsterdam! The full flavor of the broth brings me back to ramen I had in Tokyo. The meat was tender and fresh, can’t recommend this place enough!

As far as our limited experience went, Foodhallen is overrated. This, right next door, is the real deal though. Lovely generous ramen bowls, good gyozas and all over very nice food. Service is fairly quick and the servers are friendly. We went twice. Thumbs up.

My favorite ramen place! I always get the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the homemade ice tea. Every time just right. The soup, egg, tender meat the noodles perfect always perfect! Definitely my go-to place when I'm in the mood for ramen

Delicious well-filled ramen, both the vegetarian and chicken variants were very tasty. No tiny pieces of chicken, tofu and vegetables but generous. Pleasant cheerful service and also being able to sit outside. Recommended.

Just like every other Takumi in town very tasty food, big portions, friendly staff and cozy place. The tastiest vegan ramen I've eaten :) Lots of fresh vegetables and just very tasty. Also the meat and fish dishes are very tasty.

Delicious well filled curry and ramen. Gyoza are top. Decor is really great and staff is super friendly. When I am in Amsterdam this is my favorite place to eat.

Great place for ramen. Tonkotsu broth was tasty paired with perfectly cooked ramen. The Chinese lady who served us was kind and attentive, providing warm and helpful service.

I've been here numerous times, the food here is always amazing and I also love the atmosphere. Although it can be very busy on certain days, service is always fast and excellent.

The truth is very, very disappointed. After paying the bill I got hungry just 10 minutes later, the kind you get when you eat fast food. The service was friendly, but I'm not going back because I felt ripped off with those expensive, low-protein dishes. Better to eat at the meatball place next door.

They would deserve 4 stars but making us pay 1€50 extra per person for asking for a more spicy ramen without telling us before is a bad taste. Be careful, the soft drink is 200ml. The ramen is good, friendly waiters.

I ate a ramen here. Though tasty it had very little protein/meat that, when I left the resto, I was hungry again within 15 minutes. ‘Fake full’ kinda place, no better than any other fast food joint. Wouldn’t recommend plus the price is high for what you get.

The vegan ramen was okay, but the kara-age was awful! KFC does better than that (and I would never set foot in a KFC). Not sure what people see in the interior, but maybe it is better when it's busy. It was lunchtime and pretty empty and rather desolate looking.

I used to love this place but the price/quality is going down. Today’s chicken portion was mockingly small, I wouldn’t dare to send it away from the kitchen to a customer. It’s almost 19 euros after all, feels dishonest.

I enjoyed the ramen. The noodles are excellent, the meat is perfectly cooked and the pakchoï is very good.

I had the teriyaki chicken ramen and it was SO delicious. The chicken still had a little bit crunch on the outside and the broth + noodles were delicious really recommend and there are so many options to choose from! The location is really nice decorated aswell. Good vibes

Went here because of the good reviews, but was mega disappointed. Ramen was mid, chashu was dry, the broth was the only redeeming quality. Too expensive for what it is, can get better ramen for cheaper elsewhere in Amsterdam.

I came here on a Moody Sunday with a moderate appetite. As a person well versed in Ramen, I have to say “Hats off”, this must be the best Ramen restaurant in Amsterdam. Please come hungry, because the portions are hearty, and the flavors are sublimely original. The service is excellent, and they paid attention to detail with their bandanas and tshirts. You already may know, the decor is joyous and tongue in cheek, making it a perfect spot to come to with your friends. Only the taste of the frying oil was not up to my standards, but then again I am a picky person when it comes to frying oils. Don’t miss this if you’re in Amsterdam!

Been this week for the third time and it's just good every time! Tasty, inexpensive and fast (useful if you are going to watch a movie at Filmhallen, for example).

This is the nice spot for dining with friends, having a family meal or going on a date. The restaurant has a mix of bright areas and more intimate corners. The food was delicious and the portions are super big. One Ramen is more than enough to leave you full and happy. The service was great, the staff were friendly and the food was really fast. I did not reserve a table but it was easy to find a spot for two. Prices are in line with other places around, main courses around €19 on average. Great experience, definitely worth trying.

