Had a lovely meal at McDonald's with the kids; there's a guy with black hair working here (don't know his name) but he's really good with children. Thanks for the masks, the extra nuts, etc. You are very good with children.

Haven't been to this McDonald's in a long time. We had to wait a long time for our order, and the table wasn't clean!! The food was fine. The outside area wasn't cleaned up; there was a lot of trash lying around.

You think you're just going to grab a nice burger and go to the toilet, you have to pay a euro for it, and then the only toilet is completely covered in blood. What a disgusting place.

Not very clean and quite a long wait for your order even though it wasn't busy. The order was correct, but the employee spoke broken Dutch, so I had to ask twice which number she was calling. Anyway. The food was just McDonald's quality.

The restaurant was very crowded, so the wait time was a bit longer compared to other places. It was very noisy because many people were joking around, and the outdoor area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Naturally, hygiene couldn't be guaranteed. The food was okay. My burger was cold, and the chicken pieces weren't hot either. In my opinion, the staff were friendly.

Good burgers, nothing wrong with that. It is a shame, though, that as a paying customer you still have to pay for the toilet.

I went today, the staff wasn't very friendly. I think it's unacceptable that they don't wear gloves there. I don't understand why you don't do that.

Always love going to McDonald's, great food, lightly expensive but not crazy and quite common deals / free food with points. Overall a great experience. Go there with friends every time we don't have anything to do and love it every time. ♥️🍔

I thought I'd just grab a nice ice cream with my son. The tables are dirty, even though he is quite quiet. Ingredients thrown on top and that was it. And even though you are a customer, it costs 1 euro just to use the toilet. I think it's a disgrace and I will never go here again.

Fine McDonald's, only we sat outside and the tables there were very dirty and it was a huge mess of McDonald's trash, and there were customers smoking.

Waiting half an hour for a hamburger and 2 cheeseburgers while it is very quiet…

They don't have things well organized here. I thought I'd just grab a quick milkshake. The number disappears from the board, but nothing appears. I stood staring at my milkshake for more than 5 minutes. A few employees were standing around doing nothing. When I said I didn't want it anymore because I was in a hurry and wanted my money back, the employee moved on to another customer. So I had to wait again. I also think a one-euro deposit is crazy for a takeaway cup. No more McDonald's for me. There are better hamburger chains.

Yes first my order from burger king was canceled last minute without any reason. Then i ordered mc donalds, the coke came half empty warm, milkshare was totally melted not cold anymore at all, 5cheese burgers weren’t in the package. And even though I ordered big size, the fries were in a small size… we tried to contact to the courier and he didn’t reply. We called mc donallds several times they also didn’t reply. Very bad experience in one day. The cheese burgers supposed to for our kids. Luckily 2 of our burgers came so they could eat it and we needed to order from Uber for ourselves!

Terribly bad. It takes ages to get your food, even when it's quiet. It's been like that for years.

No shame on the staff because they don't get paid enough to deal with everything, but it is a shame that I often have to wait a very long time. I also waited almost an hour a couple of times for a Happy Meal or something else small.

I ordered a frappé, I just got half a cup with nothing but ice around it, super bad and it takes a very long time too.

What a horrible MAC this is! The staff do absolutely nothing and just sit around laughing amongst themselves. "They are throwing the staff out," at least that's their word. MAC, do something about this!!

It took 35 minutes for my order

This is the worst branch I've seen in my 24 years of life. We waited 30 minutes for our order, and that was during an off-peak hour. The tables are filthy, and the tables outside are constantly occupied by groups of young people riding around on their Fatbikes. I've never seen anything worse. It would be far more sensible to go to the chain supermarket near the station and grab a croissant instead of eating here.

Stale, dry bread rolls and very dirty toilets, and then they even charge 1 euro while you're a customer.

Hello , today I was at McDonald in Apeldoorn centre by the address hofstraat , I ordered my food and I waited one hour and 20 mins this is not normal and not expected 😡😡 all the people who ordered after us got they food after 10,15 min and I’m here waiting hour and 20 min and nothing . So I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place 😡 and I’m sure the controller will take this in hands and do something because this is not expected

We wanted to grab a quick bite at McDonald’s at the Oranjerie Shopping Centre, but it was a bad experience. All the tables were filthy and had not been cleaned. When we politely asked if this could be done, we were told that it was “too busy.” Apparently, hygiene is not a priority here. In the end, we had to eat at a dirty table. Unacceptable and completely unfriendly to customers. Conclusion: busyness is no excuse for filth. This is simply unacceptable.

If you buy multiple menus, you also have to pay for using the toilet. Very annoying.

The food is very tasty, but if you take it away or order, there is ALWAYS something wrong. For example: wrong sauce, chicken nuggets forgotten, sauce forgotten, shaker fries forgotten, and other things (these things happened to me).

This was the most disgusting Mcdonald's I have ever been to. Do not go here. I felt like i needed to take a shower after coming here. (Poop on the door and some sort of weird urine/period mix on the toilet paper holder after PAYING to go use the restroom.)

I received a small portion of fries and returned with them, only to be told they gave me full containers of fries and that she was going to check the camera footage. She was then accused of stealing fries instead of admitting there weren't many. And that was a manager, who prefers to treat a complaining customer poorly than improve the service.

Half the restaurant is already closed in the evening, the restroom is also closed, the staff is unfriendly, and the hygiene is terrible. In short, a drama. Edit: the food arrived, the chicken nuggets were hard (left in there too long), the fries were too salty, the mozzarella sticks were way too short, and again, a drama.

