Ordered from here several times and the service was consistently poor. There was no sauce with the food we ordered, so it was inedible. You don't pay extra for nothing. They were both delivered cold, so I called, but a young man answered, and they laughed about it, and they couldn't do anything about it. Hire decent people, have a nice evening, and that's it.

The Mexican food here is truly delicious! The service is also top-notch; the staff is very helpful and offers excellent advice on the menu.

In our order, the vegetarian and meat burritos were mixed up in the packaging, which caused me as a vegetarian to unintentionally eat meat: with all the consequences. The meat variant was in the vegetarian packaging, and vice versa. I immediately emailed about this, but never received a response. Mistakes can happen, but not responding to something so serious is really bad.

Unfortunately after my order, I got food poisoning, felt sick and spent the night on the toilet. I would like to ask the staff to pay attention to this as it was not a pleasant experience.

Already decided not to order here anymore but gave it a chance anyway. This time the last time. Cold nachos and a cold taco. Offers have also become meager and quality is not what it used to be (long ago). We will unfortunately not go there from now on.

Good food fast service nice staff

This is what we like. An entrepreneur who takes up the challenge and comes back strong and his organization gets its revenge. Excellent food. Delivered on time and everything tip-top in order. This deserves a fitting review.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Edit: 19-05-2025 recently placed an order again. Due to busy times, the order was cancelled and the amount would be refunded. 3 guesses.. Never received the money. I was eagerly waiting for my tacos and nachos. Once delivered, I was already disappointed that they were soft tacos. But then again the taste. Terrible. I am normally not the most difficult eater but this was inedible!! The nachos were as limp as anything. Even what was at the bottom was as dry as if it had been ready for a week. The tacos were soft and I think they had mint as a filling.. Not a combination. After one bite, I threw away the order of almost €15. What a waste!!

The first time was quite okay, except that the extra sauces and coke ordered were not included. €8 away. The second time was a disaster, poorly packaged so you couldn't even eat it because everything was stuck to the packaging, and again the extra ordered sauces were forgotten. And 2.50 delivery costs were charged while I picked it up... a total of 15 euros wasted for nothing, so if you want to lose your money for nothing then this is the place to be. Worthless! So don't order anything here!!

The food was extremely mid, the nachos were missing, although they were clearly listed on the order. After calling the restaurant, we were informed that it was late and so they don't have any, which would be understandable if this was listed somewhere on the Uber eats page that we ordered the food through or if there was a discount for no nachos.

Do you want stomach ache and diarrhea? Then eat a taco or two from taco mundo.

Have now ordered twice from Taco Mundo Apeldoorn, both times the order was not delivered complete. After calling it will be repaired, but that will take another 45 minutes. It's a shame because the food is very tasty, but we won't order from here anymore.

Ordered again yesterday after another while. Everything went well the last time. Until yesterday... I've been sick since this morning and it's coming out on both sides. Threw up 5 times so far. I'll order from here for the rest of the year, but not anymore, I don't want to get sick again.

The ingredients are really very good. But what a mess it is when you open the package. Like you're watching an accident. It wasn't warm yet either. Everything was eaten quickly. The taste was good. And delivery also fast.

Ordered again for years after things always went wrong the previous times. Now ordered the salad and fries with minced meat, nachos, etc. After I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be taken, I was told no coriander for both and the salad without crème fraîche. Which went well now. Food was delicious quacemole too! The food is only half as much as normal. I'm not a big eater but now I have to eat a sandwich or something. Half less for what we paid is not normal and should be mentioned. I would not have ordered here. In any case, don't order here again.

Placed an order a while ago, which was canceled by Taco Mundo due to crowds and illness in the delivery service. To date I have not received my money back!! In any case, the food is far too expensive in comparison

Absurdly bad service. Ordered at 6:30 PM and waited more than 1.5 hours for food until the order was suddenly canceled via Thuisbezorgd. Tried calling several times in the meantime, but there was no answer each time. When I finally got someone on the phone, it basically boiled down to the fact that we were out of luck. This is the last time I ordered here.

After a long wait, I tried to call 4 times, 4 times in a queue where the connection was disconnected after 30 seconds, still no food..

Ordered a lot last year because it was ten good, but nowadays you get half portions and the quality is also mediocre

I had a really nice evening with a Turkish young man who works in delivery. He made the food and I treated him to the same food we made especially for me (had wishes and made his own variant) Nice people keep it up.

Ordered something relatively often, but now it is worth a review because the quality is really deteriorating and I regularly forget something about the order. My favorite was always the nachos, but for a while now there was much less food for your money, cheap chips for 10 cents and the sauce you ordered was almost nothing. Very unfortunate, but we will not be ordering from here again for the time being....

I ordered very often until a few months ago. But I don't do that anymore thanks to the manager who barked at me on the phone only to have an employee call back and tell me I was right after all. Then call yourself to apologize.

