At Teds Amsterdam, you start your day feeling like you've stepped into a trendy feel-good movie. I arrived with a slight hangover and left as a reborn brunch pro. The Turkish eggs? Soft, spicy, and more comforting than my ex ever was. The lobster roll? Seriously, if that had been on Tinder, I would have swiped right immediately. The service? Like your best friend suddenly became a hospitality expert. Nothing too slick, just genuine and delightfully quick. Conclusion: go here hungry, linger with a mimosa, and pretend you don't need to be anywhere else. Spoiler alert: you really won't want to afterward.

Very nice place. Really delicious food, specially chicken avo. Turkish egg was great but don't expect eastern style with a lot of yoghurt. It's just a spoon of yogurt- but still, very tasty.

The server was very loud and slow.. We had to wait an hour for our order to be ready were really late to our next plan.

Today I visited Teds Amsterdam and I fell in love with the location and the food there! I tried the new pornstar French toast and it’s amazing 🤩 the waiter Kayleigh made a wonderful job serving us coffee with a smile. Will come back for sure!

LOVE the FOOD, service and the ambiance. Is our fav spot to cowork during the week with my friend. This brisket on a bun it was full of flavour 🤤

Had the Philly cheese steak with extra bacon, and a iced latte. Everything was perfection! Definitely recommend coming here

Unfortunately, our expectations weren't met. The menu presents itself so well, and their food proposal sounds great. But then you receive barely decent, below average food I could make at home myself. My breakfast burrito was served cold, and the chicken katsu was just a dry sandwich with a piece of chicken. Also, half an hour is too long of a wait to get cold food. The orange juice and the americano were nice, but the juice was room temperature, so not that refreshing.

Where do I begin… 1. Took 2 hours to get our meal 2. Asked for an orange juice and it came in a dirty cup that had a lipstick stain. When we informed the staff, they poured the juice over the lipstick stain into another cup. When asked for a brand new juice for sanitary purposes, we were met with disdain. 3. We were waiting for staff to take our order for quite some time to realize one was smoking a cigarette across the street. 4. Tried to use the bathroom to leave and one of the employees was missing, presumably in the bathroom because we heard vomiting. 5. Ordered the German pretzel which came with a poached egg that was so overcooked it might as well have been a hard boiled egg. Overall: Do not let TikTok fool you that this place is a good spot. It is not.

TERRIBLE!!! The waitresses are sweet but everything else is terrible!! The bread was not brioche and the poached egg came completely solid, almost green from being overcooked. We wanted to change it and waited for more than forty minutes. Finally we said let's cancel if our food is not cooked, so we canceled and left. It still hadn't started to be made in that long. Also the place was empty. The chicken donut was not good either.

A charming café with cozy, minimalist decor. I visited shortly before closing, so it was nice and quiet. I don’t recall the exact name of the dish I ordered, but it was delicious (recommended by the staff)

Went here for brunch with friends, but left quite disappointed. Service was quite bad, with the exception of one person, the people working there were inattentive and unpleasant. Unfortunately the food was even worse, especially the “lobster roll”. (On a good note, the waffle fries were nice - but a bit too much mayo for our liking). Would not recommend..

Super nice place to have a bite to eat. Even breakfast all day long! Mainly visited by young people. But us oldies were approached just as sweetly as the rest 😄

Drinks arrived way after the food arrived, even though the place wasn’t even busy, with only a few tables. Drinks finally arrived, ice cold. Service is sub-par, and the food is honestly nothing to rave about, other than the waffle fries.

worst food. Worst breakfast burrito ever. They say it is with scrambled eggs but it is an amalgamation of concrete like egg looking substance. Dont get me started on the lies about a freshly baked apple pie. They brought me a stale 5 day old apple pie, that was colder than a day in the antartic. Also the juice. If you can call that a juice. Better to drink water from althe canals. Also very expensive. Only the waiter was good and friendly but he should be ashamed for serving these foods.

Had a horrible experience today at Ted’s. Visited for lunch and was served water in dirty glasses and given dirty cutlery with food pieces in forks. The stuff did not react to the complaint. We had to wash our cutlery ourselves in the toilet to eat. The atmosphere was were unpleasant. Stay away and stay safe, since it’s very dangerous to pick up infections

The food was really good but it overpriced for orange juice. The waitress told us they don’t have enough orange for large size orange juice so she offered us regular size which is quite small. The counter was full of oranges. One waitress was working so we had to wait a bit. The toilet door was broken, it was not even properly closing neither the lock when I told the stuff they said they are aware. But this is not a problem to ignore it has to be fixed asap cuz I couldn’t use it without my friend waiting in front. It wasn’t satisfactory. Other than that waitress was lovely.

Teds Amsterdam Oud West offers a very suitable atmosphere for a pleasant and relaxing day of brunch. The dishes and desserts are properly prepared, which speaks for a good restaurant. Above all, this Teds restaurant stands out for its excellent service, especially Ms. Elettra, who looked after us with great hospitality and her loving nature. I'm already looking forward to my next visit here!

Very nice place. Very good breakfast, composed à la carte because the "Frenchy menu" doesn't closely resemble what we eat at home when we wake up ;) scrambled eggs, bacon, banabread and latte 🥰 Didn't have time to take photos before enjoying ourselves. Fresh products, efficient service and pleasant welcome, we will happily do it again the next time we come!

Nice location, we came without a reservation and they still had room for us. Friendly staff who made sure we were satisfied despite the crowds.

Food was great. The service was terrible: she was rude, got part of the order wrong and did not even care when we mentioned that there was a mixed up, she left the order in the table, ignored us and left. Thankfully I spoke with her colleague that was at the bar and she quickly corrected the order and brought the right things herself.

Made a reservation but still had to 20min to before being seated. The food quality was mediocre and the staff spilt drinks on my cream-coloured jacket. Instead of offering compensation I was told it's barely noticeable, and had to fetch some tissues myself to wipe it off.

I visited Teds several times now, first in Den Haag, and now in Amsterdam. It is always the same, wonderful experience - delicious, fresh food, amazing coffee, friendly staff, and children friendly! 5 stars every time!

A very decent place for breakfast and brunch - the menu is varied and interesting. The only disappointment was that there was no lobster dish, which is what I had planned to order. But the other dish was also delicious.

I’ve ordered the Salmon and poached eggs toast with avocado. The avocado was simply sliced like home and not seasoned at all, the bread brioche was not even toasted. I think for the price you can make a certain presentation and effort on the taste and on the bread quality. And also put some salad on the side.
