Our server Adam was amazing!! I have a severe gluten and nut allergy, and he took my allergies very seriously. I had a chicken sandwich and it was delicious!

Beautifully crafted breakfast dishes. Relaxing environment and very friendly staff.

Ordered online. Chicken Katsu was too disgusting for words. In the past it was great. Now you really just want to throw the food away.

I went with a group of friends yesterday and it was amazing, the food was divine, chef Luana cooked an amazing brunch for us, honestly the best I had in my life, the staff was so nice, I’m pregnant so they made all the food safe for me, offered option of drinks without alcohol, the atmosphere was great, we had a really nice time there. Highly recommended!

It was absolutely amazing the bottomless brunch at Teds! Food made by Luana was incredibly good and we were seriously not expectingthat much food (muito, muito obrigada Luana!), their service was great too, all the drinks were delicious. We are definitely coming back!

We visited Teds twice and we had a lovely experience both times. Staff are friendly, the food tasted amazing and very reasonably priced. And inside made you feel very relaxed, love the decor.

It was fine, but you don't get much for the price, and it's a shame that there is no choice for brown bread.

It was the best hollandaise I've ever eaten in my life, poached egg cooked to perfection. Incredible, I loved it! Not to mention that the Brazilian chef, if I'm not mistaken her name is Luana, was very kind. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

We recently visited Teds Brunch Café and this place captivated us from the very first minute! Special thanks to chef Luana, whose culinary masterpieces make this cafe a real gastronomic gem. Each dish, from classic avocado toasts to unique signature desserts, is made with such love and attention to detail that it is impossible not to admire. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is simply a work of art. This cafe is now on our list of must-see places for Sunday brunches!

They both went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants and done so with such grace!! super friendly girlies!! the food was amazing and the coffee was STUNNING!! Well, expensive for what it is (count 16€ for a filled toast) but fresh produce. On the other hand, service level needs to be reviewed…We were served by an Asian: error in the order, did not want to split the bill for our table, not very professional.

Relaxed atmosphere, great help from Patricia and a fantastic breakfast. You can't start the day better. So get there quickly!

Waited 45 minutes for a cappuccino. Food was good, but unfortunately almost cold. The table was never cleared and you almost had to beg for something new to drink. Service seemed very lackluster

I keep coming back to this place because their Eggs Benedict are just incredible! The poached eggs and hollandaise sauce are perfection—I could honestly eat them every day. When Luana and Klaas are in the kitchen, it’s even better; they really know how to make the food stand out. The restaurant has such a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff are always friendly and doing their best to make sure everyone has a great experience, even when it’s super busy. If you’re planning to visit on the weekend, definitely make a reservation—it’s popular for a reason!

I was here last weekend and the food was super delicious. Especially the chicken karaage dish. The staff is also super nice. I spoke with Luana and she was super friendly. Highly recommended.

Walking through the streets of Amsterdam, I came across this café, and the big surprise was that the chef is Brazilian. Luana suggested the Eggs Benedict, and to our delight, it was delicious.

Read great reviews about teds in oud west, which my partner and I decided to visit. Upon arrival we was seated at a table which was not cleaned from someone previously eating there. The lady who was at front desk was eating whilst talking/greeting to us ! The ‘chicken katsu’ tasted nothing like it, French toast was hard and dry. Our table was booked for 2.30pm, people turning up after us were turned away because they were ‘closing’ which they weren’t closing till 5pm. Once we ordered we was also asked if we would like anything else as they are closing but yet again it wasn’t till 5pm they were closing and it was only 2.30pm. The forks were dirty, staff were extremely unorganised, dropping everything & rushing. A orange drink was dropped on customers white fluffy coat by a staff member which then the staff replied with ‘it’s fine it’s only orange juice’ whilst smirking. Overall, not great experience and very disappointed, will not be coming back or recommending. I hope the other teds are not so bad as the teds in oud west.

I can't believe I paid €15 for a Cobb salad with barely any lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of chicken covered in 1000 island dressing. The server said that the dressing was on the side, it was not. The fries were covered in mayo instead of on the side as the server said. Drinks came long after the food arrived. Skip this place. Used to be decent

Excellent place for an American breakfast

Not only was the food rather average, it was also very overpriced and proportionally small. On top of that, the service was quite slow, even though there were a lot of people working. I thought the ambience looked quite lifeless as well.

