There was a weird taste in the saoto and very little chicken saoto was thrown away never again. How can you sell people such food by far the worst saoto I have ever eaten. I'm sorry I threw my money away

Another delicious meal. Order via their own website and always ask for half noodles and half nasi. They never make a fuss about this and it has always been done neatly. Everything tastes freshly made and is neatly packaged.

Overall Opinion, Too bad! For example, I noticed at the first bite that the bara was microwaved and therefore tough. The bara had the taste and structure of bread.

Always our favorite takeout spot, so three weeks ago we decided to order saoto and telo cod for takeout again. We were incredibly disappointed with what we found at home. The saoto was less than half full, and the telo were 5 or 6 pieces (including small pieces) and less than a tablespoon of cod. The woman behind the counter was incredibly grumpy. We got the impression she wasn't interested. The food tasted good, but charging customers full price and only half-filling the containers is a definite no-go. This way, you're stealing from your own wallet. We don't want to put anyone down, but simply want to share an honest review of our experience. We'll be getting our food elsewhere from now on, unfortunately!

Very bad, but a good thing. I ordered roti chicken fillet 3 times, I got roti with chicken thigh fillet, roti looks like soup, potatoes have no taste, I also ordered a bara, looks like an emperor roll, so dry

Had dinner with my family, ordered nasi noodles and somersault, my daughter wanted noodles so she started eating, thought let me taste it... noodles were spoiled, we indicated that it was no longer good. Mrs. Cam indicates that it is good and that we actually don't like it and that is why we say it is spoiled, which is not true at all! Well after discussion she said that we didn't have to pay for it, but seriously, we tasted it with 4 adults and then she claims that it's okay, but the food has a lot of salt! Once we got home we drank so much water..we know for the next time that we shouldn't go there!!

Recently discovered this restaurant. Have ordered many times since then. Different dishes chosen. Satisfied with everything I've eaten so far. Staff are very friendly.

Amazing cuisine, spicy and tasty, I had never tried Surinamese food before and it’s now my absolute favourite. Special thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and helpful.

Best Surinamese food in Rotterdam!

Me and two friends came here whilst holidaying in Rotterdam from Scotland. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, offering us samples of dishes because we weren’t familiar with the cuisine (and we don’t speak Dutch). The food was delicious - we ate everything. I recommend the lamb with vegetables, the spicy chicken, the satay or the soup! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Had a delicious vegetarian roti with potato, long beans, pointed cabbage, tempeh and ordered an extra egg. It was right there on the table. The plate was tasty, everything well seasoned and not too dry as you sometimes get. Great tent! Definitely recommended!

Heerlijke eten, mijn dochter en ik genieten 2 a 3 keer weekelijks van de lekkere maaltijden. Tjauwmin kip de lekkerste echt netals in Suriname. Echt wel aangeraden. De saoto soep is ook de beste wat ik ooit geproefd heb. Helemaal toppie!! Groetjes Wendy En bedankt, ben zeer tevreden.

You can taste that food is prepared with love there and not only does it taste good, but you also get enough food for your money. Inside it was a bit small and due to the renovation in the street the tent was completely empty. But the only staff there was a nice man

Great fun, nice chat, got a cake as a gift because I came from far away because of the rain. Lime leaf in the roti chicken, absolutely perfect! I say yes!

Take-away soto, roti chicken fillet, pepper and sour for 4 people. Soto was very well filled with chicken and a (separately packaged) generous amount of freshly cut vegetables. Roti chicken fillet contained delicious potatoes, nice beans and more than enough chicken fillet in a nice, non-greasy sauce. We had a delicious meal. We are already looking forward to next time. PS Pay a lot extra for plastic containers, but that will apply from July 1, 2023.

Dit is mijn vaste plek voor een saoto soep. De andere gerechten heb ik er nog nooit geprobeerd dus vandaar de 4 sterren. Ik zou alleen wel oppassen met allerlei prijsverhogingen, want voor maar een kom soep ken ook ik mijn grenzen.

Tevreden over de saoto. Roti is ook lekker jammer dat er bij de kip ook lam zat.

Eten was heerlijk en veel voor 1 redelijk bedrag smaak was uitstekend en netheid was aanwezig .

Beetje jammer dat na het afrekenen pas wordt gemeld, dat alleen afhalen mogelijk was. Eten was goed verpakt en bleef lang warm.

Warung So So Lobi krijgt van mij nu 3 sterren. Vandaag voor het eerst op locatie 2 saoto soep, 3 bakabana's en een nasi kip besteld. Thuis aangekomen bleek er geen kip te zitten😡😡😡 bij de nasi. Dus enorm teleurgesteld aangezien ik niet om de hoek woon. Qua smaak is het wat ik gewend ben. Dus het is aan te raden de bestelling te controleren voor vertrek. Vindt het trouwens ook raar dat de koude drank in de zelfde tas is toegevoegd bij de warme maaltijd.

Heerlijk restaurant met aardig personeel. Bediening is lekker snel

Het was weer erg lekker alleen vind ik wel dat als je een extra zakje vulling wilt kopen dat dat moet kunnen. Ze doen het wel maar ze hebben het liever. Dat is jammer dat dat niet gewoon mogelijk is en dat die keuze er niet gewoon is. Maar het eten is erg lekker.

Hier voor de tweede keer roti kipfilet gehaald van het weekend. Vriendelijk geholpen en het was ook voor de tweede keer weer heerlijk! Blij dat jullie om de hoek zitten.
