Unfortunately, a very bad experience. When placing the order, I clearly indicated: do not ring the doorbell, but call the provided mobile number, due to the children and the late hour. Naturally, the doorbell was rung anyway, waking the children and causing quite a commotion. Subsequently, after receiving the order, we received a phone call stating that something was wrong. The delivery person returned and rang the doorbell again, waking the children up once more. The food that had already been touched was then taken back. Fine, but as a result, the order was naturally far from complete. Additionally, the chili cheese nuggets were completely missing. According to them, nothing could be done about this, and apparently, compensation was not an option either. You pay for an order that you ultimately do not receive in full. All in all, a very bad experience. Both the delivery and the handling of the error were disappointing. I will certainly never order from here again.

Its the second time in a row that they forgot things in my order

The delivery person was extremely rude and, despite me having instructed them not to ring the doorbell but to call the number, rang the bell very often and for a long time. Subsequently, I called the office to discuss this, but I was repeatedly hung up on whenever I tried to make a call.

NEVER AGAIN! The food didn't arrive until after an hour and a half, the food was cold, and they forgot the drinks AND when I called to tell them they forgot the drinks, they kept not answering! They haven't answered for half an hour now, even though they close in 10 minutes! TERRIBLE!!! Last time they already forgot my Dubai bar…. Unbelievable..... NEVER AGAIN, and the fries were way too crispy.

It is a good restaurant and I like the food, but you shouldn't get a burger with bacon; they weren't very good. And I had to go back twice because they forgot something.

Last night, a delivery person stopped by with a whole lot of food. It was addressed to my address, but I hadn't ordered it. Together, we figured out where it actually needed to go, and an hour later, I received fries, a burger, and a drink as a thank you. People like this are too good for this world.

Very sweet people, they prepare the food quickly, always top service. A major downside, I have mentioned it multiple times but I keep experiencing it: the Otacos wraps contain almost no sauce and sometimes none at all. I'm talking about cheese sauce and the regular sauce. The wraps are very dry and inedible. I am very frustrated by this and have already mentioned it several times, unfortunately without any change.

My meal was not delivered correctly, and ingredients I am allergic to were added. When I contacted them about this, O Taco refused to acknowledge their mistake. Unfortunately, I was not offered a new order as a solution. Additionally, I found the customer service very unfriendly and completely unhelpful. I used to order here with great pleasure, but due to the way my complaint was handled, I will not order here again. I advise people with food allergies against ordering here, because in my experience, allergies and complaints regarding them are not handled with sufficient care.

Ordered from this place for the 2nd time, but received the wrong order for the 2nd time. Ordered a burger without sauce and without tomato... but it's actually on there. The first time I ordered, I let it slide, didn't contact them, and just made something else myself. Now, with the 2nd mistake, I did call to point this out. A new one was made (they said), but when I asked how we could prevent this in the future, the employee on the phone started saying that it hadn't been indicated that there shouldn't be tomato on it. As can be seen in the image, it says "only lettuce and onion," so no tomato. That aside, it clearly says "no sauce," but there are actually 2 types of sauce on it... (see the other photo). Anyway, instead of helping and looking for a solution, this employee started lashing out at me and kept blaming me for not indicating it correctly. Well, just check the photo if you doubt this. 5 minutes after the call, they called back to say that no new burger is coming, because according to them nothing was indicated regarding adjustments and there is no entitlement to new food!??? It was paid for, this cannot be eaten due to an allergy, it is their fault and they are doing absolutely nothing. This place IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! Unbelievably rude staff.

I am really disappointed with my experience here. My friend and I ordered exactly the same thing (2 original tacos) and did so at the same time. After waiting 30 minutes, he received his order, but it turned out that mine simply hadn't been made at all. When I asked about it, I had to wait another 15 minutes. What made it even worse was the staff's reaction: they said it was "busy," without any apologies or attempt to make amends. I really don't think that is acceptable. Poor service and absolutely no sense of customer friendliness. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

This review is for O'Tacos! I had the Original Taco with chicken tenders and Algarine sauce! It was chock-full with chicken tenders, cheddar, fries, Algarine sauce, and cheese sauce, and slightly spicy! Super filling and absolutely packed! It was delicious, and I can't wait to try the other options! More than worth the 5 stars in my opinion! Delivered on time, despite the cold and snow! ⛄🌨️ .... The burger wasn't anything special. I'd written in the comments, "No toppings, just mayo and curry." And then they only put mayo on it. There were also bits of onion in it. Now, I'm not averse to onions, but imagine having an allergy! The order had been waiting for delivery for fifteen minutes. When I called to ask where my order was, I got a guy on the line who couldn't understand what I was asking at all... Finally, the delivery driver arrived. I started eating right away. The burger was still warm. But the bag of "Crunchy Fries" I ordered was a bit more covered in grease than I'd hoped. After the first fries, I threw the rest in the trash. The fries were so soggy, it was just disgusting. No more Johnny's Burgers for me next time.

