Delicious as always!!!! Great prices for great food

Yesterday I got four special menus, but unfortunately, there wasn't much meat for the price I paid.

V friendly service at the counter - we sat in and ate although it’s usually a take away. Lovely fresh and tasty food. Won ton soup, noodles and baguettes went down very well with kids also!

Just really good food, nice people and fast service. Loved it!

The best Chinese restaurant in the Old North.

The last time I got food was 3 weeks ago. O.a. Ordered bakabana, nasi and noodles...bakabanas were almost poisonous to eat. Tasted like it was fried in very old oil; result direct trash bin id. I'm not used to this here....

Small Chinese/Surinamese takeaway business in North Rotterdam. Moksi tjauw min and nasi are delicious here, you also have sandwiches, meat sausage etc. are all very good!!

The food wasn't bad, it came pretty close to the taste of the past. Eating on site is possible, but not for relaxing. It's more of a takeaway. Parking is a nightmare.

I have ordered the tjauwmin moksie three times. The food itself is fine. In my opinion, the matter could be improved on a number of points. The idea of ​​an open kitchen is that you can see that the chef / kitchen works hygienically. 1) the chefs don't wear hair nets 2) the chefs do not wear gloves and often work with their hands. I often saw a cook grabbing rice with his hands and tossing pickled cucumbers with his bare hands. He then placed this low on the ground. 3) the sandwiches are made behind the cash register and paid for in cash. All this without gloves. It is not hygienic to accept money and then make sandwiches. 4) the chicken is already prepared in containers on the floor. When ordering it is double fried. This makes the chicken crispy on the one hand but also very greasy. Tjauwmin chicken is tastier roasted! Due to hygiene, I will not eat at ka yin again.

Just passing by Rotterdam and stumbled across this small eatery run by a small family. I can say one of the top meals I've tasted in Europe. Chicken (breast), duck and BBQ pork was perfectly cooked, flavors were on point. The staff was extremely friendly. Price were almost too reasonable for what it is. The portion was so huge, that we had enough for breakfast and we still got too full lol. Highly recommended. Michelin star worth visiting.

Het eten is goed en voordelig. De service geschiedt met Indische vriendelijkheid. Ik kom er alleen om af te halen maar geniet dan van de afwezigheid van grote pretenties en de elders gebruikelijke trendiness-bombast.

Het eten was echt heerlijk. Het is een kleine winkel waar eigenlijk meer wordt afgehaald. Eten wordt goed bereid. De broodjes zijn ook lekker en vers. Aanrader voor mij is broodje geroosterd spek. Zeker de moeite waard.

Mijn bijkeuken als ik niet kan koken. Altijd lekker genieten van nasi kip speciaal en tjauwmin kip speciaal

Favorite plaats voor moksie, de beste van Rotterdam.

Fantastisch gegeten. Geroosterd varkensvlees met rijst en saté. Alle gerechten zijn zeer smaakvol. Ik vind de rijst/nasi bami en tsjauw min gerechten lekkerder dan de roti's, maar dat kan een kwestie van smaak zijn. Gerechten zijn zeer betaalbaar.

Ka Yin Simpel menu met broodjes, snacks en soepen voor de kleine trek en Roti, Surinaamse en Chinese gerechten in diverse varianten voor de grote trek. De gerechten worden cooked to order. De keuken kan je gewoon naar binnen kijken zodat je kan zien hoe je eten word bereid. Het is altijd druk en de zaak bestaat al geruime tijd. Er zijn 8 zitplaatsen voor eten ter plaatse maar eigenlijk kom je hier natuurlijk om af te halen. De klanten zijn een mix van de gehele Rotterdamse bevolking. Het is slim om van tevoren te bellen en alvast te bestellen anders kom je waarschijnlijk in een rij terecht. Het parkeren in de omgeving is moeilijk tenzij je net geluk hebt en er een plekje vrijkomt. De porties zijn hun geld waard en redelijk geprijsd. Je kan alle gerechten customizen tijdens het bestellen. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en denken met je mee in oplossingen. Neem wel contact geld mee want pinnen gaat hier helaas niet, ze hebben wel een optie tot overboeken. Aanrader is de Chow Min Speciaal met kip.

Altijd lekker, vriendelijke man en snel klaar. Let op je kan alleen met contant betalen!

Dit zaakje bestaat al langer dan 25 jaar. Doordat ik daar alleen contant kon betalen weet ik niet hoe het eten daar is. Redelijke prijzen en vriendelijke vrouw. Parkeergelegenheid een GROOT probleem.

Elke x als ik hier eten haal dan is het druk, en de menukaart is uitgebreid... Juist omdat het druk is kan je er echt vanuit gaan dat het eten vers bereid is... De kip die ze verkopen is altijd zo lekker mals dat ik alles afkluif.. Ook de rijstmogelijkheden zijn top... Ik kom hier al jaren.... en zal er nog jaren meer blijven komen.... Gewoon doen, en proef dat ik gelijk heb. Betaalbaar en veel...

Ik kom er met heel veel trek en plezier de afgelopen 15 jaar mijn Moksi met Nasi speciaal af te halen bij Kay Yin en Cliff. Broodjes zijn ook overheerlijk als de rest van de gerechten. Hard werkende mensen en altijd vriendelijk om je van dienst te zijn.

I saw one bad comment about this restaurant and I want to mention when I wanted to add something on my noodles all the stuff was very friendly and they added it even if they had a lot of work to do.Is the only restaurant wich when I speak english the stuff understand and serve me on the time and don’t let me waiting so I recommend it if you speak only english .The food is delicious and they cook it very fast .The only thing I want to say is that today when I order Japanese style noodles to my box were classic noodles and not what I order but still was delicious and mistakes can happen ☺️If you want my opinion there is no competition at all with the other restaurants if you see the prices you gonna understand that is the best

heel erg lekker eten, ontzettend van de Roti kip genoten 👌

Helaas was in tegenstelling tot wat er op de website staat, de locatie gesloten vanwege het warme weet. (Stond op een papiertje op de deur). Erg jammer.

Hier maken ze echt de beste bloedworst van Rotterdam. Deze is niet te overheersend kruidig en écht lekker pittig. Dan met die uien sambal, 💯 ook echt heerlijk met petjel en rijst. Altijd goede service ook!

Komen hiet al vele jaren de schone zaak vriendelijk geholpen en wat je ook besteld alles is even lekker wij zijn vooral dan van de roti en de telo Een echte aanrader

Eten was goed. Ongeveer dezelfde kwaliteit als een stuk verderop bij Tai tung. Let op je kunt hier niet pinnen en je moet als een hond buiten op je bestelling wachten ondanks de versoepelde Corona regels. Ondanks het buiten wachten (gelukkig regende het niet) was het eten goed. Ook de bloedworst was lekker en dat is niet overal zo. Top!. Tip voor de eigenaar: REGEL EEN PINAPPARAAT!. Ik begrijp dat cash geld lekker makkelijk is (sjoemelen/creatief boekhouden). maar voor de consument niet zo leuk en zeker niet anno 2022. Ik moest als een gek op zoek naar een pinautomaat! Dat kan echt niet meer in deze tijd.
