The simplest wrap you can make. It's dry, disgusting, and not cooked through. Simply inedible. And then you confront the guy about it. You get an uninterested answer. And the "kapjeon" (coffee)—I've never had such a dry "kapjeon" in my life, and then €11 for a half-full container... it's a shame we picked it up... but back home in Groningen, you get what you pay for. But I'll never go back to this place...

Fast delivery and good sandwiches

Super friendly staff. Sometimes delivery times are a bit longer, but what do you expect if you're the only one in the city center? As a loyal customer, I'm very satisfied!!!

Ordered food here for the first time before visiting family... it was supposed to take about 40-50 minutes... After a good hour, we politely called to ask how much longer it would take. "It's coming now," they rudely hung up immediately. After a good half hour, the food arrived... we weren't hungry anymore. The delivery person was super friendly, though.

The first time I ordered shawarma here, it was incredibly dry. I reported it, and as compensation, I received a free sandwich with my next order. The next time I ordered, it was another disappointment. I will never order anything from here again.

As always, you're waiting an incredibly long time for your order to arrive. Despite specifying "as soon as possible," it often takes an hour to an hour and a half. When you call to ask when your food will arrive, it's surprisingly always on its way. You might as well leave out the comment about "fries well done." They're always soggy.

Sometimes going away from the town center results in terrific food. Not here. To top it off the cook pissed all over the toilet seat, didn’t flush and since there was no soap, didn’t sanitize either. We used the toilet directly after him. He added a 13% tip for himself and even the pizza is terribly wrong. Eat here and get burned.

We ordered here in the evening. It was like we were chewing on a piece of rubber. Food took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Pita salami cheese was ready-made from the AH. Salt with a slice of doner/rubber.

We got this for €21, the container wasn't even filled.

We ordered food, but something we ordered was not delivered. We called about this and received what we ordered more than an hour later. That was cold just like the food before it. We were spoken to on the phone in an unfriendly manner, and then an unfriendly delivery person also came.

I ordered a hair salon, on Sunday night, quite late, but they were still open. What I got next is, in my opinion, a genuine violation of the Food and Consumer Product Safety Act. I don't have a dog, but if I did I think he would scold me for putting this in his bowl. I literally got white cheese, the entire top of which was full of black chunks. My trash can is crying because I threw it away after 3 bites. I still get a taste of bandage plastic in my mouth. I didn't want to give a bad review because the lady who brought it looked very sympathetic, but after 3 bites I honestly felt very insulted that I had to pay for this. I don't even want my money back, I would almost like to set up a crowdfunding to improve the quality of this shameless company, for the people who have been happily ordering here for years... just check your taste buds, your mental health or your self-respect. Never, ever again, I'd rather eat my dog's feces. (Which I don't even have, but I would if I did)

Bad, really bad, everything cold and the wrong thing delivered, then you call and you just get a big mouth. Don't order, it's a waste of your money and your evening

Chicken shawarma was not good, someone was sick because of it

First of all, we only received 2 of the 3 things we ordered. The complete order can be provided upon request. We ordered everything large, but given the size of the portions it could only have been small. Then the food just wasn't tasty. The kebab was completely soaked and not toasted, the meat was dry and tasteless and the salad was just as soggy as the bread. In summary: I'll never go there again.

Enjoyed! After a night out, finish with a delicious sandwich. Cheerful people and very surprising to get a draft beer. Would love to come again.

Delicious food. A household name in Hoorn for years. You can just call them and then you can pay in cash at the door, which we find very pleasant

Ordered a sandwich and a dish at 6.15 pm If it's still not there at 8 p.m., you call, yes, sorry it's taking longer, it'll be with you in a minute.... if it's going to take longer, you call the company yourself anyway, you order because it's easier and faster ☹️

Normally always good food at Sphinx. In recent months when I order LARGE pitas with cheese, we receive small pitas delivered. For more than 5 euros, I think a small pita, which is often almost burnt black, is really a lot of money. Today I tried to order again. Ordered two large hair salons, containers were not filled to the top, as can be seen in the photos. The cheese was burnt so you tasted a burnt taste with every bite. Chicken doner was dry and fries were limp. As if the containers had been on a heating plate for 5 hours. We will order somewhere else next time.

Mijn zoon en ik dachten een lekker Turks brood Döner en een broodje Köfte.Maar het was minder vlees en sla dan verwacht voor de prijs, lauw tot koud en miste de uiensaus en de pittige saus, die werden niet meegeleverd maar we hadden ze wel bijbesteld. Daarnaast bijna 30 euro betaald voor 3 items waarnaast ook plastickosten, bezorgkosten en transactiekosten bij worden berekend. De smaken waren verder goed. Maar ik ga de volgende x toch naar een ander.

Supersnel bezorgd, alles nog te heet om gelijk te eten en heel lekker. Fijn om ook de varkensvlees optie te hebben.

Eten werd op tijd bezorgd, vriendelijke bezorger, en heerlijkgegeten, warm heerlijk warm, en knapperig brood. Volgende keer bestellen we hier weer! Echt top!!

Sfinx is een echte aanrader als u extreem dronken bent, ze zijn namelijk een van de weinige die tot laat open zijn en drank serveren. Er staan ook 2 gok kasten. Nuchter zal ik het niet doen. Het is dan meestal niet zo lekker.

De Kapsalon heeft goed gesmaakt en men was erg vriendelijk.

Kapsalon was geplet met kaas het leek net een gladde deegrol kwark. Patat amper gaar en zo geel als wat. Jammer voor de prijs van €9. Ik zal hier in het vervolg niet bestellen tenzij ik echt helemaal naar de wappie ben.

Ik hoopte deze avond op lekker warm eten maar na een tijdje wachten kwam de bestelling binnen en eigenlijk was ongeveer alles van de gerechten lauw/koud. En dat terwijl wel de kaas op bijna alles aangebrand/zwart was! Vind ik toch aardig knap. Niet de eerste keer dat niet alles lekker was.. zal hier niet zo snel meer bestellen, en zeker geen aanrader dit..

De bezorger was 3 kwartier te laat, het eten was koud en smakeloos en de saus zat er niet eens bij. Wat een geld verspilling. Zo jammer... Toen ik belde om door te geven dat de bezorging laat was en vroeg waar het bleef werd ik onderbroken en zei hij dat de bezorger onderweg was. Hij hing op zonder dat ik nog wat kon zeggen. Er kon geen eens een sorry vanaf.

Lekker broodje don er. Meeste personeel erg gezellig maar eentje daar is altijd chagrijnig wat een moodkiller is als je uit de kroeg komt en in een gezellige bui bent maar voor de rest helemaal top

Weer heerlijk gegeten! Goed verzorgd en vriendelijke bediening. Jullie zijn toppers!