Food was really really good great flavour and presentation, however the service was shocking I had to clear my own table to sit down and didn’t get greeted or spoken to for at least 25 minutes. I appreciate wait staff were short but unfortunately dampened the experience. The table was a bit dirty after being wiped

I had made a reservation for high tea. We had to wait a very long time before we got our food. In the meantime we received hot water once with 3 flavors of tea. Normally you get fresh ginger, orange, mint, etc. We didn't get any. After 1.5 hours we got our food, which did not include cakes/sweets. After asking we got 2 pieces of cake? I regularly go to other branches for high tea where this is a lot better. I recommend not to go here.

Atmosphere: 5/5 - we ate at the bar with an amazing street view. Not a noisy place. Service: 5/5 - really good service. The waiter was always smiling and was very proactive when we wanted something they had ran out of. Food: 3/5 - We wanted to Brunch (a brunch place) and ordered the Triple Omega. Unfortunately, they had ran out of avocado. When the plate arrived it was already cold. We also ordered the waffle fries with normal mayo which were great but had too much mayo so recommend to order it on the side. Coffee was really good.

A really good Breakfast / Brunch spot, with Gluten Free options. For the Coeliacs, they can't guarantee cross contamination safety as it's a singular kitchen, but in the two times I ate at Teds, I had no glutening issue. Defo recommend the (gf) Philly Cheese Steak!

Made a reservation on their website for 9:00am. Waited outside for 15 min and it was completely dark inside. Went somewhere else and ate. Walked past it later and it was still closed. If you’re closed please update your hours, saw this place on TikTok and not sure if it’s worth the hype based on the fact they aren’t even open.

Food was amazing and friendly staff

Food was excellent. I had the goat cheese bagel with jam and added bacon. It was very tasty. My husband had the chicken and donut which was also good. Do it wasn’t too sweet and chicken was moist. We also ordered lattes. I had to order a second one bc it was really good! The only thing I would suggest they fix the toilet. The seat came off as I lifted it and it came off again when I sat down. 🫣🫣

I had a veggie shroom crocket which is marked as chef’s special. I did not really like it, to be honest. It tasted very plain to me. We sat outside; ladies bathroom was out of order and it smelled like sewage inside (I guess these are linked).

The food all came ready-made from a package: Smores pancakes, which were American pancakes from AH, with marshmallows and an insignificant sauce on the side. Triple omega that was cheap smoked salmon on 1 slice of toast with avocado somewhere, I didn't see where. Extremely disappointing.

We had problems with flies inside. And my plate was taken away while I was still eating. Not a nice atmosphere and wouldn't recommend it.

Terrible experience at Ted’s. Upon entering, I asked the waitress if they were able to provide gluten free options, in which, without hesitation she replied yes. When ordering my food, I had asked the waiter whether what I would like (eggs, avocado on toast with mushrooms) is suitable for a gluten free diet and if they’d be able to provide gluten free bread, to which they replied they could. I again mentioned that it would need to be gluten free. Trusting they would comply with my request, as I am coeliac, I ate my breakfast. Within a few hours, I became very sick and unwell and I knew I had been ‘glutened’ as they provided normal bread with my breakfast. I am so incredibly disappointed after reading such good reviews. The waiters and staff were obviously so careless and really made me anxious about eating out… I will not be retuning. Please, please, please be careful about eating here and question everything if you have allergies/intolerances ! I wouldn’t recommend

AVIOD THIS PLACE my partner has Celiac disease we informed them multiple times before and while we were at teds but she was given a normal piece of toast. I find this disgusting how this was aloud to happen ruined our day out in Amsterdam. The coffee was also disgusting not drink able very sour. Service slow and clearly incompetent

We had made a reservation for a high tea with a deposit of 15 euros. When we arrived it turned out that the staff did not know anything and had not expected us. With reluctance from the waiter we were finally allowed to sit outside, he did not look at us and spoke very unclearly. Out of politeness, we waited until service came to us. After half an hour we were asked if we were coming for high tea and if we had any allergies. After an hour we were asked again and we indicated that we had actually been waiting an hour without drinks. The manager indicated that she had missed this because she was smoking. After this, fortunately, our high tea was prepared. The food was delivered at 3:30 PM (reservation was for 2:00 PM). Fortunately we were met with a free prosecco. After this the service was very smooth, nice and helpful. The food was very tasty. It's a shame that it had to go this way in the first place.

What happened to this place? It used to be great. Came here. Waited for 20 min. Went inside as nobody came for an order. They came and managed to order only drinks. Went inside again. Other 10 min wait. Finally ordered everything. Drinks came after 30 min. Food after one hour. Cuttleries were dirty. Asked for a new knife and forks. Arrived after 20 min. When I said to the waiter (Italian like me) we did not need them anymore as we share the 2 clean ones in 4 he said: at least you got some clean ones at some point. If that is the level, it is really low.
