The food is tasty, classic Turkish restaurant. I have little to comment on this, however, service was on the weak side. You have to wait ten minutes before you get a menu, then wait another ten minutes before you can order. Employees avoid eye contact to avoid work and sigh when they come to the table. We wanted to go for dessert, but after having to wait for 15 minutes for someone to clean our table after dinner, we decided not to. If they can work on this, they have the potential to continue to grow.

Beautiful chic restaurant, 100% halal and hospitable with a large outdoor terrace where you can spot planes (Rotterdam The Hague AirPort). The staff is super friendly and there is a play area for children, both inside and outside. The prayer room is a nice addition. Highly recommended! A big 10

Beautiful location, but that's it. Breakfast was very poor, very disappointed. The lady who served us was very polite, all praise for her. But everything that should be warm during a breakfast was cold and the menemen was even hard and possibly made earlier. And then the price you pay for such poor quality is shocking. In short, I really don't recommend it to anyone.

From a 5 star review to 2 stars... I came here recently after iftar to have a drink and chat with friends in peace. It was anything but peaceful. There were about 12 children in the restaurant, at a separate play corner. The play corner can be clearly heard and it was chaos. Parents dump their child there and then go and sit on the other side of the restaurant. And then I, who wants to have a drink without children, have to listen to the screaming of all those kids. I also told my friends that it didn't look like a restaurant, but more like a ball pit. In short, do you want to go here to have a drink/eat something quietly? Don't go. (By the way, the food isn't that good either, but oh well.) Do you have children and do you want to dump them for a while to relax on the other side of the restaurant? Goooo!

I, you pay for it and they fill their pockets but at the same time play with our health. I don't care about €440 that I had to pay for 8 dishes that none of us could eat. If I were against this amount, I would not have booked a reservation and would not have visited this location. I will pay €1000 if necessary but then I expect a certain quality of food in return. People be aware of what you eat and don't fall for it!

Not recommended at all. We tried this place for iftar, made a large reservation, and even paid a partial advance in case of no-shows. However, when some people didn’t show up, they still insisted we pay the full amount and packed food for them. If that was the case, what was the point of the advance payment? They claimed the food was already prepared, which might explain why it was cold—but not why it took so long to arrive after ezan. We had kuzu tandır, which was just okay, and a mixed grill that was difficult to digest due to the tough meat. The taste wasn’t great either. The soup was also cold when served, which was disappointing. All the other tapas and baklava were already on the table, so there wasn’t much effort in serving. At the very least, they could have offered Turkish tea at the end, but we had to call the waitstaff multiple times just to order tea and drinks. Overall, this was not a good experience and certainly not a good representation of Turkish hospitality. Probably won’t be going back.

We visited this place with my two precious brothers the week before Ramadan. The location is fantastic, right next to Rotterdam airport. While eating, you can watch the planes land very closely, it is an interesting experience. The place is also very big and spacious. Frankly, we didn't expect too much of a crowd before entering, considering that the place was in a somewhat secluded place. Even though it was a Tuesday, the place was surprisingly full. Unfortunately, you have to pass under the cigarette smoke when entering and exiting the door. This situation disturbed us extremely. Imagine, you have a wonderful place, but the people who greet you at the entrance and bid you farewell at the exit are smokers and the smoke of their cigarettes. It is a great deficiency that such a place does not take this spastic situation into consideration. Moving on to the food, we can say that it got full marks from all of us. Mixed appetizers arrived, obviously prepared with care. Both the size of the plates and the taste of the appetizers pleased us all. Unfortunately, the lentil soup was not very good here either. It gave us the impression that it was prepared in an ordinary way. So let's say it wasn't a restaurant soup, you understand. Our Mansion special mix grill menu for 3 people was largely successful. Almost all meat; Meat shish, chicken shish, chops and doner were very delicious. But they should improve themselves regarding Adana. More work definitely needs to be done. Breads and hazelnut lahmacun were also very delicious. He said well done to those who made it. We chose strawberry and blueberry mojitos as drinks and we did not regret it. The glasses were a bit small here, but the contents were good. We tried san sebastiani for dessert and it got passing marks from all three of us. It was wonderfully prepared, we applauded standingly. Be careful at this restaurant! Reservations via The Fork do not arrive here. We were able to turn around immediately because the restaurant was not yet open at 5:45 PM (?) and there was no reservation. The only thing we were told was that they do not work with The Fork. The owner asked if we had confirmation from the restaurant itself, as if we should have known that they do not work with The Fork and we need confirmation from them. They had already had this with several customers. According to the owner, this was because the previous owner did collaborate with The Fork. But the name Mansion by Kösk really does appear on The Fork's website. In addition, no effort is made on their own website to warn customers about this, nor to mention that they open later due to Ramadan. A very disappointing experience... a restaurant that makes no effort to warn/inform customers and shifts the problem to the customer.

