You can enjoy a delicious wok here. It's all-inclusive, except for spirits. The food is good and varied.

We were a group of 30 last night. We thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious food, the friendly and attentive service, the ambiance, and the peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant. Wonderful memories to reminisce! ÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷ Simply put, very good: food, service, ambiance, and all sorts of positive details. There were 24 of us, and the reviews are very positive. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed their meal. We sat together and enjoyed the pleasant food and company.

You can eat as much as you can, wide choice, nice service, it's fun to come here a few times a year.

Good quality food and a very wide selection. A wide selection of drinks, including for children. Excellent chefs who prepare your choice on the spot. Simply good and delicious.

We dined here yesterday with 16 adults and 8 children. Everything was perfectly arranged. The food was delicious, and the children had plenty of space. Highly recommended for a large group!

The best ribs😁 And the fish cooked on site is super delicious There is a lot of variety of food. Many different desserts. For the kids there is a chocolate fountain and types of ice cream.

Always room! Even without a reservation. The price is reasonable. Lots of meat and fish available.

In Zaandam a great opportunity to have a nice meal out with friends.

Unfortunately, it's getting more and more expensive and the portions are getting smaller. I think the sea bass is undersized. The same goes for the steak and salmon, very small pieces... not in proportion to the price.

I like the food and the concept

For the ever increasing prices nothing has improved. The food assortment seems to be getting smaller. More and part of the food does not taste fresh or anything close to it. Desserts that are warm. Several things that are sloppy as if they are already a few days old. And that on a Friday night in a restaurant that is not even 25% full. Says enough where it is normally packed with people on the weekends. Also for us the last time here a complete waste of money.

Delicious food, good service. @Crystalwok#zaandam. It wasn't busy either (18:00) which was good for my mother who has some difficulty walking alone. So space for a walker is suitable. Will definitely come back here.

Crystalwok Zaandam – All you can eat party! What a great evening at Crystalwok Zaandam! So much choice, everything fresh and super tasty – from sushi to wok, grill, desserts and more. You just keep eating all those goodies! The live kitchen is truly a show to watch, and the staff is super friendly. Today a special shout-out to Vanessa from the bar – sweet, spontaneous and very helpful. You were the star of the evening! And for such an extensive experience it is really a small price to pay. We will definitely come back! 10/10 recommended! 🍣🔥🥢🍤🍰🍜

I have loved coming to this restaurant for many years, but the last 2 times I found that the meat from the grill had deteriorated considerably, less flavor and a lot of fat in between, which is a shame unfortunately 😞

I recently went to Crystal Wok in Amsterdam, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Shortly after my visit I became very ill, with severe gastrointestinal complaints, which strongly indicates food poisoning. The sushi in particular did not taste fresh, and I suspect that was the cause. In addition, I was given meat that was still too raw, which indicates poor hygiene or insufficient preparation. Some dishes had been there for a very long time and did not look fresh anymore. I advise others to pay close attention when eating here and hope that the restaurant takes their hygiene and food quality seriously, because this should not happen.

Good food, cozy tent. I recommend arriving on time, the later the busier and noisier. Great fun.

The food was delicious my family liked it, every time they came when there were empty plates or cups.

Unexpectedly atmospheric and very good food. We ended up at the restaurant by chance. Crystal wok has positively surprised us. My head wanted to try even more because it was so tasty and well prepared. My stomach told me it was enough. Service was good. Recommended. Sushi - tenderloin and kangaroo from the grill. The chicken gyoza was also well filled. The seaweed was fresh and well marinated.

Helaas een slechte ervaring. Geen frisdrank want machine stuk. Slagroom die niet goed is. En dan ook nog haar in het eten. Voor mij nooit meer.

Wonderful restaurant where you can eat whatever you want, whether with small or large groups. It is advisable to book in advance on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Very nice to eat with children. They can put together their own meal. We enjoy eating here and it is definitely recommended

First surprised with the price on Boxing Day, 145 euros for 2 adults and 1 child. The price was immediately doubled without it being passed on, so I was forced to take a seat anyway. And then all that food, my god, it was really bad. This was the first time but also the last time. Too few choices and you are constantly getting in each other's way. I ate 2 plates with my girlfriend, 1 and the child, only some sushi, worst experience ever with a wok joint

I didn't like it at all The food was there as if it had been there for hours. And dehydrated The food was very bland. Tasteless Also nothing to do for kids and I think the price for kids is exaggerated. 5 to 12 years 25 euros. You cannot compare a 5 year old child with a 12 year old child. Staff was just helpful People behind the grill were really nothing. Stand there as if they really don't feel like it. Final score I think the crystal wok is very pricey for what they offer. Not to be eaten They won't see us again

A pleasant and delicious meal with the family. The atmosphere was very cozy and nice.

