Suvi in Oude Pijp

This is not a restaurant it’s an Asian grocery store take away place that makes Vietnamese takeaway food. Probably because it’s trendy, popular. The salad rolls are pretty ok. But we had a salad and sandwich also and it was not good. Tastes like the salad was made yesterday and the baguette of the sandwich was not fresh. Threw both away. Stick to the salad rolls. As the lady handed it to me she coughed in her hand. Oh dear. But it is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for

Got Bahn Mi from the shop on the ground floor. Absolutely awful! The ingredients didn't taste fresh, and it made us nauseous. It's a good shop, but not for Bahn Mi.

I’ve ordered twice. Amazing sushi! Big pieces and tasty!

I order from Su-vi occasionally; I used to order more often. But the last time, it's clear why. The order took longer than usual, I forgot the wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce, the wrong ingredients in my sushi, and the sushi that doesn't fall apart. In short, It's a real shame the quality has gotten so bad. Never order from here again.

Food was nice! I loved warm crispy salmon rolls (highly recommended).

Unfortunately this restaurant is now one of the worst of Amsterdam. I’ve known Suvi since 2013 and the quality and delivery time was always great but the last year they keep having severe issues not only with delivery time but also the delivery itself. As for today I had to call them for 3 (!!!) times and actually currently we are still waiting. The first call was for the delivery time, as even after one full hour they did not deliver. The second time was because of the fact that they forgot a key dish. As they also did not keep their promise to deliver I had to call them again. Really dear people of Suvi...this is no fun eating... Good luck with your business and I sincerely hope you get your act together.

Literally nothing good to say about it. A hair in my temaki. Cream cheese in sushi even though it wasn't in the description, and I absolutely hate that. Poorly cut, so it fell apart completely. Tasteless salmon skin crisps. No one answers either phone number! Extremely disappointed.

Das Suhsi hat unglaublich gut geschmeckt und wurde sehr schön angerichtet. Der Service war sehr schnell und sehr freundlich.

No sushi here. Just pho, noodle, rices dishes. Super great service not that busy. Very kind staff. Food tastes incredible.

Just happened to walk past and thought we would give it a try. The food was nice but nothing amazing. I was a bit put off by the fish tank, there is no substrate or plants for the fish just empty space

Good vietnamese food in Ámsterdam

Zeer matige en goedkope sushi, had menu 14 besteld maar na 3 stukjes de rest niet meer opgegeten. Het proefde niet vers en er zat weinig smaak aan. Tevens was de bestelling 25 minuten te laat.

Erg lekker gegeten, vers bereid en aardige bediening.

Het eten was goed, maar gaf geen reden om hier nog een keer te komen.

Eten is heeeeerlijk😋. Net zoals de speciale restaurants in vietnam!! Bediening is zelfs vietnamees!. So you have to speak English🙃 but they're English is excellent. Bezorging kan druk zijn in het weekend wegens de populariteit, maar het wachten is het zeker waard.

Fantastic Vietnamese tea (with fresh ginger and lemongrass), summer rolls and Vietnamese pho. Fresh ingredients all the way for the food that I ordered. The service was very friendly, attentive and nice. Would definitely come back here again for honest and good Vietnamese food.

Food was not too bad, but some of it came still frozen so sent it back. I would not recommend this to someone visiting amsterdam but for a quick bite, it will do.

Het is een relatief klein restaurant met op de begane grond circa 10 zitplaatsen en op de 1e etage circa 25. De maaltijd is niet pittig. Op zich is dat geen punt want dat is naar smaak aan te vullen. Verder kunnen minder validen naar binnen maar niet naar het toilet want dat is op de 1e etage (geen lift).

The sushi is of good quality and I ordered here a few times, until they once forgot to deliver two items. I called them up about it and they told me I'd get them with my next order instead of getting my money back. So I ordered again and I got my two missing items from the last order, but this time they forgot my soy sauce. Not ordering again, please double check your orders before delivering them.

Het eten is lekker ookal word het bezorgd ik heb zelf niet lang moeten wachten.

Beautiful food. Very nice broth in the pho bo. Wide sushi selection. Vietnamese tea is stunning and all flavours work together well. Slightly expensive but did not disappoint.

I always order my sushi here. Best I've found in Amsterdam since Ikimasu closed down. Timely delivery, delicious rolls.