Super tasty food! We wanted to eat something quickly, the servers ensured that we could order + eat within half an hour, without it seeming rushed. Moreover, the staff was very friendly. Although it was busy in the restaurant, the ambient noise was not bothersome at all. In my opinion, highly recommended

Great place for some Ramen! It was within close proximity of where I was staying. The place was packed, but we were seated very quickly. The Ramen was tasty and the broth very flavorful. They have a lot of options. You can’t ignore the decor which gives the place a nice vibe. Will definitely come back when in Amsterdam.

It is okay ramen. Maybe it is considered very good in Amsterdam. I think it really depends where you are from. If you live in Asia and have access to very good ramen then you don’t need to eat this. I think if you live in the area, definitely come. I had the mala ramen and the soup wasn’t spicy or fragrant. The little bottle of chili oil really helps so add a lot of it.

Very good ramen, good selection reasonable prices. Beer, saki, fired chicken and some ramen can’t got wrong. Ah ! the ice cream matcha and red bean

Food is nice, service is fast and polite. Honestly for 20€ a bowl I expect much more! Anyway If you have plans later, well delete it because also your underwear are gonna smell like fried, even if you are sitting next to the door.

Had a bite to eat after the movie. Was helped very friendly. Thought the decor was very well done. Atmospheric place. I had the Okonomi Kara-Age, a Veggie Gyoza and a hot Sake. Food was just okay, but nothing spectacular (yet?) I will definitely go back to try more of the menu.

We arrived a few minutes after closing and they treated us very well!!! I am vegetarian and have allergies. They were very kind and helped me. The food is super delicious and fast. Everything looked super fresh. I liked that they had sesame seeds on the table to put in the food, what a good smell and flavor it gives.

Quite accessible and easy to find, this place has a limited option of meals but they taste extraordinary. Every time I come to AMS I visit these guys for a hefty portion of ramen and gyoza’s. Nice atmosphere and very lind staff.

Lovely experience! We came in impulsively for a quick dinner (Sunday 1/9). We chose two veggie dishes. Both were delicious but the real stand out was the staff, they were kind and prompt. We will be back!

We found this restaurant by accident when we were on our way to foodhallen. We checked the reviews and it was perfect coz I was also craving for tonkotsu ramen. I was not so hungry so I split it with my husband. I regretted I didn't order one. It was so good. There was so much flavor in it. Everything was fresh. The best food I've eaten in Amsterdam. I'd definitely recommend this place. The reviews for this place dont lie ;-) . Too bad I wasn't able to take a photo though

It is interesting Japanese concept place. Very lovely decoration and Japan like atmosphere. Service was fast and stuff was polite. Food is between street food and dining food. It’s a good place for a nice lunch/brunch. You can try Japanese sodas and beers (0,0 alcohol too).

Food: The kaarage and the ebi ramen were the star of the show as they were both done really well. My friend also appreciated his tonkotsu ramen. Gyoza was solid if unspectacular too. Service: It was fine, nothing of note, but nothing terrible either. Atmosphere: Really good, there were a lot of people there in the summer on a Friday night with a lot of them ending up enjoying themselves. This was a good experience with ramen in the Netherlands!

I ordered the Mala Bhutama Tonkotsu Ramen and it was declicious! Loved the flavours and how succulent the meat was. Chicken Gyros were also some of the best I had. Highly recommend!

Found this place while looking where to have a late breakfast. Went in on a whim and was not disappointed. Smell of cooked food from the kitchen was in the air. The place was nearly empty,there were two tables besides ours occupied. Later on more people came in. It was around 10.30-11am. The food was so good. Both of us really enjoyed our meals and I can openly say that it was the most authentic Japanese food we had since visiting Japan( for that kind of food in particular). It was heartwarming and filling and I was really pleased we stumbled upon this place. Definitely a place to come to if you love Japanese food. 🥰
