McDonald's McDrive in Zuid

We were passing through on 26/12/25 at around 7 p.m. We were treated rudely at the first window. I will never go there again, nor will any of my friends.

If I order two sandwiches, one with fries, and I go to the car because I don't want to eat among screaming teenagers, I expect to get two sandwiches and... Unfortunately, I only got one and fries. I didn't even hear an apology. Only when I pointed out that someone might have said something did I hear a "sorry." And spending half the food would be unthinkable in a real restaurant. It's a tragedy.

It's just a shame that the food is always lukewarm, even if you try a roundabout way, such as without the pickle.

No gluten free burgers😪 and I find the fries very expensive.

And chocolate milk apparently takes 15 minutes to make these days, while employees do nothing. They're sitting around chatting with friends, etc., doing a lot and very little at the same time. The manager resolved the issue properly, but many employees were doing very little.

2025: Still no change. Menu with toys comes without them. Staff doesn't know what's on the menu. Apologies never happen, and half the time something is missing from the order. My Big Mac came the other way around! There's absolutely no soul in this place. You only have one job... This one is from 2022: McKroket without sauce. Cheeseburger had no cheese, no onions, and barely any sauce. You're not working with any kind of drive. Prices go up, quality goes down.

It's a shame that when you order late at night, there's no one else there but us. And then a whole order gets made wrong. Wrong burger, missing chicken nuggets... these won't be impulse visits for a while...

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru even though it wasn't busy at all. The foreign guy behind the microphone was grumpy and had no memory because, of course, yet another wrong (cold) order. I think there's quite a difference between a Chicken Sensation and a Big Tasty, but apparently, it's still hard to remember.

Was dirty, lots of broken stuff and not friendly staff

You're standing there waiting in line for 15 minutes for a small order of fries. When your order is finally prepared, they throw old fries and new, freshly made fries into a bag and give them to you. I felt cheated and unfortunately, I said something about it in what seemed like a firm tone. Apologies to the staff, but you shouldn't cheat a customer. Lesson learned: NEVER come here again.

At least six people were standing around doing nothing, chatting and giggling, including the manager. Two were wrestling with each other behind the counter, and they were calling out to each other across the room, not even for orders, but to make jokes. A couple of people, half dressed in work clothes, were also chatting with "working" staff at the counter. There were about four people inside, so the place was practically empty, yet it took a long time for the order to arrive. The cold sandwich tasted like cleaning fluid or something, there were no napkins, and the side salad, which I believe was ready in the refrigerator, had to be brought later.

In terms of atmosphere in winter it is recommended, mac remains mac nothing new,

I'm not a McDonald's fan myself, but having a snack with friendly people is fine!

We were passing through and stopped by for lunch, after a very quick and friendly service we left the facility but locked our purse in the facility. After two hours we returned and to our great delight we received a purse with all the documents, cards and a purse. The friendly staff did not even want to accept anything in return. It's remarkable that someone (a McDonald's employee) received an official warning from her so-called manager in an open area of ​​the restaurant. The employee was often late, or simply not there when she was supposed to be working. This shouldn't be happening; we could literally see everything. This "manager" still has a lot to learn.

After a very long wait, we received several missing items from our order. Since we weren't eating them, we didn't notice this right away. The sauce wasn't included in the happy meal. There was no sauce with the chicken tenders, and only two instead of three. A hamburger we ordered simply wasn't included. Not exactly a pleasant family meal when things like this are missing.

This review is for Bart. The Happy Meal wasn't complete, so I called. But Bart resolved it wonderfully; he truly made my day and my daughter's day. My compliments to the manager, Bart.

The food is great, the staff is friendly, but the restrooms are filthy. You can't eat in peace in the restaurant. The machines are incredibly noisy, and the radio is loud. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had to wait half an hour for someone to come and help us, it was awful. We looked at the people who had ordered meals; everyone was missing something. Either a cola or fries. We sat down at a table and waited a long time for our food and fries. And sure enough, we didn't get any fries either. The young people who were supposed to be serving didn't do anything. No one told them what to do. So we won't be going there again.

It was so disgusting, the burger was tough and cold. I ordered burgers without sauce and got them with sauce. I got 2 new ones, a plain burger and chili chicken, which was fine. The plain burger was a block of concrete. I didn't get a new one and was asked to leave because I went to the counter too often. In the end, I threw the burger down in front of the restaurant and the cola was warm.

Maybe it was a snapshot, but it was filthy. Most of the tables and benches were simply filthy. Some of the staff shuffled around as if they'd just finished a 48-hour shift. And not a word was said when (after a very long wait) the food arrived. The boys then wanted another ice cream. After 20 minutes, the first ice cream arrived, and fifteen minutes later, I went to inquire about the other one. No, it wasn't a good experience. And I won't even mention the value for money.

We have had many mc flurry’s in our lives but never one with so much topping and sauce. Really great!!!! Also the vega mc croquette was deliciously warm.

Mistake after mistake, very long waiting time, cold food 0 stars!

Chicken wrap contained max 2 lettuce leaves, drinks were delivered in reusable cups (while take-away cups were ordered), no spoon with the sundae. Tables mostly dirty.

We had ordered via the kiosk, staff is very nice but we had to wait a long time and when it appeared on the screen that our order was ready after a 10 minute wait, it turned out to be "pushed away" and it was still being "prepared" while I had stepped forward for additional explanation - eventually after an extra 10 minutes the order was ready and two hamburgers were missing, after indicating we did receive them neatly. It was also really dirty, there were dirty tables everywhere. So it was not a nice and leisurely meal.

The food was nice and warm! But it took a very long time before it was brought, but the staff that brought the food was nice. I got a veggie burger, but I didn't order that. I went back with it, but was not helped (with a number of other people in front and behind me with the same problem) they walked past me while the staff did see me. When I spoke to them they did help me. Also 2 people from our group ordered cookies that were no longer there, they did get their money back but still annoying...

Just went through the drive thru..ordered mcspicy (reminded me of greys anatomy) and 20 spicy mac nuggets with another menu..got home and mcspicy was as dry as it can be..and it was the regular mcchicken..and unfortunately no sauce..besides that the nuggets weren't spicy either..very disappointed

Nice place where you get good help, nice employees, only thing toilet not clean, even dirty (in the evening a bit later) maybe clean a bit more often, some guests could of course also behave a bit better in the toilet.

Personeel staart je dommig en compleet ongeïnteresseerd aan en reageert totaal niet omdat ze geen NL begrijpen of spreken. ‘Manager’ al net zo apathisch met ‘boeiuh’ uitstraling en niet in staat een nette oplossing te bedenken of de klant goed te woord te staan. Ook krijg je standaard een speeltje als je een boekje in de Happy Meal vraagt. Frietjes altijd slap en koud, kortom: echt een totale aanfluiting.

The staff speaks very little English - we couldn't agree on the order for the MC Drive, and in the end the order contained something different than what we wanted (we waved it off after trying to correct it several times). When paying, it turned out that you can only pay in small cash, and we only had 50 euros (the staff confirmed this with the manager). We have never encountered such an approach in any restaurant.
