Worst staff. I'm disgusted. Waited 30 minutes for 3 burgers and some fries. Then it arrived in a bag. I pointed out that I'd ordered it to be eaten here. I was told to "eat from the bag" and didn't even get any napkins. No decency or brains. Absolutely SHAME!

It was really chaos, we had to wait 40 minutes, which is not normal.

The food is simply terrible. Best to buy 2 liters of drinks with it, otherwise the dry burger will get stuck in your throat.

Delicious food but always pure chaos, busy and shouting employees who call out the order could be quieter, that is meant to be discriminatory, but you don't have to shout at people without hearing aids or they will certainly hear you.

Great atmosphere and beautiful location! I've been going here for years and never disappointed. It's a bit pricey, but McDonald's always is, so they help us avoid overeating, haha.

We didn't think it was clean. The tables were dirty and sticky. Not just ours, but several others. There was also one table next to the trash can, so you don't want to eat there.

Okay. You know, it's still McDonald's... But for the 100th time, raw fries, burgers with more of everything lying around than on them, and dirty tables while your restaurant is EMPTY? Great! EVERY TIME I come here, something's wrong, from cold food to forgotten items. DON'T waste your time here and please go to McDonald's North or South (or one of the other places nearby). Please, McDonald's, shame on you...

Nice staff and very fast service

Slow! I ordered two McFlurries and one ice cream, but it took ages. The McFlurries were almost melted before they arrived.

I waited 12 minutes for my caramel ice cream. As I suspected, it was partially melted. That's not very pretty.

The fries were cold!! The burgers tasted like nothing and the lemonade was way too sweet and half of it was ice cream.

It's taking an insanely long time. They're just standing around, while that order has already been ready.

I'm surprised by the reviews here. It was my first time here, and I've never seen a McDonald's like this before. My daughter was personally given a coloring page to color while she waited. Something was forgotten with her order, and it was promptly resolved. While we were eating, we saw an employee neatly clean all the empty tables, and after we were done, another employee came by with wipes and mints. Mints, in a McDonald's. I've honestly never seen that before. Perhaps the place has been thoroughly cleaned recently, both literally and figuratively, or perhaps we were just lucky, but I've eaten at many real restaurants where the service was worse.

Excellent staff, nice and clean environment, but if you order brioni, you have to eat it cold because they don't have a device to heat it up!!!

One of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It is a huge mess inside, long waiting times and you can still hear the shouting from the kitchen on the terrace. Disastrous, I don't understand how this place gets through the audits.

Whether you buy something or not, there is no free toilet (it was the only clean thing there.) Too bad you don't mix the McFlurry anymore while other Macs still do. Burger patty fell apart. Tray wasn't clean.

Dirty tent. Even when you order, you have to pay by card to go downstairs to the loo. Ordering online or at the terminal was turned off, so we had to go to the counter. So no discount. Table was downright gross. Garbage was on the ground. Never come here again. P.s.: Leave out the "BIG" when it comes to the "big" tasty and the "big" Mac. They are almost the same size as a Mac Kroket nowadays.

Often very dirty, it sometimes takes a long time before you get something and many things are often out of stock. Really scandalous for one of the most expensive in the Netherlands.

When ordering, you stated that the ice creams would be delivered to your table. After waiting 20 minutes, you discovered that the Sundae ice creams were waiting for you, melted. Very unfortunate!

Very bad service They are very slow

My child ordered a shake and when we asked for a straw, a very rude woman with blond hair scolded us. I understand that everyone gets nervous when it's busy, but if your employees can't handle the stress, they have no place in a fast food restaurant like this.

By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Dirty toilets without toilet paper, several items were missing from our order, overflowing rubbish bins, paper and rubbish on the floor... We also had to wait half an hour. And the employees stood there and watched...

Had 2 mcflurry on the go ,they were ready and had been sitting on the shelf for at least 20 minutes before handing them over only because I requested it 😕

They are open till 23:00, but refuse to make coffee after 22:00. Happened several times to me here

Had a takeaway. Forgot to put fries in order and mixed a drink. Not the first time. So check your order before leaving. Atmosphere is meh because of location. Sometimes the burgers in the box look like they were thrown in there, plus a ton of salad sprinkled all over.

I like the place they also have outdoor seating. Low quality food with low prices. You have to pay if you want to use the bathroom or wash your hands!