Lunch için hazirliklar başliçaklarmis, istersek birşey içebiliriz ama. Hayatimda ilk defa böyle birşey yaşadim. İlk ve son gelişimizde. Before we came we made a reservation by telephone for 3 people. They said there was room and that we can come for breakfast. After we waited 20 minutes, someone came to us with “breakfast is finished”. They were going to start preparing for lunch so we could only have a drink (weird story). So you make someone travel all the way to your restaurant for a breakfast that's gone? Such a large restaurant and your breakfast is gone, sorry but really scandalous. This is certainly the first and last time I come there.

Weekend was really packed!!! They helped me quickly and efficiently with serving food. Bread was really fresh and warm. There was a really sweet lady who helped us from start to finish. We really had a nice evening!

Very disappointing experience - not recommended We had made a reservation for six people and specifically requested a round table, as we were celebrating a birthday. Upon arrival it turned out that a table had been reserved for us next to a staircase where many children were playing, which caused a lot of noise. When we pointed this out to the owner, we were told that there was nothing more he could do and that we could only move if someone else got up. Ultimately, we went to another customer ourselves and asked politely if we could exchange tables. The customer had no problem with this. However, at that point the floor manager came up to us very rudely and told us to “keep our heads off” to talk to other customers. A very strange and unnecessarily hostile reaction. When we raised this again with the owner, he asked us if we knew who the customer was – apparently someone with a name recognition. We thought this was an absurd reason, because every customer should be treated equally. As if that wasn't enough, our food arrived extremely late and was served cold. The table was not cleared until half an hour after dinner and even the tea took a long time. All in all a very bad experience. Bad service, unfriendly staff and a lack of customer service. We will never return here and absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

I always loved the San Sebastian here and thought the food would be tasty too. HOW DISAPPOINTED AM I! We waited an hour for food while there were only a few tables, the food was served very cold. Everyone has a big mouth, service very poor. Nobody cares about you! Never eating there again, for a very high amount while the menu is very simple!

What a terrible tent. They hardly look at you. If you ask something you have to ask it 3 more times and then you still don't have an answer. Just wanted something to eat but was told we could only eat breakfast. After an hour we quickly left with just a drink.

I rented a room for my son's 1st birthday and it was great, the food, the decoration, the service, everything was great and all my guests had a great time and the food was super tasty, all thanks to Mr Altay event manager! thank you for this unforgettable day

It was tasty, but the service was much less so. They have a room upstairs for parties. If there is a party upstairs, there will not be enough parking spaces. We were stuck for 15 minutes and then after searching for 15 minutes we found a paid parking spot which is about a 5-10 walk away. So we were at least 30 minutes late and it was too busy with guests in the hall and guests in the restaurant. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. It's that we were with a group, otherwise I would have left. I believe that on a normal day this would certainly not have been the case. Unfortunately it was not a successful evening!! I would definitely go during the week, but not the weekend. The employees were very friendly!!

I had my wedding dinner here and it was absolutely perfect!! Food was super good, a very nice location and the staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend going here! Everyone go to Mansion by Kosk!

We had soup for my little one, it was not to taste. Coffee was tasty. Service was bad, there were plates and cups on the table even though the table had been empty for a while. It certainly wasn't busy. Employees were friendly. There were hardly any toys at the playground, what there was needed to be replaced. Interior is fine.

Delicious food and a beautiful location

Came here all the way from Limburg for serpme kahvalti. Unfortunately this was disappointing. Everything was already on the table except the bread. This was also very little. Finally the bread was gone, asked for new ones. 15 minutes later we still had nothing and the breakfast had already become cold. Then we got bread that was undercooked and we couldn't eat it again. Final score disappointed.