The food quality has deteriorated significantly. The burger was dry, the curly fries were limp. The drink was forgotten. I called after an hour, and still nothing had been delivered. When I ordered food through the Thuisbezorgd app, I couldn't find anything about this company on the internet, so I thought it didn't exist and that I had been scammed. I have tried everything to find out the Chamber of Commerce number of this company. I even looked up Uber Eats and found out that this company is a franchiser and therefore marketing on the Thuisbezorgd app is not going well. On the Thuisbezorgd app this is shown as a new line as a company and not this company itself. This was very unclear. There were also no updates about the delivery people on Thuisbezorgd. I thought that was strange so I went to find out about the company. I couldn't find any evidence of this company. I could barely figure it out on my own or on Google! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Their website is also not linked. I could call whatever I wanted, there was no answer. The food was tasty: the chicken was perfect, the burger was boring, could have used some seasoning. Fries were delicious.

I don't normally write 1 star reviews but I'm hungry and annoyed at the interaction I had with this restaurant. Wanted to get a delivery and they said it would take 20-45 minutes. After an hour and a half I called them where the food was and the people on the phone were dismissive and rude, despite me being polite and literally just asking where the food was. They said it'll be there soon, maybe 5 minutes, but it ended up taking 20 more minutes. The food wasn't properly warm and the fries were actually cold and dry. In the past the food was good, but don't ever rely on their delivery.

Do not order here!! Calling because the food is cold and then being told they can't bring new food. Then we are called anonymously and harassed on the phone. Same voice and way of talking. Very annoying! Even your personal information is not safe here!

This review is not based on an order. No idea what the food is like. It is purely about the appearance of that one Friday evening in June. We had the pleasure of looking out at this establishment for 2 hours from a restaurant opposite. Of those 2 hours, a lady sat outside for at least 1.5 hours. I suspect the manager, manager, owner, something like that. Although clothing can also be judged by taste, I will omit that here. Nevertheless, I can say that I found the scene uninviting and the choice of clothing also contributed to that. This lady was either sitting/hanging on a steel gate or on a folding chair, right next to the entrance, vaping, drinking chocolate milk and exuberantly texting and recording voice messages. Fortunately, there was some variety, because after a (muscular) colleague had removed the folding chair, a high stool with a short backrest emerged and was placed on the other side of the entrance. She was new to the phenomenon of the 'stool', it seemed, because after sitting on it backwards with her legs apart for a while, it seemed better to throw her legs over the backrest so that she could continue texting quietly while vaping. If you want to do this and you focus on delivery instead of pickup, find another place instead of on a major street in the middle of the center in a visible location PS: this also applies to the adjacent Domino's, where a delivery bike has been lying on the ground all evening. It was busy there with delivery people, but no one bothered to put the bike upright. Shame.

Oh god, where do I start.. Off a positive note, the delivery was quick, I think it took under 30 minutes which was great, but still arrived quite cold. I got a chicken burger that made me depressed at first bite: part soggy bun, unseasoned, thin patty with a sad crust. It had sauce on 1/4 of the burger surface, which was quite the shock, biting into dryness followed by the overwhelming single sauce drenched bit. We also got chicken tenders, again, half decent crust that tasted like sad nothingness, just breadcrumbs, along with maybe 2 particles of pepper I was fortunate enough to detect. The chicken was weirdly soft, which was not a nice texture at all and it gave me a stomach ache not long after. Avoid if you have any desire for flavour and respect for your intestinal system.

I don't often write a review, but I can't skip this one. What a club.... Ordering time for the burgers would be between 30-55 minutes. It's Sunday, so you might think something could go wrong. After almost 2 hours and a phone call from us, it is finally here. We get ice cold burgers. So call again. I get a giggly employee who dismisses it as a pity with a tone of "it's all going to bother me", but then we'll bring something new. It was already approaching 9:30 PM and experience showed that there would be a wait time of almost 2 hours, so we are not going to do that. Just pick it up and send a voucher. We don't have that answer, so that's it. Kudos for these pearls. Never again.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Called after 1 hour without answer to find out when the food would arrive. The Johnny Burger employee replied that the order was on its way and would be there within 10 minutes. Not arrived after 30 minutes. So I called 4 times and was immediately forwarded to voicemail. After 2 hours the delivery person was with us with our order. I rejected this because of other food ordered. Given the service, I think it is unlikely that I will order from here again. However, I cannot give a review about the food.
