I ordered sushi here on Christmas Day. Reservation number received everything on my email. When I was there to pick up my sushi, the shop was closed. Super badly arranged. Should have cancelled the reservation to me in time. And how can you make a reservation on that day if you are closed?

Always participated via Vakantieveiling (sushideals), was affordable with the right deal. Vakantieveiling no longer offers it. I have ordered from UrbanSushi many times, always delicious, good friendly service. Nice people. Now no sushi and no more Vakantieveilingen. SUCH A PITY!

Got sushi with a Groupon voucher. The packaging was nice, and the sushi was okay, but not particularly great.

Via SocialDeal: You get a box of sushi here. The sushi tastes like it's been in the fridge for a few days. There are still hard chunks of rice in it. The sushi pieces are about 95% rice and taste only of rice. I thought, how can you deliver a whole box of sushi for €17? They can do that by using €1 worth of rice and adding €1 worth of old ingredients. I wouldn't eat here again and definitely advise against it.

I almost forgot my order, but luckily Bart was still there! The freshness was palpable, and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing evening with the extensive selection in the box. My favorite roll is the tempura shrimp, but a box like this always offers a new surprise, like the green chicken. 🤤🤤

I got a 40 piece sushi box. It was already made i think much advance The sushi was dry and some with weird texture. Very disappointed even a supermarket sushi is better than this.

I have called several times, people are very nice in themselves, but I have a Groupon voucher that is still valid and they were supposed to call me back, but they did not do it. I am sick, I can't keep calling about this, I have already stood in front of a closed door and now I finally had someone on the phone, would I be called back again, but they did not do it? What is going wrong here? I spoke to Groupon and they really say that the problem is with you because my Groupon is still valid and the wrong date has nothing to do with it because that can happen, they said, but even so, it is not my fault, why does it take me so much effort to solve this? I still haven't had any sushi and I have paid? Plus the note left behind is also not responded to??? I had someone on the phone again, last time I was supposed to be called back, will that still be done, but it is now taking another 3 days, it has been almost 3 weeks before I have received my sushi and I still haven't had it. I think this is not fair to customers. Can someone call me, do you have my number and email address?

2019 - Super good Sushi. Nice full rolls of a reasonable size. 😃👍🏼 If they delivered 🛵😧 we would order here regularly. If we order sushi, it will cost at least €80.... for that amount I would like to have it delivered to my home. Then I would be happy to pay the €2 delivery fee on top of that, so that I can be relieved by them - isn't that also the added value of ordering? The downside is that you will not receive ginger with your order if you do not specifically request it and have to pay extra for it. 🙁 You also get soy sauce and wasabi for 4 people, with an order of 120 pieces. 🙁So when ordering, please let us know how much you need, because they are willing to give more 🙂 And upon delivery, check immediately whether you have received enough. 🧐 But in our opinion the taste of the sushi is great! Urban Sushi delivers the tastiest sushi in The Hague!

I don't understand people's opinions. I have already picked up quite a few i love sushi boxes. Always very friendly staff, especially the 3 ladies who helped me yesterday. Sushi is always very tasty, especially the rolls. I ordered extra by phone and it was ready at the agreed time. Will definitely keep coming here.

Picked up a sushi box tonight. We were the last to pick up a box at 6 p.m. That was noticeable. With an outside temperature of 29 degrees, this box had been outside the refrigerator for at least an hour and had become completely hot and sweaty. Such a shame about probably the efficiency drive of the employee to want to get everything done on time. Unfortunately, this won't happen again for us.

A few months ago we got sushi at this restaurant. Sushi was too soft and the rice fell apart. Furthermore, when my husband wanted to pick up the sushi, he encountered antisocial behavior from two of the employees. He then reported it here with a low score. He then received an email from the manager stating that we could receive a free meal as a compensation. We thought okay, this is neat. But they didn't really plan to. We contacted twice but received vague answers. The third time they just didn't answer. This is so low and antisocial. That's why they get a low score again. And that was the last time we ordered anything from them.

Een paar jaar geleden ook eens sushi van hen gehad, dat viel toen wel tegen. Maar; gelukkig hebben ze vooruitgang geboekt en is de kwaliteit nu waar voor je geld! Heb nauwelijks nog iets op de sushi aan te merken. Ik heb wel wat tips voor de eigenaar: 🍣 Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken bij afhalen. Train je personeel, want dit is nu niet goed voor het imago. Je zaak zit in een leuke buurt! 🍣 Die stevige rode plastic doos kan echt niet meer in 2023. Kies voor karton of een ander duurzaam materiaal. 🍣 Zorg voor veel meer vegan en vegetarische sushi en ga op die manier mee in de tijd. In Amsterdam zie je het al wel op meerdere plekken, dus wees een trendsetter in Den Haag. 🍣 Het afhaalpunt is wel heel erg ongezellig en ziet er uit alsof je bij een garage bent. Als ik zomaar een voorbijganger was, zou ik hier niet naar binnen willen.

