Stadsbrasserie Rotterdam in Rotterdam Centrum

Had a company outing at city brasserie Rotterdam. Who is the mole played in Rotterdam. And then ate. Food was not spectacular. Simple cobbled together menu. Little and not much flavor. Game was fun.

Last week I supervised a company outing where my guests had dinner in the Stadsbrasserie. I asked the guy behind the bar if they might have something outside the menu, a daily menu or something. The response was positive and the listening chef asked if we liked fish. We got a meal that was not on the menu. That was SO delicious!! Because I often have to eat in restaurants, it is very nice if you can order a meal with vegetables. Now we got asparagus, divine! The potato pies were also so delicious! You could clearly taste the chef's love for the profession, and that alone is a reason to return again soon.

Terrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. I was for dinner with my colleagues and I am vegetarian and the waiter served me meat and when I refused he raised his voice at me saying that I either eat that or nothing. And than he comes with the same plate where he had just removed the meat but the blood and everything was there. And when it comes to drink I wanted to order a Mojito but the waiter told me they don’t do cocktails but I literally saw Mojito listed in their menu. The bathroom was very dirty. I can’t say how the food was there because I didn’t eat, but I think my colleagues enjoyed it. This place deserves 0 stars.

Popped in here as I had time to waste before my train. It's a nice place to stop and gather your thoughts. I will definitely go back and try the food

Met een groep van 15 personen daar geluncht. Broodjes waar echt super! Goede variatie. Ook lekker en soms verrassend belegd. Bediening was goed en vlot. Alleen jammer dat de serveerster enkel de Engels en geen Nederlands sprak. Ik vind dat een minpuntje. Niet iedereen zal de Engelse taal machtig zijn. Dan heb je daar wel een uitdaging te gaan. Daarom niet de 5 sterren gegeven.

Great ambience for a meeting. Splendid mojitos.

Beperkte lunchkaart. Bediening in het Engels zonder verontschuldiging van de serveerster dat ze geen Nederlands sprak. Lekker gegeten alleen jammer dat de koffie niet warm was.

Good location and good service. Also the food is very tasty!

Well accessible, near train station and city centre. However, I would not recommend this place. The interior is quite unpersonal, and very noisy (it are three linked restaurants that share their kitchen and lavatories). Limited options on the menu. The staff is kind, but very busy and seemed to have forgotten about our table after we ordered. We made clear at our reservation and upon arrival that we needed to leave in time for a show at the Doelen theatre. The waitress assured us that we'd be able to order three courses. We had to wait for our food a long time. When we asked the waitress if our food would arrive, she said it'd be there any minute. However, we only received our main course, which arrived ten minutes before we had to leave. The food was okay, but nothing special. We unfortunately had to leave still hungry and after a very rushed main course. When we told the staff we didn't receive our starters and did not have time for a dessert, they did not really react, just deleted the starters from the receipt and that was that.

Naast/in de doelen. Ze hadden heel wat vegan opties. We hebben hier niet gegeten maar wel een toetje gehad. de stroopwafel tiramisu was lekker maar zeker niet bijzonder. Voor de prijs (7.70€) had ik meer verwacht.

Lekker gegeten voor een concert in De Doelen. Het eten kwam snel en de service was goed.

Kwaliteit eten is goed. Personeel spreekt elkaar tegen en is niet goed georganiseerd. Toiletten doen aan een Oostblok land denken.

Chaotische bediening, langs elkaar heen werken. Strijdige info over vegetarisch gerecht.

Zaten niet in de Stadsbrasserie maar in de Doelen studio. Was vanavond een special diner met een lopend buffet libanees/ Italiaans. Prima eten sfeer helaas zeer matig . Music veeeel te hard waardoor het moeilijk communiceren was .

We just visited it for a quick lunch. I had the burrata salad which was fresh and tasteful. The service was quick and friendly. I had to leave for another appointment so it convenient that the Central Station is just a 5 minute walk away.

Leuke gerechten, maar weinig smaak

When you're going to a concert, this is the perfect place to have dinner. A simple, tasty menu that is ready in time before the show starts.

Slechte service omdat we niet hebben kunnen eten hier. Overige restaurants ook bomvol, gemiste kans.

Super gezellig. en lekker eten én drinken. De sfeer is uitstekend en mooi.

Zelfs in corona tijd prima service.

Platos de almuerzo agradables y bien preparados. Servicio amigable. También es una buena forma de detectar el tráfico, los automóviles deportivos y las personas que ingresan al centro de la ciudad.

Tegenvaller. Bediening was erg sloom en onoplettend. Op het terras aan de voorzijde hing een gekke (pis?)lucht, vermoedelijk afkomstig uit de hoek bij Happy Sushi. Pita kip was erg goed, net als de garnalenkroketten. Het broodje hummus zou gegrilde groenten hebben maar die waren oprecht onvindbaar - nagenoeg alleen sla met cherry tomaten, de beloofde pijnboompitten eveneens afwezig. Wat ons betreft geen aanrader.

Wat een vooruitgang! Top service, kwaliteit top en lekkere cocktails. Zeker de moeite waard en locatie is lekker centraal. Echt een bedrijf dat weet hoe het hoort! Ik kom snel terug

Leuke plek om te eten! Restaurant ziet er top uit. Personeel is top richting de gasten. Zeker een aanrader voor de rest!

Wat een vooruitgang.. en ondanks de 1,5 meter voelde ik me erg op me gemak. Het eten is gewoon lekker en de cocktails zijn heerlijk! Echt een aanrader!

Wij komen al jaren hier om wat te drinken en/ of eten voor een concert in de Doelen. Gisteren hebben we besloten dat niet meer te doen. Eten is een onvoldoende en personeel vreselijk. Moest 10 minuten proberen om iets te drinken te krijgen. Laatste ronde was om half twaalf , terwijl er nog zeker 10 tafels bezet waren. Helemaal klaar mee!

Lekkere cheesecake. Cappuccino was er helaas niet door de drukke IFFR.

My favorite coffee place in town.

Het was niet al te druk. Bediening was matig. Het meisje dat de bestelling opnam was warrig en kwam slecht uit haar zinnen. De man achter de toonbank was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Kaasplank bleek een flinke plank te zijn, maar dat mag voor 18 euro. Brood leek wat droog (oud) te zijn.

Voor de voorstelling hier gegeten, personeel erg onervaren en traag. We moesten vragen om de menukaart, de drankbestelling en de extra gerechten bij het gekozen gerecht. Al met al een tegenvaller. We hebben maar geen nagerecht genomen deze hebben we elders genoten. Kwaliteit van het gerecht was goed maar wel erg kleine portie voor de mannen in het gezelschap. De menukaart op de website is niet up to date.
