Delicious food and great service

I've ordered several times for convenience, but I've also picked it up myself. Delicious food, good quality, and polite delivery people and friendly staff in the store.

We have ordered here a few times and the food is always delivered very late (around 1.5 hours). Yesterday we had to wait 2 hours. The initiative for compensation is also not applicable. Now that we read the reviews it is clear that it happens more often and we will not order/pick up here anymore.

I waited an hour for my order, and I won't be coming back. All other sushi restaurants are fast.

The food is good, but they're way too slow, both when we're delivering and when we're eating in. Waiting 25 minutes for your food when the place is empty is not good.

What a mess this place is!!! Never again. I won't waste any more words on this.

The food was decent, but the delivery was a nightmare. It was 45 minutes late. When you called, they told you it was busy. So, adjust your delivery time accordingly.

ALWAYS TOO LATE!! SICK OF IT EVERY TIME. IF YOU ORDER AN HOUR EARLY, THEY STILL ARRIVE AN HOUR LATER.

We have had it delivered a few times. The poke bowls are quite tasty. However, they always deliver much later than agreed. Today they were 50 minutes later than agreed and the spring rolls were already completely cold. We called more than half an hour before the food arrived and the delivery person was already on his way. Too bad, last time for us.

For the 2nd time in a row my food is more than an hour late. Last time they were 2 hours late. After endless calls, there is no answer or they are busy. Last time I ordered here.

I am not used to waiting an hour and a half, I regularly order a poka bowl but this waiting time is usually much shorter. I hope you can do something with this

Today, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Bowl. The dish was prepared by a staff member of Dutch descent, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've been disappointed by him. This time, he forgot to add the brown sauce to the rice, the portion of meat was extremely small, as if it were leftovers, and I even found a hair in my meal — completely unacceptable. In contrast, when the dishes are prepared by staff of Asian descent, everything is always perfect — plenty of meat, enough sauce, and no unpleasant surprises. The poke bowls are always tasty and sufficient, but the service leaves much to be desired. I picked up poke bowls and discovered on the way that I did not receive any chopsticks or wasabi. When I call at 5:40 PM on Saturday, there is simply no answer after endless rings. It will save money by omitting the sticks and wasabi, I also think it is sustainable, but at least ask your customer when placing the order if they want this included. Very mediocre experience 🫤

I got the matcha bubble tea here. It wasn't very expensive, but it wasn't very tasty either. The quality of the tapioca pearls in particular was a lot less. It was more like a jelly than a real pearl. There was also a crack in the side of the cup that I received, causing some drink to leak out. Finally, the foil at the top was so tight that it was almost impossible to get the straw through.

The poke bowl salmon is really delicious

In the past I have always gotten super delicious poke bowls here. No idea what happened but today was definitely the worst ever. A bowl full of dirty rice and a small layer of ingredients, but not what you would expect from a poke bowl. What a huge mistake, now let's look for another address where they understand.

It must be said that the sushi is delicious BUT... ordered at half past five, two hours later it said it had been on its way for over an hour on Thuisbezorgd. I called to say that it was taking a long time, then I was told that it would now be made. Then it took another half hour before it was delivered. In the meantime, Cranky vd Hunger complained by telephone for compensation. We could get a discount voucher for next time but we declined. We will never order here again.

Very tasty and fresh bowls. Super friendly and competent staff. Preparation time acceptable for the high volume of orders. Good price for what is offered. I just can't recommend the bubble teas.

Excellent! Fast, tasty, huge portions, small prices. Ideal for a hungry asian cuisine lover. Maki are perfect for the kids. It feels like the owner had a serious restaurant in the past. This is now the number one place for hungry me when visiting Hoorn.

I have regularly ordered poke bowls here and have been completely satisfied. However, the last time was dramatic. Very slow service, but worse... the bowl was drowned in wasabi mayo. The employee, disinterested and looking in another direction (like Ivan Toney taking a penalty), emptied an entire bus. It seemed like Banana Split, but unfortunately it was reality.

Long time of waiting due to amount of orders, too much onion in poke bowl like it is onion bowl, old fried oil smell inside of cafe, not enough AC, very small to enjoy food inside. Better for take away.

Ordered a pokebowl via the website. After putting together a pokebowl myself, I accidentally refreshed the page. The order was still in the shopping cart. However, I did not check whether the assembled pokebowl was still correct. After delivery this turned out not to be the case. Result: a bowl of rice with cucumber. My mistake and obviously not Sushi and Poké House's. Quite an expensive joke for me. So be careful when ordering via the website itself. Perhaps it is possible to adjust the website so that the shopping cart is emptied when it is refreshed? Will the composite poke bowl remain in place?

I always order my pokebowl here! Very satisfied with the quality and delivery. Although there are some bad reviews about the delivery, it has always been delivered to me quickly and on time, even though I live far from the restaurant. The poke bowls that come in are always filled to the brim with fresh ingredients and you can taste it!

Ordered a bubble tea and the tapioca was still half cooked

I've been ordering from here for years, it's my go to poke bowl place and the food is always delicious when I order. Delivery has taken a long time once or twice, but it usually arrives on time. The tapioca isn't that good, but other bubble teas are! I also often have special requests that are always handled very nicely. I also really enjoyed taking away or eating in the restaurant.

Ordered a Pokebowl, large €14.50. This one was half full, definitely not worth the money. Delivery person was also at the wrong house. Not recommended anymore, it was better before!

