Very tasty food and fast service 😊

A lovely restaurant in Breukelen. The food was fantastic, compliments to the chef and his team. The service wasn't perfect. A lot of small things went wrong. (No fries, although they did order them between courses, which might be unusual, but "no" is also an answer. One person had a mushroom allergy, and they mentioned it with the cheese fondue, but they still ordered mushrooms. One dessert was forgotten.) But we were very comfortable, had a great time, and would definitely eat here again. The menu is excellent. Great choices and very reasonable prices!

We ate here again last night, and it was really good. Friendly service, and the food is delicious. The goat cheese salad is highly recommended. In the conservatory, you're crammed together at small tables.

The first T-bone was raw and full of tendons. I sent it back! However, the replacement was perfect!

My wife and I had dinner tonight. The food was delicious. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Definitely worth repeating. The appetizer for two is highly recommended. For those who can't eat much, be aware that the portions are a bit large.

Everything great. Good food and a good amount

Geweldig restaurant, Het vis voorgerecht was perfect,een zeer ruim gevuld bord met diverse vis soorten. Hoofd gerecht ribkes waren zeer lekker v smaak. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

We had a great meal at De Danne. They have the classics (chicken satay, spareribs) on the menu, but also a number of dishes that are just a little different and highly recommended. Add to that a great price and you have a very nice evening!

The sauces served with the food had clearly already been prepared in the afternoon. The top layer was already somewhat dried out, even from the mayonnaise.

nice experience without knowing the place first. Friendly and welcoming service. Warm and comfortable environment. Good food, although the butcher could do better for the quality of the meat. Customers must also be warned that if they don't order a side dish, they simply won't be served anything

Two chefs in the kitchen? That's what it looks like! My wife had delicious tuna, but my vitello tunato was very mediocre. Meat tasteless and no trace (read taste) of tuna. And we tried it again, again the tuna was delicious, but now we took Dame Blance and that was another low point. Chocolate sauce from a jar had little to do with chocolate and a bit like vanilla ice cream, certainly not ice cream. Hit and miss is therefore difficult to understand that the chef of the perfect tuna cannot conjure up a vitello. That's a shame.

I think they are a bit close together in the conservatory. But the food was very tasty and the total price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back.

Celebrated a very pleasant Boxing Day with 100 people. Delicious 6-course dinner, with good wine. Atmosphere was also great. Nice live music. This was our second year, third year, but make sure to make reservations. 😄

Delicious tuna steak as starter and Danne satay as main course. The atmosphere was pleasant, but because of the crowds you had to talk a little louder to hear each other.

Our Annual Dinner with friends. For the first time in the Taveerne Danne What a great atmosphere and service. After a small accident with a wine glass...fell off the tray...quite resolved and yes, something like that can happen. Delicious food...great choices...see you next time...will definitely come back.

We had a very tasty meal, the service was very friendly and the food came quite quickly but was of excellent quality. Both the prawns and the pork schnitzel were deliciously prepared and seasoned. Truly a place you will not soon forget.

Delicious casual food for a good price.

The starter was on our table in 5 minutes. A large group had arrived at the same time as us, so the waiter advised us to have the main course served quickly. When we indicated that that was okay, the main course was also on our table within 5 minutes. So it was already ready and quickly heated up in the kitchen. That could also be tasted and did not improve the quality of the food (it was all on the dry side). Missed opportunity in my opinion!!

excellent dinner, nice place, nice perfect youth

We had dinner here on a Sunday evening. Although the food was good and tasty (despite the fact that there were no stir-fried vegetables in the pokebowl as stated on the menu) and the service worked really hard to cope with the crowds, we will not choose this again . Because what noise, heat and crowds. It was bizarre. Skipped dessert so we could leave. A compliment to the service, they remained friendly and understanding!

Basics ok. Lettuce or vegetables are missing with the ribeye. Restaurant could be a bit cleaner.

The staff is nice but a lot went wrong. When we came in, we immediately ordered the starter and main course. After 1.5 hours we still had not received a starter. When we asked about it, we received our main course quite quickly. When paying, the starters were on the bill even though we had not received them. I reported this and it has of course been resolved.

Good atmosphere, good food, a bit pricey and sometimes we had to wait a long time for service, but I will definitely come back again!

What a great restaurant. Delicious food. With a sandwich as an appetizer and a starter and main course, there was unfortunately no room left for dessert. So the quantity was excellent. No matter how busy it was, it ran like clockwork. Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommended to eat there.

Dinner was delicious and more than enough! Food and drinks arrived quickly at the table and the service was very friendly :) My friend ate the Tataki Combi and I had the Pokébowl Teriyaki. Recommended!

So cosy! The staff was super friendly and smooth. And the food was delicious.

Last Tuesday we spontaneously walked in here and ordered the steak tartare in addition to a veal liver. Instead of a raw egg on top of the tartare, there was a boiled egg next to it! The waiter indicated that a raw egg is absolutely part of a steak tartare and that it is precisely this raw egg that provides the flavor and "spread" of the tartare. Service spoke to the cook about this, but he only said that he had already boiled the last egg (!) and therefore no longer had a raw egg. This sounded completely unbelievable. Because the calf's liver had already been eaten, a new dish was not an option and almost all of the steak tartare was returned. A coffee was offered, but not including it on the bill would have been better. Advice to the chef to check the dishes they consist of so that he serves the correct ones. So don't order steak tartare for the time being! Less good feeling about our spontaneous action in which the waiter did his best.

