The store was fantastic, the Christmas atmosphere was super nice and there was a red carpet upon entering, what more could you want?

I've received the wrong order a few times now. I know it can happen, but I have to be honest: my experiences haven't been great. I'd rather go to a different McDonald's.

Update 19-10-2025 Just bought a simple ice cream for €1.85, had to wait 15 minutes on a Sunday morning at 12:00. Nothing has changed since the renovation, service is still lacking. Most orders are incomplete or incorrect. Sit for 30 minutes and watch the pickup desk, customers walk back because something is wrong. On my last visit, six orders were already incorrect. Imagine picking up your order and coming home to find that half of it is missing.

McDonald's Apeldoorn Noord is a clean and modern location with quick service and a fresh atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, even during busy times. The ordering kiosks work well and ensure you can order quickly without waiting in long lines. The seating is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant for both families and fast eaters. Orders are almost always correct and neatly presented. In short: a reliable and well-organized McDonald's where you can quickly and easily enjoy a familiar meal.

As usual, the order was incorrect. I ordered shaker fries, but the spices weren't included. I received a moist towelette instead of the spices.

Just now, late in the quiet season, you order 9 chicken nuggets without sauce, nothing more, and even then, it's wrong. 8 chicken nuggets instead of 9. It's quite a distance from home. It's the second time I've ordered here, and the second time I didn't get enough nuggets. Last time, they ordered 18 instead of 20. Counting isn't their strong suit.

I think this is the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. I smelled the restroom before I even entered, and the urine almost came out the door. Also, there are dirty trays everywhere on the tables because the place where they're supposed to be is already overflowing, and the trash cans are overflowing too.

Review 2 Ordered at the drive-through, went back in twice. The McDonald's croquette came with the sauce from the fish burger: yuck! The cheeseburger had pickles. I got a new cheeseburger...also with pickles. They forgot the sauces. Review 1: Something always goes wrong. This morning we had to wait in the McDonald's drive-through in a parking lot. It happens. The atmosphere was really good and the blonde woman manager was a tough cookie

I got a half full Mac flurry for which I paid 4 euros and normally it is completely full and the employee said that it is a normal portion

Overall, we were satisfied. We inquired beforehand whether dogs were allowed. The website states that dogs are welcome, must be on a leash, and that water bowls are available throughout the park. Well, we didn't find a single one, which is a shame. Luckily, we always carry everything we need with us when we're out with the dog (water, food, and poop bags). The park itself is good, especially for children. There aren't many roller coasters, but since I don't ride them anyway, I don't mind. All in all, you can have a nice day.

Very friendly staff who speak good English. I don't have any problems with that at all. I regularly return refunded cups or plastic cups I find while picking up trash. They're always very happy when you return the cups.

The staff here are truly awful. I never expected to leave a review like this at McDonald's. People don't understand you there, say "HEY?" instead of "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?" and pull faces like it's strange that you're ordering food here. And don't even get me started on the fact that it takes 10 years to finally get your food. Personally, I'd rather go south.

We came for coffee and a cookie. The cappuccino was mediocre compared to the standard you expect these days. The cookie 🍪 was better than expected. That's also the only good thing about McDonald's, in my experience. The staff? Well, a bit like the zombies you often encounter in fast-food 🍔 restaurants. They just stare at you blankly.

The staff were working at a very slow pace. Picking up three hamburgers (indoors) took 26 minutes. Meanwhile, an employee was dismissed. They take orders one at a time and at a really slow pace. A customer in front of me was yelled at. An employee had had enough and had to go home immediately.

Never waited so long at the MCDrive. The flow is minimal. This on a quiet Wednesday evening? What's going on? Friendly staff but understaffed.

Today we went to the MC with two adults and two children. We had to wait over an hour for our food, two burger sets, fries, and two Happy Meals. After asking if it was coming, we were told it was taking a very long time, but no apology or compensation. When it finally arrived, the order wasn't complete, and the last burger arrived fifteen minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous, and definitely not manageable with two kids.

Misleading communication. I ordered the Sharebox with 10 Chicken McNuggets and 10 Spicy McNuggets for €10.95. The picture clearly showed three sauces, giving the impression that they were included. Only at checkout did I discover I had to pay an additional €1.80 for the sauces. When I confronted the employee about this, she simply said that sauce always costs extra. But if you do show it in the picture without mentioning an extra charge, it's simply misleading. It's not about the money for me, but about transparency and honesty. Moreover, the food wasn't fresh and simply not tasty. That's reason enough for me not to return here anytime soon.

Today's visit was probably my worst McDonald's experience in recent years. Firstly, the behavior of the manager—a young woman with blond hair—was extremely unpleasant. She spoke in a rude and irritated tone, made no attempt to resolve the problem, and showed rudeness and contempt. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone who should be setting an example for the staff. Secondly, the tables were in a terrible state—sticky, with food scraps, trash, and stains. No one even bothered to clean them. This is not only unpleasant but also utterly unhygienic—completely unacceptable in a restaurant. It's truly unfortunate, but McDonald's at Anklaarseweg 125 in Apeldoorn is clearly losing its service level. I hope management takes this situation seriously and takes appropriate action.

Sunday was soft ice cream melted didn't look good, mac crispy bread was wet soggy and chicken meat was old, no atmosphere inside. Paid plastic deposit but milkshakes were in paper cups. Had a discussion with the manager. They can't do anything about it.

Always nice to stop by McDonald's! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was deliciously fresh. Our order was correct and served quickly. The new seats are comfortable and ideal for a short break. Our son also had a great time in the play corner. It's nice that you know what to expect: reliable, tasty and affordable. We will definitely be back!

Its Just a MC Donalds. The service is a bit chaotic and the tables not cleaned and very noisy. The food is regular as in MC Donald standard.

Yesterday from julianatoren here. We were there around 16.45 and the restaurant was empty. After ordering had to wait 25 minutes for the food. It got very busy after that, you could see that the staff could not handle the pressure.

I was here a while back because I was too early for an appointment. I only came for a cup of tea but was shocked by what I found; lots of broken furniture, uncleaned tables and lots of dirt.

Ordered inside because the drive was too busy. Get a veggie wrap and veggie chicken nuggets instead of normal. Ice cream machine was broken, so I chose the banana milkshake. Turns out that also has no flavor. If you want to call, that is no longer possible, you only get an answering machine.

Yesterday I went to McDonald's Apeldoorn Noord for three milkshakes and a cookie. I had to wait twenty minutes. When I then ask how long it will take for the orders. I am asked for a riding school, they then walk in all directions and look along with the mills in our direction, but no action is taken until several people start shouting loudly that they are also waiting longer for milkshakes. Then they can all be made IN one go. While I am sitting there I also see many people coming back to the cash register having received what they ordered or that the food had been there so long that it had become cold.

I am one of the first. In The Hague I ate my first cheeseburger in the 70s. I always remained a cheeseburger eater with fries. After many years of not visiting a McDonald's restaurant, I remembered the cheeseburger. Unfortunately, it is no longer there. A Quarter Pounder still exists. Our ordered happy mail just arrived, the fries were cold and limp. The milkshake had already turned into milk. I certainly wouldn't use home delivery because then you will receive a weak meal.
