It was really delicious! Sushi desserts delicious!

We came from The Hague yesterday to eat here with our grandson. We had made a reservation and had to pay a deposit. We arrived at 5:00 PM, but the door was closed. We had gone for drinks at another location, and it was busy everywhere. In any case, we went back to Marine. From the side, it looked luxurious, and the menu looked good too. It was a slap in the face for us; an empty place that looked like a warehouse, uninviting, plus the service was unprofessional, and we had to wait for the menu. I wanted to leave already, but our grandson was hungry, so we stayed. The food was comparable to a snack bar – very bad – and a bad vibe. I heard afterwards that this place is a shady establishment; little did we know that online is very misleading. Never again. We went to Brasserie Vrijburcht for dessert; what a difference it was there. You really felt welcome, and it was pleasantly full. Never again, Marine.

Man-unfriendly, only accepts women if you want to smoke shisha, even though the place itself is completely empty and quiet.. for the men, you don't need to come here, very man-unfriendly, you aren't even allowed to sit on the terrace to smoke shisha, a very clumsy concept and a bad business this is!!

Ordered sushi yesterday, pff unbelievably delicious. I don't know who works in the kitchen, but my compliments. Very fresh, very flavorful, sushi melts in your mouth.

Unfortunately, I tried it once, and it was the last one. Expensive and not tasty, really a shame 😵‍💫🤢

What a terrible experience I had here yesterday. We had to wait 20 minutes before anyone even brought us a menu; once we received a menu, it took another 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. In the end, we had to wait 50 minutes for our drinks. Which, by the way, tasted like water with sugar. 1.5 hours later, the food finally arrived at the table, cold, and wrong. We ordered dishes that we ultimately didn't receive at all. Mind you: (the restaurant wasn't busy at all; there were multiple staff members present.) For us, in any case, not worth repeating.

Dropped in on spec and had a fantastic evening thanks to the food and hospitality here!

We ate at Marina Club Amsterdam yesterday and, unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. While it used to be a great place, little remains of that now. The concept has changed, and clearly not for the better. We waited over an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, it was inedible. The meat was tough and served cold. After pointing this out, we were offered some side dishes, but then we still had to pay the full price of all the main courses. This is a closed chapter for us; we will definitely not be returning.

A few weeks ago, we had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. You expect quality and professionalism, but we got the opposite. The preparation was subpar, and the flavor was lacking. Daring to charge top dollar for such quality bordered on fraud. Add to that the arrogant attitude of the staff, who were completely unwilling to listen to feedback, and you have the definition of a failed evening. Absolutely not recommended.

We went last weekend and heard and saw a lot on social media. But unfortunately, I was so disappointed. Some orders didn't arrive, and when we asked, they were irritated. The service was truly terrible. The dishes we received weren't fresh either, a huge disappointment.

The food was delicious, but the music was absolutely terrible; the volume was very low and the staff were indifferent. I do not recommend it.

Three weeks ago, I ate at the Marina Club. I've mainly been eating there since they introduced new pastries. I made a reservation for the lounge based on the information on the website. I assumed it would be the same as the restaurant, but upstairs/separated. However, upon arrival, we saw that the lounge was actually a "lounge." There were large lounge chairs and low tables. This didn't work for us, as we wanted to eat. We asked the staff member if there was any room, and he confirmed that a table was available. He also indicated that we could use the space for two hours until the next guests arrived. The staff was very hospitable, and we took advantage of that two-hour window. We had a lovely meal; there was a bit of a wait, about 30-40 minutes, but it was beautiful and delicious. The only downside for us was that we could barely hear each other because of the DJ. Personally, I'd say skip the DJ and play music through the speakers yourself. All in all, we had a good and pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

Our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service was inattentive and the food was only average. The worst came after dinner: despite ordering two more bottles of wine, we were asked to get up and leave the table. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to paying guests. We literally felt chased away and unwelcome. This behavior ruined our entire evening. We are very angry and will definitely not visit this restaurant again or recommend it.

Last Saturday, we ate Sushi Flame Kiss Salmon Roll and Golden Dragon Roll sushi. I just want to say it’s the best sushi in Amsterdam. I loved it 100%.

I've never felt so ripped off when I recently picked up a mixed grill for €25. It was literally just two scoops of rice and a few pieces of meat so small that even a toddler wouldn't have had enough. It came with a small salad and some hard bread with nothing to spread on it. It's incomprehensible that this was served as a meal for that price.

