Idk why some comments said about not very clean place.. It was super clean and cozy. Food is super - dendeng, cumi cabe ijo, sate padang, es teler!! Highly recommended. The service was also very pleasant and all staffs were kind & cheerful. Worth every penny!

Top-notch cuisine! We had the nasi padang special on the spot, and it was incredibly authentic, with no compromises! Exactly the same as in Indonesia/Sumatra. Dark caramelized "dry" rendang, just as it should be, and really dark. For dessert, the lupis, also a real 10! We drive 100km for Indonesian food; we've never experienced such authentic flavors in the Netherlands.

I had the Gado Gado Special with Sate and honestly? This was tastier than anything I ate in Indonesia itself. The chef comes from Sumatra and cooks so purely and without flavor enhancers, without junk. Just really tasty authentic food, full of herbs, spices and love. And another nice surprise; just after eating, a kind of flavor explosion suddenly came loose. Spicy, peppery, so good. No salt, no artificial fuss, just genuinely tasty flavors. Also had delicious snacks on their terrace, sate and lemper. Super friendly service. I will definitely come back here. Terima kasih, Renate 🙏🪷🥢

Drove there because of the videos on Instagram. I've tried many toko's in Amsterdam, Hilversum, Bussum and Hoofddorp, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Delicious food, all the beef super soft and not fatty, delicious satay and with fantastic peanut sauce. Maybe not the cheapest of all the toko's, but with remote control the best and quality can certainly cost something. Until next time!!

Had a great meal, you come here for the food, not for the looks. Service was also great and friendly. And we laughed our heads off, family had a day off the next day, so we went outside while they were vacuuming. Didn't detract from the experience and the great food.

If you haven't tried Indonesian food, here is a very authentic place. If you're on a budget, then forget about it because for four adults and two toddlers we paid €150. Great service

Authentic Indonesian dishes (Padang) were served as desired, the flavors were accepted according to Dutch standards, the drinks were standard, the dessert was phenomenally tasty and was called Es Tèlèr. The service was warmly friendly and the spiciness of the spices could be adjusted to your preference. Suit Irwan and his wife cooked great! All in all, worth repeating

This is one of the few places in the Netherlands where you can taste truly authentic Nasi Padang. The flavors are perfectly balanced and are reminiscent of the culinary delights from West Sumatra. Not only the Nasi Padang is excellent, but the other Indonesian dishes are also rich in flavor, prepared with fresh ingredients and wonderfully seasoned. The hospitable service and cozy atmosphere complete the experience. An absolute must for anyone who loves Indonesian food or wants to try something special!

Indonesian takeaway with small dining area. Fantastic quality, wonderfully seasoned, not very Dutchized. If I lived nearby I would eat it several times a week.

This is the place to be for a delicious plate of Indonesian food. No concessions with ingredients, just pure flavors like you would taste in Padang. From a buttery soft rendang to the spicy, tasty tempe. The simple but cozy interior exudes the authentic atmosphere of Indonesia, and the friendly staff completes the experience. An absolute must for those who really want to eat Padangs!

Reasonable to good food but could be much better if you eat there. Very expensive for a meal that comes from the microwave. Can also be taken from the microwave or warmed up at home.

The Nasi Padang and Satay Padang are really delicious! It feels really Indonesian! The fried bananas are really delicious too!

This restaurant is very famous among Indonesians in the Netherlands. This says enough. The food tastes authentic. There is a Dutch card and Indonesian card (see photo). The service is very nice and a super amiable man. I had pempek, nasi padang and cendol. Everything tastes delicious! Warung Anisah offers more than the well-known nasi rames such as white rice with sambal goreng beans, acar, sambal goreng telur and rendang. If you come here, go inside, look at the dishes in the display case. Plenty of choices, even for vegetarians. I recommend this restaurant!

The pempek was very hard and the sauce (cuko) was very sour, like eating cooked vinegar....I immediately got diarrhea

Very nice and authentic Indonesian food

Delicious and service with Indonesian hospitality. A nice terrace in the sun. Even on this lovely sunny day in February it is wonderful to stay here. Quick on the table. Also excellent for lunch if you are touring on your motorcycle or bicycle or walking along the beautiful Vecht. What is striking is the large number of Indonesian guests. That says a lot about the delicious authentic food.

Nasi Padang is delicious. Bought take out menu from here. Perfect taste if you miss your hometown cooking. Price is affordable but not so cheap. Would like to be back to try other food from here.

Authentic, good quality, fresh, but not the best Indonesian food I have ever tasted. You will certainly have to look very carefully to find a better Indonesian restaurant. Very friendly people.

What nice and sweet people and delicious food! We had to eat quickly because of a concert, and within 5 minutes we were served an entire rice table for 4 people. Super tasty too!

Wonderful authentic shop & small restaurant. Very friendly service. And the rice table was excellent cassie, yes I know orang blandas don't use it properly, but it was... fine cassie ;) authentically tasty. We relied on the many good reviews, and they are correct. When we left we heard that there are also a number of typical Sumatran dishes, for next time! Only the spekkoek was gone....aduh! ;)

Heb hier lekker gegeten echt sumatraanse padang/medan smaak. De mpek2 was heerlijk beetje krokant smaak naar vis zoals het hoort. Tis om te raden bij warung anisah te eten.

Gister ben ik hier wezen eten. De tafels waren vies, toen het eten gebracht werd heb ik zelf zichtbaar de tafel nog schoongeveegd, waarbij de bediende zelf daarna (en daarvoor dus ook niet) geen actie ondernam. Het eten zelf was oke op het Indonesische drankje na, het smaakte of het over datum was. En de rijst alsof het in het rokers hok bereid was. Toen ik dit bij het afrekenen aangaf, haalde ze hun schouders (symbolisch gesproken) op. "Oh oke. Dan word het €19,50" zonder er verder echt op in te gaan. Jammer

Rijsttafel was heerlijk. Mijn familie heeft Indonesische roots. Opa kookte heerlijke rijsttafels. Ik heb weer even genoten van echt Indonesisch eten met mijn familie. Wij gaan hier zeker veel vaker bestellen.

Wij hebben hier lekker gegeten! Nasi Padang special, Es Cendol (Indische ijs toetje), empek-empek en gebakken tofu. Allemaal heerlijk. De eigenaar is heel aardig en vriendelijk. Je kun voor de restaurant gratis parkeren in de blauwe vakken voor 2 uren.

Rendang Padang for a ballanda, not spicy at all. Meal portions of all dishes was very little for what I paid for, not worth it imho

Erg lekker gegeten. Gekozen voor de rijsttafel met 3 personen. Alle gerechten waren vers, smaakvol en gevarieerd. Zeker een aanbeveling!

De bediening en de mensen van de Warung hebben wij als zeer vriendelijk ervaren. Wat wij, ter plaatse, gegeten hebben was van zeer goede smaak, istimewa!

Eten was prima, maar kom hier nooit meer. Eten bij toko Maarssen kwa smaak vergelijkbaar, maar kwa prijs? Betaalde 15 euro voor een bakje waar ik in Maarssen het 3 dubbele voor krijg.

Nasi rames met lauk is echt lekker! Minpuntje was de nasi putih van mijn vrouw die beetje droog was!