Waited an hour and a half for a cardboard box that contained a "meal" that had less taste than the cardboard box itself, so yes, I might as well have eaten a piece of cardboard with sambal. 1/10 would rather eat a bite of sand

Staff are young and arrogant and slow . they are lazy and took forever to take our order . to add to this the food was not cooked all the way and it was clear that they were not interested in giving us good customer service

Not tasty. Didn't order for 1 year because it wasn't tasty anymore. Still benefiting from the doubt again because it was very tasty before. The street tacos come without salsa mexicana, which must be included according to the website. There was no tomato to be seen. It was literally 2 wraps with oven-baked iceberg lettuce (withered) cheese and corn and chicken. Just a shame, again it was always a big 9.5 for me. Now just a 3. It doesn't have to be this way, but 1 year later this has become the standard :(.

The food is ok, not very special, could use a little more seasoning and occasionally there could be a little less cheese on certain things, too much is not tasty! By far the fastest home delivery. Unfortunately, the ice cream was forgotten on my last delivery. Could happen once, after calling I was assured that it would still be delivered. The weather was quite bad and I think the delivery person didn't feel like having to go through the 5km again and get a wet suit. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after 10:00 PM that I realized I hadn't seen anyone anymore. I then submitted a complaint via the Taco Mundo website about how this will be resolved, but it is now 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a solution. This is truly the worst customer service I have experienced in years, very disappointed! I still expect at least my bowl of ice cream and also a make-up, otherwise this would certainly have been my last order! Conclusion: Delivery: 5 stars, Food: 3 stars Customer service: 0 stars Result 2 years later: still have to wait weeks for a solution. I received an email exchange in which I saw that the head office urged the owner in question to take action, but that required some effort, with the result that I never ordered from here again.

I called to ask if it would be possible not to put coriander in my food, according to the boy I spoke to this was possible. Ordered online with the note "Please NO Coriander" for each item, this was even stated on the receipt I received, but both items did contain coriander. This really ruined the food for me.

Have eaten at Taco Mundo Apeldoorn several times, always fully satisfied, good food and nice staff. Tonight we found out at home that our takeaway order was missing the fries. We went back, they were already expecting us :) The fries were prepared for us on the spot and we were given some extras for free as compensation for the inconvenience. Top service. Not five stars because the branch is not reachable by phone from my zip code, so I couldn't call back. The automatic answering machine just hangs up after saying that Taco Mundo unfortunately does not deliver to my zip code area, but that's not why I called, dear answering machine ;-)

I ordered via the app with a detailed description of the place. Instead of reading the description, the supplier went to the wrong place and the manager lied on the phone that he himself had been there, describing a different place. After the conversation, he hung up and stated that delivery was not possible. He didn't answer the phone again. They did not return the money. I do not recommend

Delivered quickly by a friendly boy. Quite tasty but not very exciting. I had the veggie burrito and the others a menu. The salsas should have an indication of how hot they are.

Not tasty. Had ordered here for the first time, and for the last time. Food is rancid, tasteless. Doesn't even look like what is shown on the website. Never experienced anything like this before with the food I ordered. And with 3 teenagers in the house, food is regularly ordered, but never again from Taco Mundo. What a letdown.

Initially enthusiastic, ordering delicious Mexican food! The first order was fine. Unfortunately on the second order they had not put the nachos in the oven so everything was cold and hard. Not to eat. Complaint filed but never heard anything. A waste of money, it could have gone straight into the bin. Benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Quesedillas with cheese and pineapple. There was no pineapple in it... It's apparently very difficult :P Unfortunately, not again.

At the moment of writing this review, it has been almost 2 hours since I have placed my order, no phone call, no explanation. I could have done a whole fancy dinner instead of waiting for these pieces of “bread”. Used to love it, but not again.

Never ordered anything here before, but now ordered two Mexican hot dogs, fast delivery and delicious! The hot dog has a nice bite and the wrap is also tasty with lettuce, red onion, green peppers and coriander. It was for extra so this is not enough for a bigger eater.

We think your food is so tasty, unfortunately we live in Ugchelen and you don't deliver there, even though it is so close... very unfortunate, the entire group of friends would like that.

All vegetarian chicken contains sambal with shrimp. They said there was no sambal in it. This was in Apeldoorn!

We ordered churros with chocolate sauce, the sauce was everywhere in the entire bag, the food was all cold, we received the wrong salsa, the nachos were wet and soggy, delivery was too late, very nice, but it was correct that I saw it otherwise we wouldn't have had it heard it was not possible, we will never order from here again 🤢

Yes, it was chill, someone thought the rice was a bit dry but I didn't think so. That is an internal dilemma that we have here in the household. The company can't do anything about that, but it is happening. I also took too much and got a bit of a stomach ache, but they couldn't do anything about that so that's okay. But you can be overfull for a reasonable price, so that makes a difference. Staff were very friendly.

I haven't eaten here in 2 months but I had to write a review. You can't tell me you don't just have everything ready and then put it in the microwave. How is everything so lame. It also always says that you get cutlery, but you just never get it. Why do you do that. By the way, you don't have to put the nachos in the microwave. This causes them to become limp. That's why the reviews are always so bad. regards

We ordered something from Taco Mundo Apeldoorn for the first time yesterday. Bad quality. The food had no taste, everything was limp and seemed reheated. We threw away almost everything, no taste, lukewarm, greasy and really dirty. Only the nachos were good. Shame, never again for us

Had enchiladas and churros with vanilla sauce. Enchiladas were really not tasty. Chicken tasted bad. It was tough. They were also very small. Churros also chewy and vanilla sauce nasty. Not a second time for us. Waste of money!