Edit: Unfortunately, I have to revise my review from two years ago. Things have deteriorated sharply at this McDonald's in recent months. Hygiene leaves much to be desired; often see overflowing waste bins, dirty and slippery floors and uncleaned order columns. For example, I noticed that a sauce stain in the middle of the screen of one of the columns had still not been wiped away after three weeks. The food has also become a lot less, especially the fries, which are often lukewarm and limp. In addition, something about the order is regularly forgotten and some of the staff can be quite grumpy. Now, crowds and few staff may be a reason for this, but when I come here there are often very few customers (less than 10) and in most cases there are more than 6 people behind the counter/in the kitchen. I hope that in the near future work will be done to get this McDonald's back to the condition it was in two years ago, so that we can fully enjoy this golden tripod location again and I can replenish my asterisks from the review. Review from two years ago: Small McDonald's on the edge of the Apeldoorn shopping center. Your turn is always quick here, so you don't have to wait long before you can enjoy your Big Mac and the well-known French fries. Great McDonald's!

The staff here don't understand anything, they don't do anything, we wait hours for our food and then the McFlurrys are completely melted because they leave them for 10 minutes. Very dissatisfied every time I come here

Use the discount code from the app when ordering. This was not scanned properly, after which the discount was no longer valid. Both employees and manager could do nothing for me. The system comes before the customer. McDonalds has never heard of customer service anyway. People are unreachable. There is also no response via the online complaints procedure. No more McDonald's for me. Unless they come up with a substantial compensation. Henk Koning (@McKeteer on Twitter, the franchisee) is also unreachable. He blocks your mother if you criticize. Apparently that's how it works at McDonald's. By the way, everyone should avoid this matter. They locked people out for almost 2 years. Anyone who did not get an injection did not get in. At snack bars, yes. Weird. So end McDonalds would be a great option.

No onions on the hamburgers since McDonald's USA decided to bake the onions with the hamburgers. Also the taste is different. The pickle has been changed as well. No hamburgers for me anymore.

In one of the best McDonalds in the country, the food is always fresh and hot, you get your order very quickly and the service is top notch, it is also very clean.

I thought I'd have a quick cup of coffee, coffee was ready but no announcement was made. In the meantime my number was no longer on the screen. Reported to the staff at joh, isn't that my coffee by any chance? Whereupon the boy who initially ignored me for a while (was busy chatting with colleagues) and then said to colleagues, this cookie baker is waiting for his coffee and said he is coming. Left 20 minutes later without coffee...

Roomy. Waiting 40 minutes for 2 cheese burgers and some fries with a milkshake. Toko was more empty than full at that moment. It's choking with home delivery people taking up the easiest places to eat. And finally the fries were just cold😱😅. Getting worse here

I was here a few weeks ago. There was a problem with the ice machine so it took around 10 minutes to get my Frappuccino. You also had to pay for the toilet. Once in the men's toilet, the toilet seat was damaged and loose, and the toilet paper holder was broken, leaving 1 loose roll of toilet paper on the broken holder. If you pay for a visit to the toilet, you expect the toilet to be in order.

Just standard food. Unfortunately, the staff cannot speak Dutch Our plate was taken away even though we said we had placed two different orders on one plate. She just walked away with the sign. Later we found out that she didn't speak Dutch. Overall 3 stars

Always very pleasant to eat here; but recently hygiene has deteriorated considerably. Today we had to sit next to two garbage bags (me and two children aged six and four). The entire floor next to us is wet, the trash cans are filthy. And it stinks. Very unfortunate. The staff is also extremely friendly and hospitable.

Very much a bag of fries that were cold and a small half hamburger that was also black on the bottom and without sauce or anything on it, no, they charge 4.80 for that, never again, that's mac in Apeldoorn center

After ordering, we sat down and waited 30 minutes. We thought something might have gone wrong because we did not received our food yet. After asking they've told us the wait time is around 1 hour!! They explained that McDrive had Priority because of the long lines with cars it would create. When recieving our order it was not warm anymore and most things were forgotten. So if you really need some mcfood.. use the drive through and eat at home. We will skip this location next time. Apeldoorn Zuid.

First time at McDonald's abroad. The ordering process and payment went without any major problems. Food was brought to the table upon request. Prices ok compared to Germany. Portions ok, enough to fill you up.

The milkshake machine is broken very often.

The food was very average, the waiting time was long, the service was slow as a turtle and the order was incorrectly completed 3 times in a row after being politely pointed out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

What a filthy food shed! Announce numbers like a Chinese takeaway and everything you touch sticks a little. Restaurant prices for junk food in this setting... Little self-respect if you eat here. What good is diverse staff if you relegate them to kitchen robots? MC Donalds has started the race to the bttm.

very slow to serve and they could move a little faster and laugh... when I was there the staff was not cooperative and mistakes were made... the customers made jokes because it just didn't go smoothly.