GALANT and LANDED A beautiful building along the runway. What a space when you step inside and into the Turkish kitchen. Friendly staff and very well stocked for Wednesday. We were given a choice of which table we wanted. Downside, the heater was very low. DRINK The menu contained plenty to consume and with a chuckle my thought came true. No beer or wine in this restaurant. Fortunately, I am not that addicted now, so I drink 2 Coke Zero. TO EAT We order a Turkish "mix grill". The fries are piping hot and the board is richly filled. Seasoned minced meat, wings, döner, lamb chops. Too much, tasty and a different experience. GALANT Staff regularly come by to inquire about food and wishes. "The Dutch catering industry can learn something from this." The owner also came for a chat. DEPARTURE The bill was 74 Euro and in my opinion that is quite expensive. To get an idea a pizza costs at 20 euros. Despite that, it's probably worth repeating. What the farmer does not know he has to try. The owner was talking about next summer with Turkish ice cream!!! Then make a stopover.

Came here for the first time today as a 'stopover' and was genuinely positively surprised; large restaurant, child friendly, staff are nice, food is good, price/quality is excellent (everything is expensive these days) and more. They also have a very nice prayer room and the (clean!) toilets are equipped with a spray hose (can't think of a nicer word). All in all, definitely worth repeating.

Was here for the first time last week. Kitchen didn't open until 3 am, so we had to have breakfast. It all took a very long time before our order was taken and we received our food. Then we received the tea that was part of breakfast very late, and another broken glass. A few days later I went there with a friend, but they were 'closed' because there was a private party going on, which was announced on Instagram according to the waitress. So from now on, first check all socials to check whether they are actually open? Nah, I won't be there next time.

A beautiful restaurant with a quiet and chic atmosphere. It offers a beautiful view over Rotterdam Airport. The staff is super friendly. We were politely escorted to our table and the service was excellent. We were mainly helped by a lady named Mislina. I ordered the Iskender, and after my experiences in Turkey, I have finally tasted the authentic taste of Iskender again here in the Netherlands. I will definitely come back here!

The food is good and the restaurant looks very nice with a nice atmosphere. The service is just dramatic. When ordering, wrong things are delivered, such as incorrect drinks. In addition, it also takes quite a while before a waiter even helps you with your order. It's a shame that the service is so bad, otherwise it's a great restaurant. After your order has been taken, you may wait another hour for your food to arrive. If you are lucky, you will get the drinks you ordered, otherwise the waiter will have to go back and forth 3 times to bring the right one.

This morning we enjoyed a Turkish breakfast (serpme kahvaltı) for two people. Overall it was a nice experience, but there were also a few setbacks. Positives The presentation of the breakfast was beautiful; the food was beautifully served and everything we tasted tasted delicious. The restaurant itself is stylish and chic, which contributes to a luxurious atmosphere. The location is also fantastic: there is plenty of parking and a unique view of the planes landing and taking off at Rotterdam Airport. Negatives Unfortunately, there were also less positive points. The fried sucuk, fries and sosis in sauce were served cold, which somewhat ruined the experience. In addition, a number of items that were on the menu were missing: no simit, no pastırma, no boiled egg and no petekli bal (honeycomb) but regular honey. We found this very disappointing, especially because these specific items complete the breakfast and we were looking forward to them. For the amount we paid (€23 pp), we expected more. We had breakfast at köşk today. The serpme for 3 people came in small quantities, we had to wait a long time for all that to come. My omelette unfortunately had no cheese, but I had asked for it. The plus points are for the location, children's corner and the friendly staff (despite understaffing in my opinion). There are also plenty of parking spaces.

Made a reservation at the Mansion last week. The website looked good and the menu had fun and interesting dishes. On the day itself we drove from the Bollenstreek to the restaurant. Upon arrival we were not received and had to tell someone that we had made a reservation. We were allowed to walk with a somewhat unfriendly gentleman. I was shocked because he suddenly shouted at a female colleague. He also told us casually that the kitchen was not open, but that we could order a snack board. Nevertheless, we were shown the menu, but we were unable to order anything from it. We decided to only order something to drink. We had to wait a very long time for that, just like other guests. What is also striking is that a so-called dress code applies to the website. This did not appear to be the case in the restaurant either. Lots of people wearing tracksuits. All in all a very big disappointment. Should have indicated it on the website or called that the kitchen was not open. Now driven far and wide for absolutely nothing.

