Steakhouse Pizzeria Retaal in Wijk 06 Het Koegras

We had already ordered last week (December 24th). The pizza was stuck to the box and wasn't particularly tasty. It could happen, we thought and ordered again yesterday (January 1st). Two hours after placing the order, I called and asked whether something might have gone wrong with the order. The gentleman on the phone brushed me off by saying that the food would be there in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later the food came. Cold. The plastic boxes full of condensation. The fish was so dry that even the dog had a hard time chewing it. The fries were soggy. The lettuce was gray. I realize that it was the holidays and that the quality suffered due to the delivery, but I've never experienced anything like that and I'm really not very picky. We had two attempts at the restaurant, both failed. I don't understand how there can be so many good reviews! We had an order last week (December 24th). It is already clear to me that it was a public holiday and the delivery suffers from quality, but I have never experienced anything like this and I am really not very sensitive. We had two attempts with the restaurant, both went wrong. How it can come to so many good reviews, I can't explain!

We ordered 2 kebabs. After 20 minutes they were ready, but the cashier didn't have any change. The meat was heated in the microwave. When we opened the food with forebodings, we were met with horror. Wrong meat, wrong/missing ingredients and the "doner bread" was a cold, cracked burger bun. Absolute juice shop, not to mention the hygiene.

Delivery was right on time. The quality of the fries was poor. Old, almost no salt and it seemed reheated. The meat of the "retaal special xxl" did not meet the description. They were cubes of meat. Not an actual lamb chop, shashlik. More like chunks of meat. The meat that came with it was very dry, poorly seasoned and extremely disappointing.

Waiting 1.5 hours for spare ribs and a shawarma. Delivery person doesn't look at you. No excuse for late delivery. Spare ribs dry, fries limp and cowardly. Shoarma cold and the salad warm. When you call them you don't get an answer. I've been through a lot but this is the worst I've had. What a shitty service

A really crazy meal takes a lot of time and the food doesn't taste like anything, you'd be better off eating a peanut butter sandwich

Terrible tent, haven't received anything more than 45 minutes after the expected delivery time. The phone is not answered and they cannot be reached. I had already decided last year that I would never order from here again due to... absurdly long waiting time and bad food. Very big 0 star!!!

Order but not delivered.... very disappointed. Never order here. Save your money and make it yourself if necessary... 10x better.¹

It was anything but tasty. Everything was soft and moist. My tip is not to order here. If I could post a 0 star review I definitely would!!!!

After an hour and fifteen minutes the food was delivered. Pizza Retaal had no taste, the garlic sauce was as thin as water. The hair salon was horrible, the fries were as hard as concrete. It was really unbearable. I'm quite experienced with eating pizza and kebab, but this would make an Italian or Turk turn in their grave! The delivery person also threw trash in the parking lot. I will definitely never order anything from here again!