I regularly order the Cheeserito Veggie here and it is simply very tasty. This will cost you 8 euros one time and then you will be completely full. So it's not that expensive here at all. Staff are friendly. I have no experience with delivery. Definitely worth 4 stars for me!

Surprisingly good! Excellent quesadilla and enchilada, nice and spicy and good flavor. The salsa Verde is also really tasty. The dishes could have been delivered a little warmer. Delivery was right on time. Taco Mundo is a welcome addition to the offering in Apeldoorn.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Delivery only came after almost 2 hours. Not even an apology or anything. And the food was really rubbish. I don't easily find food disgusting, but this. Yesterday (Sunday) at 6:25 PM I placed an order for 2 adults and 3 children, which cost about 65 euros in total, our first time here in Apeldoorn by the way. Their site is neatly advertised: we aim to deliver within 30 minutes, but during busy periods it may take a little longer, which is normal. I'll call at 7:30 PM, you're still more than an hour away, in the hope that they can tell you what the status is. I got a lady on the phone who could indeed tell me what the status was, namely that the order had just been passed on to the kitchen and would be delivered to us around 8:15 PM! That's almost 2 hours later, which really shocked me. I also asked if they could cancel the order, all 3 kids have to go back to school on Monday. I got the manager on the phone or at least someone who was in charge of that. First I was told that they have a shortage of staff, very annoying but not our problem I guess. What I find terrible is that they advertise "delivery times" but if they cannot keep that up, it is polite to call your guests and give them the choice whether they want to wait for it or cancel the order. and that they can eat elsewhere. I will now get my money back, but I hope that within a week that is what they say and not just as easy as the "orders" so that we have to wait weeks for it! Unfortunately we have not been able to taste any of your food, bad start.

Here I give 5 stars to the food, delivery and customer service! Ordered for the first time today, my order arrived slightly delayed, the delivery person was a nice boy who politely apologized at the door and said that the cook had been reported sick. That's possible, right? When I was eating my burritos I noticed that they were made from chicken instead of meat. I called them and told them that I received the wrong burritos, they immediately arranged and delivered THE ENTIRE ORDER for me, for me it was a TOP SERVICE and it was very DELICIOUS!!! 👍🏼

Never had to wait so long, an hour and a half and still nothing I could have walked better, and oh yes, although it was supposed to be picked up, we could not select that on the ordering site What a mockery. Terrible, and I still don't have the food. Small addition, after another 5 minutes the delivery man was there, he did his utmost, was very friendly. He still had many people to deliver after us. Hopefully they would have ordered after us......

Taco Mundo is exactly what you expect, Mexican fast food. Many of the comments here indicate that the tacos are soft, but if these people had read the website, this would also be stated correctly. The food is fine and a plus that they have Jarritos (Mexican soft drinks). Completes it for me! Delivery has been very fast every time and I think this is highly recommended when it comes to ordering food in Apdoorn.

Somewhat put off by all the negative reviews here, I still dared to place an order. Excellent burrito with chicken. A bit on the salty side but comparable to Taco Bell indeed. Order placed on Sunday evening arrived within 30 minutes. And I think the prices are reasonable. All in all a good experience.

Ordered for the first time today. We were looking forward to it...but what a disappointment. The Quesadilla seemed reheated, the street tacos were soft, almost empty and tasteless, the nachos were soft and way too soggy.... Only the salad was decent. Even though it wasn't much, we didn't eat it but threw some of it away. What a waste of money... I'm going to make a sandwich now...

Something different than burgers. Nice addition to Apeldoorn! Friendly and helpful staff. And it tasted excellent. Highly recommended!

Me and my family picked up the food at the store, but it was a waste of money. The burritos were really small and the nachos and tacos were soggy. We actually threw half of the food in the bin and cooked some spaghetti instead. The children did not like it either.

Burrito was tasty! Quasadillas a little less, but that will be personal. The can of coke was forgotten when ordering, so I called and it was delivered 10 minutes later with a cookie as an apology! Great food and great customer service, keep it up!

Very tasty meal. I especially liked the Quesadillas Salsa. Tacos were nice and crispy and everything was made with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the Nachos alla Mexicana Classic with Salsa Verde.

We ordered four products. The quesedilla was not what we ordered, but luckily we don't have a pineapple allergy :-) and it tasted great too. The order comes in cozy colorful boxes made of cardboard (no plastic! applause). It all looks fresh and fresh and tastes good too. Would I order again? Yes!

How unbelievably bad, 6 euros for a very cowardly little piece of nothing. What a worthless horrible mockery this is. Immediately close the doors again because this really doesn't make any sense. Never had such a crappy takeaway. Enchilada is also half empty. Too bad for words, walk straight through and definitely don't walk in.

It was really sad food, not tasty, tasteless and above all expensive for what you get. There was also several hairs in it, maybe wear a hair net? Not to be repeated.
