Second time that it takes longer than an hour and fifteen minutes for the food to arrive and that food is missing. So we call about it. We get a very smart response that it can't be wrong and that they won't do anything for us. In short, we pay for something and can whistle for our food and money. Really a service of nothing. If this is how you run a shop, then I wish you the best of luck. Response to the company's response: I have never ordered three times, but as indicated in my review twice. So that is special. Also, the order we received had a completely different name than ours, so you could already see that the order was wrong. And no, I am not changing my review, because it was not resolved by telephone as you claim in your response.

Ordered takeout, great burritos with decent portion size

Ordered food and had to wait more than 45 minutes and then my order was cancelled. Also unreachable by phone, poor service all in all.

I ordered this chicken burrito via Uber Eats. It initially took 45 minutes to receive the order. Quite a long wait for your food. The chicken was dry and so was the rice. I had added extra guacamole for which they asked €2, but unfortunately I didn't see much of the guacamole. This is not something you can provide to a guest. You focus on Mexican cuisine every day, so I expect something fresh and good in taste. This is unfortunately a big disappointment, from now on I will go to the Salsa shop where you pay for fresh ingredients.

The food is spicy, if you like spicy it is your place. Otherwise, prepare the stomach. On the other hand, the entrance is quite hidden, it is like going to a clandestine establishment, since you must eat in the basement where there is only one table. It's not cozy, but it's fine to get by. It's very fast and the food is more or less good. If you can eat somewhere else, better...

The only reason it isn't 5 stars in my opinion could be to lower the price slightly or make slightly larger taco shells. Everything so far has been very tasty, but not filling enough to warrant just 1 portion of tacos. These are about the best tacos I've had so far. No idea if it's authentic, but it tastes great

Ordered a pulled chicken soft taco, it was very juicy and warm and tasted good and fresh. Delivery was supposed to take 35 minutes but they were there within 10 minutes! Very nice and really tasty, I will order more often.

Worst Mexican takeaway I've ever tried so far. People, it's better to eat somewhere else and the reviews that say they liked it are complete nonsense. They literally have nothing fresh and overkill bad meat like they are feeding dogs. I really regret this order when I only saw young children working there who just make a mess of it. Nothing is fresh, not the packaged tortillas and bland chicken and meat taste. I hate how they bring down Mexican cuisine with their fake food for too expensive a price. Save your money and effort and find another real Mexican with real handmade tortillas and real birra meat.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. I realize it was busy, fall colors, they get busy. Owner should know to accommodate customers for the long wait. Plan with more staff waited for food for almost an hour then my green chili came out maybe Luke warm then I had to take it inside to have them heat it. I was treated like it was my fault. They were insulted we didn’t want to take left overs home. Had to ask for the chips and salsa. Salsa mediocre Asked for the check came out quickly, imagine that!!! Then another woman came out and grabbed the check and CC abruptly turned out to be the owner and never said anything to us, apologize or nothing. I said something about poor experience and wait person turned it on me because they were not properly staffed. Owner told wait person she didn’t want us back to her restaurant. Asked for my tip back. Have no problem not visiting again. I was a business owner and the way we were treated would have never happened to my customers. I wish Sundance was still in business. Hillary treated her customers with respect! Truly disappointed!!!

The food was so delicious! I got the pulled chicken tacos and they were so flavorful. It was a little hard to find (not an obvious entrance and sign covered by a crane (see photos). The interior is simple but the food was so so worth it.

The food is absolutely delicious. The taco shell is by far the best I had, the taco's where filled with a generous amount of amazing flavoured pulled chicken. The entrance is a bit hidden and the inside is not dressed to dine in, but who cares with how good their food is.

I ate the chicken burrito, chicken tacos and beef quesadillas on location and ordered them at home. Loved it paired with the chipotle and sour cream sauce. I also saw some comments about the atmosphere, but you can sit outside on the benches which is very nice in the summer.

Poor service, almost no filling on XL pulled chicken tacos and no suitable solution was offered for the poorly delivered order so that you could pick up new tacos yourself by bike on your free Sunday evening while you don't live nearby, quite rude and no money back either. Deliver real XL tacos with filling if you offer that as your best-selling product. A very mediocre dining experience, not recommended!

