(Especially with one of the employee Vito, he was really friendly and very patient in explaining all the dishes). Really recommend others to come especially as a tourist. Came all the way from Germany to try this!

Shame, but it's not what it used to be. Quality is much worse, portions smaller, prices up and no more side dishes. Meat dry, little sauce, rice also bad. There are better stores with better price and quality. A shame, because this was a really good place…. See photo, this costs 55 euros, it can't get any crazier.

Indonesian Foods in Toko Bersama is very tasty and like the taste of Indonesia which give a very good flavour of Indonesia foods.

This is the first time we have eaten here, we happened to be in Amsterdam and ate at Toko Bersama. The food is delicious and the portions are large and the prices are very affordable for me. Another thing that is very impressive is that the shop owner and his employees are very friendly to their customers!!! We highly recommend eating at this place😋👍🏼

The food and service at Toko Bersama were absolutely amazing! We visited from the UK, and Pak Nofri made our experience truly special by personally showing us every dish on display. As an Indonesian myself, this warm gesture brought back memories of home and enjoying street food in Indonesia. We chose to have the Rames Bersama for a measly 19 euros, and it was more than enough for the two of us to share. We selected an incredible variety of dishes, including Nasi Kuning, Tempeh Belado, Sambal Goreng Tahu, Rendang, Daging Belado, Sambal Goreng Telur, Sate, and Udang Belado. Each dish was packed with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The portions were incredibly generous, and the fresh chilies added just the right kick—absolutely perfect! The Tehbotol was the cherry on top, offering a comforting taste of home. The service was brilliant, and we loved it so much that we came back for a second visit on the last day of our trip to Amsterdam. Toko Bersama is a must-visit, and we’re already looking forward to returning next time we’re in Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I tried the Rames Compleet and was impressed. For the vegetables, I chose the spicy eggplant (terung pedas) and cassava leaves (pucuk ubi), which were both flavorful and perfectly cooked. For the proteins, the rendang beef and a variety of chicken and meat dishes were absolutely delicious—tender, rich in spices, and full of authentic taste. The portion size was very generous, the price was affordable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the best restaurants in Amsterdam. The food is delicious, the prices are great. The staff is courteous and patient with everyone, language is not a barrier. What we liked especially were the vegetables, it's hard to point to a single dish but the tempeh and eggplant are one of the best. The meat dishes are all excellent, you can't really go wrong. As a tourist, pointing to what you want helps a lot as the menu is mostly in Dutch, and the speaking is mostly in Dutch. Coupled with Indonesian food names, it could be hard to figure out what things are. What may help is to look up the menu and names before coming in to familiarize yourself with the cuisine. If you find that the line is long, don't worry it moves fast. Don't let that deter you from experiencing this place. Thanks for the food.
