It was the best Thai food I've had in Europe. The tom yum goong in particular was delicious, and I felt that the taste of the tom yum goong here had an original taste that I thought could only be eaten here. I would definitely like to go eat there again.

We discovered this cozy little restaurant during a walk from our hotel to the city. Though it’s not very large, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. Having visited many Thai restaurants, I can confidently say this place ranks in my top five. The food was exceptional, full of flavor, with the perfect balance of spice and texture. If you enjoy authentic, spicy Thai cuisine, this is the spot for you, as they don’t hold back on delivering bold flavors. I look forward to dining here again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Increíble restaurante, el servicio fue rápido pero bueno al mismo tiempo, el personal muy amable, creo que capturan el corazón de Tailandia perfectamente. Genuina amabilidad, Pad thai perfectamente equilibrado (un plato con una gran historia) si se hace correctamente puede ser algún tipo de milagro. Great find, fantastic Thai food

Never thought I’d eat such authentic Thai street food in Amsterdam. We tried the pad kra Pao with beef and the vermicelli noodles! Both were super tasty. Great little spot if you’re craving some nice Thai curry rice or a Thai fried rice too.

Everything was very very good. We ordered two dishes and shared with two beer and it was reasonably priced. Food was served hot and stayed hot with their serving plate warmers.

Simple and pleasant setting. Slow service and ultimately little in the room. Very good food from starter to dessert. Unfortunately very (too) long, even though there weren't many tables. Go there with your eyes closed but expect that it will take time!

Have been to many Thai restaurants around the world including Thailand and this one is one of the best I've had. The flavors are exquisite and unique - Pad Thai a staple everywhere had something special. The Tom Kha was just the right mouth watering sweetness, and the Satay had a beautiful deep fry coat with subtle spices and tender tasty. Highly recommend!

We ordered from their website yesterday and the food was AMAZING!! I never leave reviews but I had to because this is hands down the best Thai I ever had in Amsterdam and absolutely comparable to some of the best Thai I had in Thailand. The Fishcakes are amazing, the mango sticky rice is delicious and the garlic rice-noodles dish and their satay sauce were sooo tasty and everything is super fresh and homemade. This was more than enough to share between two people and the delivery guy was so kind and friendly. All in all this one deserves 5stars and will be our new go to Thai Restaurant.

It's not worth it for such a long wait. We were only asked after an hour what we wanted to eat even though we had decided after 10 minutes and it took another 10-15 minutes for the starter to arrive and the main course another hour not recommended

Delicious food, definitely recommended if you like Thai food. Large menu with extensive choice. All dishes tasted well. The fishcakes are among my favorites and are as I expected them to be. The service is very friendly and helpful.

We entered this restaurant with skepticism as it was always half empty, luckily we made up our minds (also helped by the extreme proximity to our hotel) because despite it not being very busy (not necessarily a flaw) the food was really excellent, the staff were very courteous, a very pleasant discovery

We opted for dinner at this establishment, and the cuisine was truly excellent. Our order included chicken satay, pad Thai with extra spice, and another dish (whose name escapes me), all of which left a strong positive impression. If we were local to Amsterdam, I'd definitely become a regular. While the service was a bit slow today, our waitress was exceptionally friendly and made an effort to ensure our satisfaction.

Das Essen ist super! Es ist ein authentisches Thai Restaurant ohne zu schick oder fancy zu sein. Ich kann es voll und ganz weiter empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ik kom hier al jaaaaren. Altijd héérlijk vers eten. Alleen de laatste tijd zijn veel maaltijden erg zoet. De soep is zoet, de gele curry was erg zoet. Suiker is lekker in een toetje maar niet in een warme maaltijd. Ik snap dat er een beetje in moet voor de balans. Maar dit was te zoet!

I always think that a restaurant is good when I walk in and the place is full, sometimes I'm proven wrong but not often. When I walk into this restaurant the place was full and I was not disappointed. The food was brilliant, the service was excellent. Probably the best meal I've had in Amsterdam. Well worth the visit.

Had Thai tea and the sweet Thai drink (cream side flavoured) very good. Best Thai food we had in Amsterdam. Workers speaking Thai/Lao. Real Thai music playing 🥰 and had options for gluten free Thai food.

Myself, my Thai wife and my relations ate here this evening. With my wife being Thai and myself obviously eating Thai food for 20 odd years I think we are well placed to judge the food. The food was excellent, they even made a dish for my wife that was not on the menu. The girl serving us was so friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend this place high enough. I wasn’t sure as it was empty on a Friday night and I’m happy to say I was very wrong. It’s the best Thai food I’ve had outside Thailand. If you enjoy Thai food then go here

My girlfriend got a cold on our trip to Amsterdam. I googled food near me which forced me to venture out in search of a food remedy for my partner. I came here because it was the closest to my hotel Best decision ever I got 3 different types of soup I don’t remember their names They were recommended to me by the waitress. We had a very yummy dinner at Sawaddee Ka tonight! Staff was super friendly and helpful and food tasted really good. We spoke both Dutch and Thai with the staff. They also serve Thai milk tea which is a plus :)

It seems to us that the green curry was too sweet. Thai rice noodle soup was too sour. It's not what we expect...supposed we can enjoy the original dishes then all the lemon/fish sauce/ Vinegar were on the side and we add it according to our personal preferences, but it seems the chef has her own decision to overly add everything, sorry to say it's quite disappointing.

Excellent Thai food. We had the Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Red Curry. Both prepared well and large portions. The staff friendly and quick to serve. Restaurant very clean. We nearly passed by without noticing but so very glad we decided to give a try!

A wonderful experience! The food arrived quickly and tasted amazing. The portions were quite generous, which made them heart warming and definitely comforting after a busy day. Thanks to the lovely staff, we felt very welcome at this restaurant. I wouldn't think twice before eating there if I ever happen to visit Amsterdam again!

De inrichting van het restaurant oogt gedateerd en slecht onderhouden en zou net als het sanitair een grote opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Dat zou de beleving een stuk beter maken. Het eten was daarentegen heerlijk en de bediening uiterst vriendelijk. De prijs is redelijk.

The food was really good. The service was great, our server was honestly amazing, she gave us good recommendations and was really accommodating when it comes to allergies and other questions! Though it is on the pricier side but that can be expected in Amsterdam. All in all would recommend :)

Wir suchten ein Restaurant nahe am Hotel. Im Sawaddee Ka war wenig Traffic, und wir waren hungrig. Also rein. Die Begrüßung war herzlich, Wege der Menge der Personen wurden zwei Tische zusammen gestellt. Die Karte ist nicht überladen, ein gutes Zeichen. Die bestellten Speisen wurden in angemessener Zeit serviert. Die Satan-Spieße hatten eine samtige Begleitung in Form einer cremigen Erdnuss-Sauce. Das anschließende Beef Basil war exzellent gewürzt, scharf mit Chili und Pfeffer, das Fleisch sehr zart. Das Gemüse hatte noch ein wenig Biss, ohne hart zu sein. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend, mit für Amsterdam gemäßigten Preisen. Eine Empfehlung.