Restaurant looks nice, I had breakfast with my friend. Breakfast (open buffet) was delicious, you really had everything. Only when I was walking with my Turkish tea, one of the employees bumped into me, causing the hot tea to spill over my hand. She immediately asked me to walk with her and put my hand under cold water. I expected her to come to my table later and ask if everything was going well, that's the only downside!! Therefore 1 star for the service.

We were at an engagement, the room was rented separately. What bad service. Starters were good, but that's all. Main course was really not tasty. Before we left they were already cleaning up. Coffee was too strong and not refreshed. The coke and fanta were lukewarm and without sparkling. Understood that the venue owner came up with a significant extra bill, outside the agreements. So if you want to rent a room here, I would advise you to do so without food and drinks. And if you do it anyway, make agreements on paper and always ask for an invoice

Mansion by Kösk is a beautiful restaurant in a special location at RTHA. We had a delicious meal here tonight, we had a beautiful platter of several types of meat and rice, everything was perfectly prepared. The Ladies and Gentlemen, at the reception, the service and at the departure did their job as you unfortunately don't often see these days; With passion and a lot of fun at a great hospitality level. We were there with a group of 10 with high expectations. Unfortunately, apart from the beautiful atmosphere, there is no location that we can recommend. The following points require improvement: -price/quality/quantity (compared to other restaurants, the prices are higher and what you get is not enough, and you should not expect much in terms of taste from the mainly meat dishes) -the staff needs to be much better trained. Service spotty. The drinks come first, then the glasses. When clearing the table, they are also asked whether they can take any plates with them that have not yet been used up. Very annoying. -tip; it might be more useful to replace the H (Men), D (Women) signs at the toilets. Maybe international or symbols are more useful. Kids plate was fine! -o.a. Doner burgers ordered 3 times, unfortunately upon arrival at home I only saw the receipt that 3x extra doner had been charged, 3x €5 extra. This was not requested at all. To drive back for this... no. Shame.

We had breakfast here, nice location, also nice that they thought about the children, I could eat here every day just because of the play area, but unfortunately it was such a bad experience. Firstly there is no staff. You wait half an hour to be helped, I had to go to the bar myself to order, no one comes to the table. You don't get a menu, no drinks, nothing. There is a shortage of staff. We were finally able to order and get our breakfast on the table after a long wait. Tomatoes were not washed, menemen was dry didn't taste like anything. They completely filled the table, there was nowhere to put your own plate. And like a cherry on the cake, they dropped a bottle of water on my mother. I seriously hope they do something about the service and quality because it is a great thing.

Good place, good food, children's menu, very large portions. Employees sometimes ignore you even though they hear you. Maybe give the children's play area a little more distance from the tables themselves. Expensive unfortunately. OVERALL: 4.3 Stars

Good service, delicious food and a very beautiful building.

The atmosphere is warm and super cozy! I recommend everyone to have breakfast here in the morning or have a delicious dinner in the evening. The food was really delicious.

My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. I came here with my girlfriends for dinner, but several dishes from the menu were not available. Even the pasta I wanted to order wasn't there. On a Saturday evening, many appeared to have been sold out earlier in the day. Then it took a very long time before we got our drinks; we had to ask for this three times and finally only got them when we had already finished eating. When we asked for a large glass of Turkish tea, this turned out not to be possible either. As icing on the cake, we received a glass with a crack (see photo). The only thing positive is the parking. You can easily park in front of the door.

Unfriendly waitress and incompetent staff who apparently cannot speak. After the warm breakfast was served, we still did not receive bread after several requests. Which means you can't actually do anything. We paid properly and left without eating as the staff is not concerned about this. Never again. Save yourself the trouble and find another tent.

At Spazio we could always enjoy a delicious meal with our small dog in the bag. Unfortunately, it was no longer welcome, so we could turn around and leave.
