Burger King in Oost

Just a BK on the edge of Apeldoorn. Bad hygiene dirty tray see photo, we were here at 12:15. Burger King was open for 15 minutes.

Really not normal how long and rude the staff including the manager is. Never experienced anything like this. Absolutely bar and bar bad

Paar keer voor dichte deur gestaan. Soms vreselijk druk en chaotisch (zelfs tot 40 minuten wachten op eten). Kwaliteit matig. Personeel lijkt ongeinteressert. Dat het niet zo hoeft te zijn bewijzen andere vestigingen van Burger King. WIj komen hier in ieder geval niet terug.

The food is fine. Sometimes it takes quite a while. But what is especially disturbing is that they have 1 screen that shows that your order is ready at the cash register. And it cannot be read by the rest of the restaurant. This forces you to wait right in front of the cash register. To see if your order is ready. Where there is no real seating or a good waiting area. You just have to make sure that you can see throughout the restaurant that your order is ready. 2 or 3 extra screens would be sufficient.

The wopper and the fries were great. The manager very friendly. The furniture is dreary. Some benches are torn, that's really not possible. The deposit system for the cups is cumbersome: you must first download the 'tikkie' app to get your money refunded. Money back at the cash register would be nice. Especially because the system does not work with 2 cups and you have to contact an employee for this again. This lady said that the system malfunctions more often. We received a new cup to hand in. So much effort to get €2 back....

Nooit meer naar deze burger king!!! Hier onderweg van een dagje weg gestopt om wat te eten.waren er om 19:30 en gingen er om 21:00 uit met koude patat lauwe cola en geen saus!!!we hadden daar wat willen eten maar omdat we met een peuter en een baby al anderhalf uur stonden te wachten maar laten inpakken en meegenomen wel voor saus en statiegeld voor de bekers betaald(4,50 euro)en half koud in de auto opgegeten 😩
