The best Indonesian shop in Amsterdam, run by the sweetest people. My Indonesian grandfather came to Mari Rasa since it opened and our entire Indo family has been regular customers ever since. Go here for authentic flavours; some dishes are really ‘pedis’, as they should be, which you will hardly find anywhere else. They also have the best satay and satay sauce. I live in East myself, but I always drive around for a meal from Mari Rasa.

Upon arrival you will always be welcomed by one of the two ladies. The choice is extensive and you really can't go wrong. Their own specialties are certainly very tasty

My girlfriend and I spontaneously went here because of the good reviews. When we walked in, we received a warm welcome. We received excellent service, and they took their time with us. We've just finished the food, and this was my first taste of Indonesian cuisine. It was truly delicious, and I've eaten everything! I'll definitely be back :)

Delicious food. Everything tasted good. Rendang, satay, eggplant, Sayur lodeh and chicken. My husband thought it was close to his grandmother's food. Compliments to the chef and the incredibly sweet lady behind the counter.

Mmmm that wasn't very good. Gado Gado was with lettuce!!! The sauce was way too thick. The advice was to stir this into the wet vegetable. Well, that was nowhere to be found. Prawn crackers were stale, tough and old. The green beans had very little flavor. Not a second time for us, so just go to Betawi again at the Bos en Lommer

One of my favorite Indonesian take-aways in Amsterdam with friendly owners that makes me feel like I'm back in my hometown :) Delicious fresh and frozen food selections! The most authentic nasi goreng kampung in the Netherlands (taste just like the ones you can get in the street food stalls in Jakarta!), the amazing tahu bakso with peanut sauce, super tasty grilled fish (seasonal) with sambal kecap... even their frozen selections are a treasure to find, especially the gulai kambing. I always recommend this place to all my Indonesian friends who miss the taste of home-cooked Indonesian dish!!!

Vandaag voor het eerst eten gehaald. Goede uitleg. Prima service en fantastisch personeel. Het eten is ontzettend lekker. Vooral als je van pittig houd, ben je aan het goede adres. En de prijs is prima voor de portie die je krijgt. Een aanrader voor de lekkerbek. Ook voor de vegetariërs is er voldoende te kiezen.

Very high prices compared to other Indonesian restaurants. Not a big variety of choices. Food is not always fresh and compared to other Indonesian restaurants quality is lower. Not the worse food but for sure not the best... Another strange thing is that they have the tables in front of the glass buffet. So you cannot actually see what to order. I do not think I will go there again

Found this place by accident after 4days in western amsterdam staying at XO blue corner. Owner is very friendly, portion is extra large and price is decent. I wish i had found this sooner.

Great affordable and fresh Indonesian food with all the flavors you want for a price that doesn’t break the bank. We had to queu because we’re not the only ones who come here. Most of the other folks were regulars and the owners knew their orders. They don’t have a delivery option and they only take cash (or you can pay with a QR code). Got to love a place that can do that—and still get by because people just know how good the food is.

Goed eten echt een aanrader vriendelijke mensen

Heerlijk gegeten afgelopen zaterdag. Voor de eerste keer wat gerechten afgehaald bij Mari Rasa. De porties zijn ruim voldoende, de zoet zure komkommer heerlijk net als de sateetjes. Daarnaast word je super lief bediend door de dames van Mari Rasa.

Gisteren voor het eerst hier eten gehaald. Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik een Tjendol die overigens heerlijk smaakte. Diverse gerechten meegenomen en ik moet zeggen dat het echt genieten was.
