The men's restroom wasn't that clean. Very helpful staff.

Something always goes wrong, either no hamburger or mayonnaise forgotten, paid too much instead of 3 cokes we only get 1 coke, fries forgotten and so on, this is all a shame 🤔

Uberslechte Mac, schotelen een vegetarier kipnuggets voor. Personeel staart je dommig en compleet ongeïnteresseerd aan en reageert totaal niet omdat ze geen NL begrijpen of spreken. ‘Manager’ al net zo apathisch met ‘boeiuh’ uitstraling en niet in staat een nette oplossing te bedenken of de klant goed te woord te staan. Ook krijg je standaard een speeltje als je een boekje in de Happy Meal vraagt. Frietjes altijd slap en koud, kortom: echt een totale aanfluiting.

The staff speaks very little English - we couldn't agree on the order for the MC Drive, and in the end the order contained something different than what we wanted (we waved it off after trying to correct it several times). When paying, it turned out that you can only pay in small cash, and we only had 50 euros (the staff confirmed this with the manager). We have never encountered such an approach in any restaurant.

Great service thanks to Milan! Last week I visited McDonald's and I have to say that my experience was beyond expectations, largely thanks to an employee named Milan. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately struck by his friendliness and professionalism. He welcomed me and other guests with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, something you don't find everywhere. What struck me most was how efficiently and at the same time customer-oriented he worked. Even though it was busy, he took the time to remain friendly and patient, both towards me and other customers. When taking my order he listened carefully and repeated everything to make sure it was correct. This immediately gave me the feeling that he really cared about the service and wanted to make sure everything went perfectly. When I received my order I noticed that everything was exactly as I requested. No mistakes, everything fresh and well prepared. But what really made my experience special was the extra effort Milan put in. I had a question about a certain sauce and instead of just saying “no” when it turned out to be unavailable, he actively thought about an alternative. Little things like that make a big difference in customer service. During my visit I also saw how he interacted with colleagues. He helped others when things got busy, gave new employees tips and ensured that the atmosphere in the team remained good. It is clear that Milan is not only an excellent employee, but also someone who contributes to a positive working environment. Many people go to McDonald's for a quick bite, but thanks to employees like Milan, it becomes much more than that. It feels good to know that there are people who do their work with such enthusiasm and dedication. I will definitely come back, partly because of the great service he provides. Thank you, Milan, for your kindness and professionalism. McDonald's is lucky to have such a top employee!

I like coming to Mac, but not this one anymore. Advertising burgers sold out. Not only at that moment, she said with a smile that it had already been sold out for a week. There are McDonalds that sprinkle salt. But here 0.0 salt. And also really cold. We had to wait a super long time for the food. It was busy, but don't grab the fries first and let them wait until the rest is ready.. next time, do it differently, first have the chicken nuggets ready and then grab the fries and then add some salt.

Epic tent, always luxurious to dine at the golden arch. They have high quality food and it is always expensive. You pay dearly for drinks and ice cream, it's better to get something else. Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.

What a terribly dirty restaurant this is! The restaurant was almost empty and staff were hanging around together. All the tables were dirty and the toilets even worse. We had 2 cups of drinks and 2 ice creams, but unfortunately they couldn't even count to 2 because a cup of drink was missing. When I said this to the employee, I couldn't get a word out of it and a cup was grabbed with a sigh... There is still a lot to learn for the staff here!

Very bad and very unkempt restaurant! Almost all tables were dirty, some very dirty. There are at least 10 staff in the kitchen, half of whom have their arms folded doing nothing. 3 young employees in the restaurant, talking to each other and to counter staff... There are 2 managers walking around looking around the kitchen, doing nothing, hanging/leaning unmotivated on a countertop..., but forgetting to take a look at the restaurant. McDonald's Apeldoorn Zuid is a nice location for a quick bite. The restaurant is clean and modern, with ample seating, both indoors and outdoors. Service is usually fast, although it may take a little longer during busy times in the drive-thru. The menu offers the familiar McDonald's options, which are well prepared and served hot. The play corner makes it a suitable place for families with children. Parking is easy thanks to the spacious parking lot. In short, a reliable McDonald's branch that does what you expect.