Nothing extra ordinary about this place. Its just the usual Sushi place where you get the usual stuff but yes it will meet your expectations in terms of taste.

Kom hier al jaren, sushi wordt ter plekke vers gemaakt en meegegeven. Erg lekker en prijstechnisch goed.

The sushi itself was alright, it tasted pretty good. my problem however lies with the fact that I specifically requested less fish based sushi and no peppers be involved (because of allergies) needless to say, the only sushi that didn't have fish in it had peppers in it (and there was- legit only 2 options without fish for the person that doesn't eat fish) And the person that's allergic to them reacted negatively to it so she couldn't eat the sushi. If you have no allergies or whatsoever, I can recommend this place. otherwise, you may have to look elsewhere.

Vandaag sushi gegeten van Urban Sushi. Was echt heerlijk! Hele nieuwe belevenis. Verschillende smaken die je niet snel verwacht in sushi maar verrassend lekker. Vooral met fruit was erg lekker! Zag er ook allemaal erg goed uit. Je zag dat er verse producten worden gebruikt en dat proef je ook. Mooi en netjes verpakt en we konden niet wachten om "aan te vallen". Zaten aantal pakjes sojasaus bij, ruim voldoende voor alle sushi. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!

1e keer besteld en opgehaald. We hebben genoten van de sushi mix. Beter dan I love sushi. Rijst lekker zachr en zeer goed gevult. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen en dat gaan we zeker weer herhalen. ( pletterijkade is waar de winkel zich bevindt en daar gekocht?

We hebben al meerdere keren hier sushi gehaald. En dus naar tevredenheid. Hou je van sushi en wil je een keer een iets andere versie van de standaard Japanse sushi dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. Mijn advies, bestel wel van te voren, dat scheelt wachttijd. Helaas had ik de pech dat ik bijna 30 minuten moest wachten omdat ik een extra bestelling deed in de zaak, naast de al eerder geplaatste bestelling. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk maar nooit fijn als je staat te wachten en er wordt gemeld dat het over 10 minuten klaar is

Hele fijne zaak met lekkere sushi. Ik haal hier al zeker 6 jaar sushi en nog nooit teleurgesteld.

Lekkere sushi ! Voor herhaling vatbaar

Plakkerige rijst, nauwelijks inhoud. Wat op de foto’s te zien is, is niet wat je krijgt. Tonijn uit blik, zure ananas of ander ondefinieerbaar fruit in de sushi verwerkt. Smaakt nergens naar, zoete onsmakelijke hap. Vis is ver te zoeken. Mijn dochter van 6 kan betere sushi maken. Nooit meer.

Ik was wat huiverig. Een bedrijf dat zijn verkoop moet doen via Groupon, Social deals en Vakantieveilingen... Dat belooft weinig goeds. Ik had voor weinig geld via de veiling een box met 40 stuks sushi. Maar die smaakte boven verwachting. De rijst was goed, de vulling vers, en voldoende sojasaus en wasabi.

Altijd te laat! Rijst is vaak te hard. En de laaste keer zat er een haar op. Dit was mijn favoriete maar dit was de druppel!! Oh en natuurlijk wel meerdere malen onze klachten aangeven maar doen ze niks mee.. weer een klant minder!!

Net hier sushi afgehaald. Sushi zat verpakt in een mooie plastic doos. Dat was dan ook alles wat goed was. De sushi was slordig gerold en gesneden. Sommige plakjes heel erg dun. Daarnaast waren de dikkere rollen gevuld met rijst, het ontbrak aan vulling (zie foto’s) van de gefrituurde garnaal was nog net een mini stukje randje te vinden, maar geen garnaal gezien. En ook heel bijzonder dat in alle vier de stukjes van de zelfde smaak dit het geval was. Naast dat er geen vulling in zat was de smaak en textuur ook niet goed. Echt nooit meer!!

Vriendelijk personeel, echter op zijn best redelijke sushi. Is niet helemaal op gegaan en dat zegt genoeg.

Heerlijke sushi gehaald. Zag er mooi uit en was ook erg lekker. Op verzoek werd het ook glutenvrij gemaakt en dat ook erg fijn. Zeker een aanrader,

Best wel goed maar niet goed genoeg

Fijne sushi met fijne aanbiedingen. Thuis in bad, met kaarslicht, bubbels en romantische muziek en fantastisch gezelschap. Mijn avond kan niet stuk.

Onder de maat, niet vers, niet smakkelijk. Ik zal hier nooitmeer komen zeer af te raden. Smakkelijk was het echt niet

Inderdaad geen professionele koks maar op sommige dagen zijn die er wel me sushi was niet altijd klaar en kreeg een doos erbij mooi opgelost . Dus met klachten kunnen ze je altijd helpen . En proberen overal aan te werken blijkt dus
