Highly recommended! Always on time, hot and delicious.

My order was delivered to the wrong address twice (in one evening) and never arrived. After calling three times, I was promised three times that it would arrive quickly. After two hours (and the second incorrect delivery), I finally cancelled. Fortunately, I did get my money back. Huge disappointment after looking forward to the quesadillas all evening.

I've ordered from Taco Mundo a few times since moving here and I don't recognize any of the complaints; I received fast delivery (always within 30 minutes), and after a mistake on Uber Eats, I was quickly helped by the guy on the phone. The service is perfect. :)

We ordered food from Taco Mundo and our food did not arrive in the specified time AND Taco Mundo marked it as delivered in Uber. We called and they said the food is on its way and said it'll be there between 5 and 15 minutes. We called back 45 minutes later and they said "now it's on its way and it'll be delivered in 15 minutes". We literally had a few calls like this and we finally asked if the food was really coming since the kids are starving. Again, he promised it's coming. This was over two hours since we ordered and this is the outcome: We paid close to 80 euro and the food was not delivered The food was marked as delivered on Uber Eats which is misrepresentation possibly to manipulate Uber Eats deliver times We had to spend more money ordering from a different restaurant We spent a lot of time calling Taco Mundo only to be lied to over and over again Veru disappointed by this experience and we would not recommend this franchise to anyone

I'm allergic to chicken and received half of my order with real chicken instead of vegetarian chicken. This has happened before, so I won't risk it again. I was sick for two days because of this. Thanks!

This is the only Taco Mundo in The Netherlands that puts all ingredients half way! I been every part of NL and I love Taco Mundo. This specific location is the worse. Deliveries comes super late, they are changing in the system as deliveried an hour before actually delivery time. In the system they are quick and on time but reality minimum +1h! Food portions literally half way, burritos empty like tostie rolls, nachos also has less chips and ingredients on top. You need to order twice as any other location of Taco Mundo. Of course you have to pay twice for exact same amount of food as other locations. Unbelievable and needs to be fixed immediately!

After waiting 2.5 hours for our food, tried calling several times and after waiting 5/10 minutes on the phone our connection was simply broken, our order was simply cancelled. What a bad service

Ordered delivery, got charged in full amount, but my order never arrived. Called their Customer service phone number — no one answers, call just hangs up after some time of waiting. Terrible experience, they just stole my money.

Tiny tiny portions, used to be good value, not anymore. €75 of bowls, quesadillas, burritos and churros was not enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids 👎🏼

The app indicates that it has been delivered, which 10 minutes later is still not the case. Not recommended.

The delivery time is not correct at all. The order was delivered way too late and no apologies! The food was late and cold and my drink was warm. So we won't order anything here anymore.

Walked in here tonight to get Mexican. I don't recognize any of the complaints, although they seem to be more complaints regarding delivery. The employee was super nice and attentive and my order was ready in 10 minutes. We had a delicious meal there and I would go again.

This used to be a fairly decent mexican delivery, but oh boy did the times change. After an hour of waiting and false claims of 'already deliveded' I got a cold burrito, wet fries glued into an unedible ball in a box that looked like somebody sat on it, and a wrong cookie that I really wasn't interested in. This 'food' went straight into the trashcan. Do not waste your money and time and go order somewhere else.

I just moved to Amstelveen and I had been looking for Ekker Mexican fast food for a while, because I really like that. When I ordered a burrito and an enchilada here it was cold and tasteless. It may have been due to the delivery because it took quite a long time, but I will definitely wait a long time before coming here again. Too bad because I was already so happy with a Mexican near my house.

Taco Mundo in Amstelveen offers decent service and delicious food. The employees are friendly and attentive, which makes for a pleasant experience. The dishes are fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. Definitely recommended for Mexican food lovers!

Is this a community center or? Music on loudly, I can't even understand the man behind the cash register, I waited too long and the food was just ok. Maybe you should hire employees who actually want to work?

Sorry but this is the worst service I have experienced in a long time. The delivery person calls me, does not speak Dutch or English. If you don't understand all the instructions at all, then you're going to have a hard time... Final score he doesn't understand it, gets frustrated and puts the order as delivered HAHA! Even though he never delivered it of course. I will NEVER order from here again, first or last time. I really like tacos, otherwise I would have ordered from here every week. I would go for the other one in Amstelveen.

Strange state of affairs, charging 2.50 extra for pin payment at the door without this being indicated anywhere. Written with pen. Response to taco mundo: Delivery costs were free for the amount we spent and the pin amount of 2.50 is written in pen. So it's not unreasonable, this is just a rip-off without reporting it.

Delivery was fast but the veggie chicken burrito sucked big time! I specified in the order not to add cheese. Besides the fact that they still added cheese, the burrito had no salt whatsoever. Really disappointing

What a shamefully bad company! Order was delivered after 45 minutes. The contents of the bag had been crushed, making it impossible to remove the dishes from the packaging and causing them to become a dirty, sticky mass. The dishes had also become cold. We had to throw away all the dishes!

If you think the negative reviews won't be too bad. Unfortunately, here too my body forced the food out again within 15 minutes via the same route. No more Taco Mundo for us...

Waited 3 hours for an order. Called several times and each time the answer was that it would be there in 20 minutes. With a lot of effort I was able to cancel the order and now wait for the money to be refunded. Never ordering here again... for 3 hours, no apologies, nothing from the staff

The food is okay and not exceptional. The vegetables in burrito were not fully to my taste. Service is really quick and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere of the shop is nice

Excruciatingly long wait for our order.

The delivery was planned at 19 because my son (15 years old) had to go to the drum lesson but at 19:46 still not delivered so my son couldn’t eat before his lesson. And this is not the first time.