Nice restaurant in the heart of Breukelen. Service, food and drinks were top. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back. The restaurant is worth a visit.

Nice meal, a nice place, quite busy. We had to wait a bit until a table became available, but we were able to take a seat at the bar and were offered a free drink. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant restaurant with very good and well presented dishes. A very nice discovery.

We had quite high expectations based on the Google reviews, but we were put at a terrible table in the middle of the restaurant. We were way too cramped, we could barely move, I kept bumping into a neighbor at another table. If I wanted to get up I had to ask the other table to move with me. My father couldn't even push his chair back because it hit the wall straight away and the cupboard had to wiggle all the way out. My mother and husband were almost on the aisle, just shy of being knocked over. That table should never have been there for 4 people. We were very uncomfortable and it was not a relaxing experience. In addition, it was also very noisy. You could barely hear each other. The food was very good, so it was a shame.

We actually wanted to eat a delicious Angus Black steak, which we didn't like at all. The steak was good English instead of medium and had an excessive amount of tendons running through it. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot send the food with good grades.

A large piece of meat, of good quality, with a bowl of fries. That's it. Not much attention paid to it. Way too many tables and a lot of noise. Unsociable waitresses. After the main course, no more contact about dessert or coffee. Then we paid and left.

Een groot stuk vlees, van goede kwaliteit, met een bak patat. Dat is t. Niet veel aandacht aan besteed. Veel te veel tafels en veel herrie. Ongezellige serveersters. Na het hoofdgerecht geen contact meer over dessert of koffie. Toen maar afgerekend en vertrokken.

Wij zaten binnen en het was redelijk vol. De bediening was snel en vriendelijk. De steak en ribeye waren erg lekker. Er is veel parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving.

Wij komen zelf uit Helmond en hadden een dagje Amsterdam gedaan. Onderweg terug naar huis bij Breukelen afgeslagen om ergens een hapje te eten. Kwamen het eetcafé tegen en daar naar binnen gegaan om te vragen of ze nog een tafeltje voor ons hadden.. Jazeker, dat kan. Tafelsetting was prima in orde met sideplate voor je broodje en echte servetten. Top! Vriendelijke serveerster, prima rood wijntje en ook een zeer uitgebreide kaart, voor ieder wat wils. Ik had de steak tartaar en mijn man de Gamba pil pil, jeetje wat een grote porties! Maar smaakt allemaal prima,complimenten. Het hoofdgerecht, ik de fish and chips en mijnman de Angus biefstuk, 300gr en medium rare gebakken zoals gevraagd. Je snapt het al, toetje pastte erbij ons niet meer in.... Onlangs wezen eten, na jaren er niet te zijn geweest. Zonde, want het eten was erg goed! Moeten we vaker heen. Daarnaast is het ook een sfeervol restaurant.

Zeer lekker eten, vriendelijke en goeie service. Een klein minpuntje,de tafeltjes staan zeer dicht bij elkaar en daardoor is het er snel zeer rumoerig en moeilijk om een gesprek te voeren.

Stop the presses. Here is the place to be in Breukelen.. we had several dishes.. and all ! Just great. Price / quality. You probably can't find a better place. The starter mixed plate.. 15 euro .. just something you must do, ... Great and I mean great service. For sure we will be back soon. !

Heerlijk eten dat je kan nuttigen binnen in het sfeervolle restaurant of op 1 van de 2 terrassen. En dat alles voor een zeer redelijke prijs, met een prettige en vriendelijke bediening.

De bediening was top. Ik kwam laat en de keuken ging bijna sluiten. Toch mocht ik nog een voorgerecht bestellen en een hoofdgerecht. Ik nam de licht gebakken tuna. Japanse stijl, helemaal top. Als hoofdgerecht nam ik de steak tartaar xxl. Fenomenaal lekker en vers gehakte steak denk ik. Als ik hier ooit in het dorp terugkom kom ik zeker terug.

Mein Tournedos war gut, ich fühlte mich etwas ignoriert... vielleicht haben sie einen! Personalmangel?

Goed eten, vriendelijke bediening. Vreemd was wel dat we mosselen wilden bestellen maar die waren op aldus de bediening. Later zagen we zeker vijf pannetjes uitgeserveerd worden aan klanten die ruim na ons kwamen. Jammer, maar over het eten verder geen klagen.

Heerlijk gegeten in een gezellige sfeer....aanrader en we komen zeker een keer terug.

Das Essen hat leider viel zu lange auf sich warten lassen... Ein paar Gerichte waren echt lecker wohingegen andere echt zu wünschen übrig ließen. Die Kellner:Innen waren sehr bemüht und freundlich, nur die Köche sind alle halbe Stunde rauchen gegangen. Der Besuch ist nicht zu empfehlen, da man sich Tiefkühlfalafel auch zu Hause aufwärmen kann und damit deutlich billiger kommt.

Heel leuke en gastvrije gelegenheid met betaalbaar lekker eten.

Altijd druk. Vriendelijk personeel. Enorm gehorig cq. slechte akoestiek in het pand; een goed gesprek zit er niet in. Kwaliteit verschilt enorm per keer: Wat de ene avond verrukkelijk warm mals en vers is, kan de andere avond lauw en taai zijn. Wel altijd levendig en gezellig.

Heerlijk gegeten met me mannetje het was onze trouwdag en nog mooi vuurwerk op het toetje

Een teleurstellende ervaring. We bestelden asperges en kregen een bord met slappe, doorgekookte asperges, droge ham, smakeloze krieltjes en melige patat. Jammer en een dikke teleurstelling!