I give 1 star because I somewhat admire that this place was able to be open for more than a week. This restaurant is the size of a shoebox and the interior of a TBS clinic. After 10 minutes you will notice that the oxygen is slowly running out. The menu includes tacos, burritos and a few other infusions of Mexican cuisine. If you order two tacos, tres amigos has made enough turnover to pay their rent the same month. You can use the burrito as a burrito or unwrap it as a napkin. Because that's what the tres amigos burrito tastes like. To a used napkin with dry meat in it. You eat behind the window with a beautiful view of parking spaces where you can only park if you are disabled or work at tres amigos as that is exactly the same. Conclusion: if you want to go into debt restructuring or have always wanted to live in the Salvation Army, you should order a taco or a meat napkin from tres swimel

The beef in my quesadillas was green in some pieces and extremely hard — like it was old and reused and just not fresh. Very gross.

After I saw a video on Instagram, I decided to take a look at the Jacob Geelstraat, where we had to look very carefully to see where it was. It ended up being next to a mosque in the same building. I must honestly say that many snack bars have a better atmosphere than inside, but I think this location serves more as the location that handles home delivery orders. I asked about the menu and the boy in the kitchen told me to look on the internet. My girlfriend didn't have reading glasses so she couldn't see well on my phone. I ordered the burrito, 3 x the tacos, quesedillas, all with pulled chicken, mozzarella sticks, 3 x Jarittos and the twister fries for my friend and her daughter. Total: 99.25 The presentation of everything was quite nice, the taste was quite okay, but I thought it was all very salty. We certainly all had to drink 1.5 liters of water. They charge €2.50 for a tablespoon of Guacamole. I was really looking forward to it, because I love Mexican food, but I thought it was way too expensive and way too salty. €19.25 for a burrito with pulled chicken is a bit crazy. If you're so attached to your Mexican food, maybe you shouldn't sell it.

We went there twice, for the first time we ate the food there (would not recommend, the trip there is a bit confusing and suspicious and I think this is also not meant) Staff was very friendly! For the second time, we chose delivery (recommended) Jackfruit tacos were truly HEAVENLY!! Quesadillas were also so delicious!! Also had Wraps, they were also good! Would recommend to take with some sauce though, else the pulled chicken is a bit dry. All in all the best Mexican food I've had so far. Must try!

The pulled chicken tacos were delicious and filling! They are grilled to give the shells a nice crunchy exterior. Most taquerias I find in Europe offer fusion tacos, almost always with some kind of pickled cabbage. Ugh! It’s actually quite difficult to find a taco that tastes Mexican. Not at Tres Amigos though. My cravings were totally satisfied. It was a bit difficult to find the restaurant because there are no signs, and it is located in the basement of the building. You have to go around the back and walk down the ramp to the double doors. The restaurant is located just inside to the right.

The Tacos are really tasty and affordable. Chatty and friendly staff. It was difficult to find and the inside was not that nice, but it is perfect for delivery.

We had ordered from Tres Amigos . The chilli cheese nuggets and the vegan burritos with extras were outstanding. One of the best we have had in a while. The 4 stars are because in one of the orders we had requested that no red onions be added ( which is default to the burrito) and requested paid extra jalapenos . Both requests were missed.

I ordered via Uber eats close to 8pm. The food was not fresh. The chicken was dry, rice was dry and the onions and bell peppers tasted as they were left out all day. I had to pay extra for packaging and it was not great packaging as it was cold by the time it arrived. It was not the drivers fault as it’s how the food was packaged no delivery. I do not recommend them.

My favorite Mexican take away in Amsterdam! Their taco’s are so delicious, fresh and juicy! Twister fries are heaven! Never had such good chili cheese nuggets before. Fast and friendly service! Love this place. Definately a recommendation!!

Interessante locatie voor afhaal, niet erg bereikbaar. Wel erg lekkere kip quesedillas met zure room voor een erg goeie prijs. Grote quesedilla voor 7 euro. Aardige bediening en fijn dat ze tot zo laat open zijn. Om 1.15 in de nacht een quesedilla kunnen halen is heel handig.