I received a warm welcome. While ordering, I asked if fries and rice were included with a kuzu sis menu. The waitress said that fries and rice were automatically included. After fifteen minutes, a different waitress brought my food, but there were no fries. I asked the waitress where the fries were, and she said, "I can order them separately." I didn't make a fuss. The main course, on the other hand, was very tasty, only a shame there was so little; it looked more like a children's menu. The only thing missing was the applesauce. I was still hungry afterward, even though I'm not a fanatic eater. No sauce was provided either, but the bread was warm and crispy.

Very satisfied, the food was delicious! The service was excellent, and the location and vibe were great too!

Wij hebben echt een topavond gehad bij The Marina Club! Het eten was superlekker, alles vers en smaakvol. Vooral de adana was echt heerlijk. Maar wat het extra leuk maakte, was de muziek! Er stond een DJ te draaien en de sfeer was gelijk onwijs gezellig. Als je zin had om even te dansen, was dat helemaal mogelijk, maar je kon ook lekker zitten en genieten van je eten. De bediening was ook top, lekker relaxed en vriendelijk. Als je een avond wilt met goed eten, gezellige muziek en de mogelijkheid om lekker te dansen, dan is dit zeker een aanrader!

Communication was fast and professional, and I got my deposit back without any problems. Although I was unable to use their services this time, I really appreciate the customer service. We made a reservation and then had to postpone it. After the postponement, they did not refund our payment even though we canceled the new reservation two days in advance. They also saved our information from the reservation we made 5 years ago. They can only save personal information for 21 days. They both do things against the law and speak rudely on the phone. We never recommend you to go. They threatened that they would share our phone number on Google. We will complain about you everywhere.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I wanted to cancel my appointment, but they refused to give me my money back. Despite several telephone conversations, which lasted for hours, there was no willingness to find a solution. To my horror, they still kept my personal information, even though my last visit was five years ago. When I indicated that I was considering a negative review, I was even threatened that my details would be put online. This is not only unprofessional, but also unethical. I strongly advise against this company.

Went here for latin dance party. Spouse had a lentilsoup which was splendid according to her. A small basket filled with delicious bread of which I stole some, tasted wonderful fresh. Staff was very polite, no problem to help out with questions.

We went with 6 ladies on a Saturday evening. We had reserved online and the website clearly stated that there was a dress code and that gentlemen were not allowed to enter without the company of ladies. To our surprise, there were several tables with only men present, which was in contrast to the house rules. Although they did not cause any nuisance, this did give a different impression than what was stated on the website. In addition, we even saw some people in jogging suits, which does not seem to fit with the communicated dress code. It was otherwise a great evening, but we noticed this inconsistency.

I rarely write reviews, but yesterday I was positively surprised. Super tasty chicken with walnuts. Tappas are highly recommended. Staff super friendly, despite the crowds, they really did their best.

We sat in the VIP room for 1.5 hours, the food was inedible, we did not drink the drinks, they charged us 260€, even though there was no live music. They lie, they write lies. We often come to The Marina Club with a large group, everything is often neat and of course they receive good help, very friendly team and classy food. Also the sheesha is great. It is a spacious, large place where you can enjoy a glass of wine or whiskey. You can also enjoy an espresso on the terrace opposite the beautiful marina. An asset to Amsterdam!

The food itself was okay, servers were not that quick... shame about the loud music 🤣 I had the idea that I was in a club, purple nightlife lights were on. They forgot to drink. Starter was fast, my main course arrived almost at the same time as my starter and my friend's 20 minutes later. I had already finished eating and he had yet to start. Side dish was very meager.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Amsterdam und haben den Samstagabend im The Marina Club verbracht. Leider haben wir kein Parkplatz gefunden und das Personal von TMC hat für uns den Wagen geparkt und vor die Tür gefahren (20€). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, ein Stern Abzug, weil das Essen einfach zu spät kam. Man hat gemerkt, dass die unterbesetzt sind. Das Programm mit den Tänzerinnen hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der DJ war auch sehr gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Eten was lekker daar heb ik niks over te zeggen. Service was slecht, proberen oogcontact te zoeken met de obers kon echt enige tijd in beslag nemen. Dj was of slechthorend of negeerde ons, we waren met een paar dames aan het dansen en vroegen of hij bepaalde nummers kon draaien of in ieder geval meer Turkse “dans” liedjes, hij bleef muziek draaien waar we gewoonweg niet op konden dansen. Na afloop de volgende dag kwamen tot ontdekking dat ze ongeveer aan 26,- euro extra gerechten hadden berekend. We hebben dit meerdere malen aangegeven bij ze toen ik ze belde vertelde een medewerker dat we het teruggestort zouden krijgen, maar nu zijn we weken voorbij en krijgen maar geen reactie over hoe ze dit gaan oplossen. Pure oplichting dus.