It's all very slow. Even without a line, I'd happily wait fifteen minutes for a burger and soggy fries. They seem to be focusing all their attention on delivery orders. Edit: A year later, and it was another long wait for soggy, cold fries and a lukewarm burger. Apparently, they don't see the problem themselves. I took off another star.

Just the way it should be here. I like the milkshake, but I wonder if it contains any chemicals? It has 14 sugar cubes, so it's very healthy for your kids.

The service is terrible! Today they brought me something I didn't order... Instead of cola, they brought me a banana smoothie, and a lot of what I ordered was missing, and it was the manager's mistake! It's awful, I'm dissatisfied and don't want to come here anymore, and I don't recommend it!!!!! Please take note of this! And it's also very dirty....

No parking nearby. Unmotivated staff. No receipts issued at the ordering machine, and this wasn't resolved. Lots of scum in and around McDonald's. And then you have to pay 50 cents for a dirty toilet.

Once again, the order was wrong and I paid a lot, but in the end, the food turned out to be wrong. I should hire some Dutch people instead of those asylum seekers who don't speak Dutch at all. This is the last time I order from this McDonald's.

It was very expensive, but tasty, but in the evening you will be hungry again, that's why it's called fast food.

What's special is that they always remain patient and professional, no matter how many screaming children are there, and it's in the perfect location in Apeldoorn's city center. A special plus is that they're committed to climate change, such as no more plastic, and also offer excellent vegetarian dishes. 🫶😀👍

The food is simply terrible. Best to buy 2 liters of drinks with it, otherwise the dry burger will get stuck in your throat.

Delicious food but always pure chaos, busy and shouting employees who call out the order could be quieter, that is meant to be discriminatory, but you don't have to shout at people without hearing aids or they will certainly hear you.

Great atmosphere and beautiful location! I've been going here for years and never disappointed. It's a bit pricey, but McDonald's always is, so they help us avoid overeating, haha.

We didn't think it was clean. The tables were dirty and sticky. Not just ours, but several others. There was also one table next to the trash can, so you don't want to eat there.

Okay. You know, it's still McDonald's... But for the 100th time, raw fries, burgers with more of everything lying around than on them, and dirty tables while your restaurant is EMPTY? Great! EVERY TIME I come here, something's wrong, from cold food to forgotten items. DON'T waste your time here and please go to McDonald's North or South (or one of the other places nearby). Nice staff and very fast service

Slow! I ordered two McFlurries and one ice cream, but it took ages. The McFlurries were almost melted before they arrived.

I waited 12 minutes for my caramel ice cream. As I suspected, it was partially melted. That's not very pretty.

It's taking an insanely long time. They're just standing around, while that order has already been ready.

The fries were cold!! The burgers tasted like nothing and the lemonade was way too sweet and half of it was ice cream.

I'm surprised by the reviews here. It was my first time here, and I've never seen a McDonald's like this before. My daughter was personally given a coloring page to color while she waited. Something was forgotten with her order, and it was promptly resolved. While we were eating, we saw an employee neatly clean all the empty tables, and after we were done, another employee came by with wipes and mints. Mints, in a McDonald's. I've honestly never seen that before. Perhaps the place has been thoroughly cleaned recently, both literally and figuratively, or perhaps we were just lucky, but I've eaten at many real restaurants where the service was worse.

Excellent staff, nice and clean environment, but if you order brioni, you have to eat it cold because they don't have a device to heat it up!!!

Too bad you don't mix the McFlurry anymore while other Macs still do. Burger patty fell apart. Tray wasn't clean.

Dirty tent. Even when you order, you have to pay by card to go downstairs to the loo. Ordering online or at the terminal was turned off, so we had to go to the counter. So no discount. Table was downright gross. Garbage was on the ground. Never come here again. P.s.: Leave out the "BIG" when it comes to the "big" tasty and the "big" Mac. They are almost the same size as a Mac Kroket nowadays.

Often very dirty, it sometimes takes a long time before you get something and many things are often out of stock. Really scandalous for one of the most expensive in the Netherlands.

When ordering, you stated that the ice creams would be delivered to your table. After waiting 20 minutes, you discovered that the Sundae ice creams were waiting for you, melted. Very unfortunate!

Very bad service They are very slow

My child ordered a shake and when we asked for a straw, a very rude woman with blond hair scolded us. I understand that everyone gets nervous when it's busy, but if your employees can't handle the stress, they have no place in a fast food restaurant like this.

By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Dirty toilets without toilet paper, several items were missing from our order, overflowing rubbish bins, paper and rubbish on the floor... We also had to wait half an hour. And the employees stood there and watched...

Had 2 mcflurry on the go ,they were ready and had been sitting on the shelf for at least 20 minutes before handing them over only because I requested it 😕

They are open till 23:00, but refuse to make coffee after 22:00. Happened several times to me here

Had a takeaway. Forgot to put fries in order and mixed a drink. Not the first time. So check your order before leaving. Atmosphere is meh because of location. Sometimes the burgers in the box look like they were thrown in there, plus a ton of salad sprinkled all over.

I like the place they also have outdoor seating. Low quality food with low prices. You have to pay if you want to use the bathroom or wash your hands!

Good. Although in the end it is a McDonalds and the food is basically the same in all of them, the place is nice and quiet