In half of the cases, the order is delivered much too late, not delivered at all or delivered cold. The app reports that delivery has been made, and when you call to find out why it hasn't been delivered, the lady on the line says that the head office has set it up that way.

I am very dissatisfied. Would like to file a complaint. The order came very late. Was delivered to the neighbors. The address was scanned and the delivery did not look at the name. Cold and bad taste. I won't give this to my dog. I want my money back.

Very long wait for our food. 10 minutes after we ordered we saw 2 couples with children ordering. Within 10 minutes the much larger orders were out the door. Some staff members walk without work clothes and wear earplugs and headphones. A group that apparently comes here often just walks around the kitchen just like their children. Extremely dangerous and very unprofessional! Last time for us!

Ordered Frisian mexiana classic. Was delivered 15 minutes late as shown in the attached photo. "Sorry bro" was the response, with the promise of a new portion within 10 minutes. After waiting half an hour I contacted the office, after 10 minutes on hold they knew about it, but no action seemed to have been taken yet. Now it would really come within 10 minutes. The boy on the phone is audibly snubbed by the boss, and then hangs up the phone without saying anything. Antisocial place, but you can pay 18 euros for a lukewarm burger and weak fries

After a family weekend, ordered to say goodbye at Taco Mundo Amstelveen. abysmally bad food, extremely chilling delivery and a horrible ending, before everyone went home again we each had to vomit on the water closet for at least fifteen minutes. We will definitely NOT return here. See attachment for the lousy food delivered to us. Never again.

I ordered here but it was terrible: 1) Borrito had almost no meat 2) Delivery took 90 minutes 3) They forgot my drink 4) I paid extra for quacamole, and I didn't get it either

Mediocre review, the 1st star was quite cute for the lady behind the counter, the 2nd star was for the man behind the woman who was even cuter, and the 3rd star was for the smooth stools due to the diarrhea from the food

Tasty as always. I've been a regular for years , I like how they always try to improve the tacos and other items on the menu. I am a fan of the veggie chicken and pulled pork tacos. The french fries really improved , they used to be soggy, but now they are crispy , thanks for that.

Find a lot of irrelevant and offensive reviews here, apparently an angry customer or other problem. I ordered here once on site, so not via the internet. The people behind the counter spoke no Dutch and hardly any English. Indicate level pictures. Two of the same menus with a different soft drink proved to be too difficult, so the boy who took the order indicated that that was not possible and added the same soft drink. The food was… well… just fast food and has little to do with real Mexican food. Not worth repeating for me.

I came here with my wife and two sons to have something to eat after shopping, but this mess was really unpalatable and really disgusting. My son had to go to the emergency room because he had such bad diarrhea. Then an employee came with a shank and almost stole our food and kidnapped my wife. We then went digging through the McDonalds bins like a bunch of Africans and found 3 half-eaten cheeseburgers mixed with vanilla milkshakes. We ate that and had a better evening than at this kkr restaurant. Never eat here again.

Ordered some food and when it arrived I didn't get ketchup but a strange white sauce that kept moving, when my wife ate it she got a bigger belly and hasn't had a monthly for a while. We called the restaurant and they don't know if it was seed or mayonnaise, other than that the fries were tasty.

I have just ordered a few days ago, the delivery did 3 hours about my order. They came at my door and stole everything that i have in petto. They stole my car and, they ripped my tv of the wall. They throw a few bakstones through my window. And said that i am a kanker leijer. I found that not aardig. Then i said he could krijg de kanker. Then i kanteld his bezorgscooter and placed it om marketingplace. I want a schadenvergoeding and my geld terug.

Ordered yesterday. 5 delivery people arrived, which I thought was very striking. kicking in my door like that, robbing me of everything I had in store. By the way, they were armed with Kalashnikovs. Once and never again

The food was cold upon arrival. Horrible. I literally had to gag at certain times. We have a dog and we didn't even give it to him. I wouldn't order or pick up from here, the nachos were tasty, but there's very little you can do wrong with them.

Bad delivery! Sauce was everywhere, after sending the photos on WhatsApp they started sending strange stickers, in the guise of making fun. I think 15/16 year old boys work, as evidenced by their childish behavior. So great company!!

Used to be a good tent. For the past 2 months, orders have been arriving at least an hour late and when you call about it, you can get a big grin from a delivery person with a fur collar. They have lost this customer! Too bad because eating was always good.

Very unfriendly staff. The delivery man almost drove into my backyard and honked his horn to let me know he was there. But did not get out of his car to walk towards the door. Called me to tell me to come. I walked to the car, he didn't even get out and gave me my food through the window. Change was not returned. When I reported this, there was hardly any response. No apology was made.

Got food including a Classic bowl without beans and chips. When I get home there are still beans in it! My girlfriend can't handle beans. (Can happen) I call them and get a grumpy guy on the phone who didn't understand me. Had to explain 4 times about the mistake they made. They are not customer friendly at all! They gave me no other option than to return the bowl and bring a new one. I'm not going to keep driving back and forth. Never go here again! Bad service! €7.95 go in the trash!

We have ordered Quesadillas time and again from this place and we are always very happy with the quality of the food. Delivery is very prompt and takes less than 15 mins. Delivery guys are also very cordial and cooperative.

I find it strange not to have change for 100 euros on an order of 30 euros that I have come to collect. The very friendly boy (with slightly longer blonde hair) at the cash register was told very bluntly by his manager that I should go and change at the neighbors. He apologized politely so absolutely no blame for the boy behind the cash register. Very customer unfriendly example he was given. Next time I will go to the newly opened branch in South-East.

Pretty low level Mex. If you are expecting anything at or above Taco Bell you will be disappointed.

Tasty and good Mexican fast food, I came all the way from Lelystad to have a good meal in Amstelveen.