Poke Bowl normally well filled, seems to be getting less and less. But the delivery time is scandalously long. Waiting almost 2 hours for your food is normal. Pity.

Not good at all, sushi literally smells and tastes old. Fried food is too oily.

Ordered a bubble tea, you cannot even call this ‘tapioca’. It was like chewing on rubber! By a milestone the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had and I had quite a few in my life. Shame on you!

kom hier al jaren maar echt niet meer wat het is geweest, het is altijd aan de prijzige kant geweest maar je kreeg waar voor je geld. nu een pokerbowl met bijna geen topping, de sushirollen van 8,50 die altijd best groot waren zijn nu ook 50% kleiner geworden. echt zonde gewoon..

Today I placed an order elsewhere for various sushi and sashimi. The sushi looks and tastes like it was made by amateurs and the sashimi is way too thin. Such slices are leftovers that you use for a mix of something, not for sashimi. In addition, there is seaweed as a bedding under the sashimi, which is completely absorbed into the sashimi, cannot be eaten! I will never order from here again.

Of course I'm not very objective because my son works here, but great ❤️

Rly great sushi, delicious and fresh wasabi make it great experience for your taste. The only downside is that this place is clearly delivery customers focused, so not much space inside if the weather is typically Dutch ;) . But service there is on top level, helpful, kind and working with dedication. I can advise to anyone, with clear heart, to check it and enjoy the rly good sushi.

We bestellen hier regelmatig pokebowl. Over het algemeen tevreden maar soms duurt de bezorging lang en zijn ze niet bereikbaar.. Bij drukte lijkt de poke minder gevuld en de omelet wat ouder. Maar over het algemeen heerlijk!

Lekkerste sushi van Hoorn. Ze hebben hele vriendelijke werknemers. Je krijgt waard voor je geld. Het smaakte super vers en ik ga hier zeker snel nog een keer eten!

Lovely place for quick some sushi or a poké bowl in the city. Not a lot of place inside to sit with big groups, but enough seating for two. The place was tody and clean. The self put together poké bowl is nice and fresh and it looks appetising. Very much enjoyed it. I like the simplicity of choosing what to put in it and I liked the variety of choices.

Altijd de beste Poke bowls! Goede hoeveelheid toppings en helemaal zelf samen te stellen. Snelle levertijd.

Duurde lang voordat ik kon bestellen en niet veel zit ruimte, beetje duur, ik had bubbel tea gehaald en was best lekker, veel op het menu van sushi, poke, rijst en bubbel tea! 3 sterren!

Lekkerste sushi bowls van de hele omgeving! Er zit zo super veel smaak aan, krijg elke keer weer een foodgasm van het eten hier :D Bowl is ook rijk gevuld, ze zijn niet zuinig met de ingrediënten! Alleen jammer dat ze op maandag gesloten zijn; ik heb nu heel veel zin in een sushi bowl en wil nergens anders meer halen nu ik hier gehad heb. Het personeel is ook heel aardig. Als we van tevoren bestellen staat het ook altijd netjes klaar als we het komen ophalen.

Op een doordeweekse dag RUIM 1,5 uur moeten wachten op een bestelling die we al extra vroeg hadden gemaakt, met reden. Na 5 kwartier tijd toch maar gebeld waar de bestelling bleef waarbij aan de telefoon werd verteld dat ze nog 10 andere bestellingen moesten bezorgen.. de bezorger deed er daarom lang over. Tevens was het de afgelopen 2 dagen rustig dus hadden ze niet verwacht het vandaag ineens druk te hebben #hoedan Na 1,5 uur weer gebeld. Ze gingen overleggen wat ze konden betekenen. Handig dat ze de lijn open laten en dat je hoort dat 20%kortingsbon gegeven kon worden. Wat verbaasd ons; de jongen die ons gesprek voerde kwam terug met een bon van 10%. Op dat moment wordt er ook eindelijk aangebeld. Resultaat; een gedeeltelijk koude bestelling. Avocado was overrijp en de extra kip die ik erbij had besteld waren letterlijk 3 kleine stukjes voor €1. Dit was echt een deceptie van onze bestelling, een kortingscode van 10% voor een volgende bestelling werd ons gegeven als compensatie. Welke overigens nog steeds niet is ontvangen in de mailbox. Zonde want de vorige keer was de poke bowl erg lekker. Nu een klant minder en slechte mond op mond reclame. Zijn genoeg andere sushi zaken hier in de buurt!!

Wij bestellen hier graag.. De sushi , powkebowl en warme gerechtjes zijn lekker en vers. Snelle en vriendelijke bezorging.

Heerlijk, voornamelijk de pokebowls

Vandaag van te voren besteld bij jullie aan de counter. Het eten werd netjes en keurig op tijd bij ons thuis afgeleverd, dank! Maar nog meer dank voor de fijne en lekkere sushi!

Poké bowl is heerlijk vers en vol van smaak. Zeewier salade is ook heerlijk en alles was snel bezorgd. Erg aan te raden om beiden uit te proberen

Sushi is lekker, verse ingrediënten maar soms wel erg slecht gerold. Ook mogen ze wel wat guller zijn met de soja. Bestel voor bijna 30€ en krijg er 1 dingetje soja bij. Als je zegt dat dat wel erg weinig is voor twee personen krijg je als antwoord dat dit per hoeveelheid bestelde sushi gaat....? 30€ sushi! Kom op

Ik vond het hier vroeger beter, de bezorgtijd is te lang en de tonijn was oud, jammer.