What a bad restaurant this is. Many dishes were gone. If you asked about it, you barely got an answer. The Nasi was even gone! It was so busy that you could no longer see the forest for the trees. I'll come back here.

Had a fabulous evening in the Crystal Wok. Went with family members who are regulars in the restaurant which was good because I'd never been to this buffet style of restaurant before. There was mainly Asian food - lots of fresh veg and seafood that you could collect a plateful of and it would be 'wokked up' for you while you waited, but there were also some pasta dishes, pizza and accompaniments that would suit a beige diet such as curly fries, chicken nuggets and chips. There were some fantastic desserts too. We had a two and a half hour time slot - enough time for 5 platefuls of delicious food and a few drinks. Happy days! And it's a perfect place to try something out and not worry about having to eat a plateful of it if you realise you don't like it. I tried scallops for the first time. Delicious! I'll be back when I visit my family in Zaandam again

The food is very tasty. The service is good, all employees are nice and always positive, which makes the atmosphere cozy regardless of the decor and how busy it usually is!

At the entry we were asked whether anyone had their birthday. This was the case. A nice deduction was in place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We got a nice spot for 2. We started off with good seafood, then teppanyaki and some warm side dishes. The wine were good and fitted well. We can say we were pleasantly surprised by the "good value for money". We definitely and strongly recommend.

The two of us went there for the first time to eat there, first after the fair and at 6pm because it was also my birthday. I thought the restaurant was super nice with all you can eat, the concept is similar to the world restaurant Beverhof, which has the same. We will definitely go there again next time, I highly recommend it.

I'm not a fan of wok restaurants. Still, this restaurant is very neat and clean. The food is good and the staff friendly.

We have been coming to Crystal Wok as a family for over 10 years. Both kids crawled on the floor here. And actually it was the first time with friends twenty years ago. Was for a Valentine's dinner. Great fun then and have eaten here many times since. Quality of the food is top notch. Wide choice of soft drinks. The interior was nicely renovated a few years ago. This is my favorite All you can eat restaurant. The hostess (owner) and all staff are customer-friendly and service-oriented. As a guest you really feel welcome here. And honestly, I didn't even want to post this. Purely out of selfishness, because I won't be able to reserve a table anymore 😄. But I wish them so much and they deserve it.

I felt there was less choice of food than our previous visits. It was also tasty and fresh.

The interior decor is very pretty as you can see on the photo! About the service: it’s mostly younger servers that grab things from the table if they “think” you’re done without saying a word, so you might want to watch out for that if you’re not done with certain plates. However, I was quite disappointed with the food options. If you’re vegan don’t bother going, as a vegetarian you might find a few things to eat. I personally thought it was very pricey for what they offer and there’s a lot of people as well so you might have to wait longer for food to be “refilled” (the moment you enter you have 2-3 hours to eat). It is nice that you can drink whatever you want from the fridges they have (see photo), there’s no limit. And I liked that there was a fresh orange juice machine!

Great restaurant if you have children. Of course it remains just a food bar, which is nicely called 'world restaurant'.

Very tasty food and lots of choice. The price-quality ratio is very good. Since it concerns all you can eat, it is of course especially interesting for big eaters. The only disadvantage is that they do not change the cutlery when clearing plates.

From the outside it doesn't look special, but the interior is clean and nice. We were refused because we had not made a reservation (3 people) but we were able to make a reservation online so we returned 20 minutes later and were still seated. Very weird Drinks are included, soft drink powder but bottled spring water and fresh orange juice, plenty of choice. Also a lot of food choice, some things are meh like the pizza and lamb chops, other things like tenderloin and t-bone are good. Lots of raw fish/shellfish products, that went well for us, but I can see that going wrong at some point. Almost all the fruit was canned In the end we had a great meal

It’s really delicious. It’s the best restaurant since I came to the Netherlands. It’s the most authentic of all.

Good aelection of meat including lamb and kangaroo. Same for fish lots of varieties of salmon and shrimps. Very good food ovetall. On the downside is the price. I always feel i have to drink and eat a lot to make it worth. But i guess thats Dutch :)

Food is disappointing. When you enter you think, everything is great to eat here, lots of choice. But while eating, more and more weight is lost because it does not taste good because it has been left for too long and/or the quality is not that good. Too expensive. If you drink a lot of beer the price is ok. If you drink some soft drinks it is way too expensive.

Beter dan eerst, alleen jammer dat er om 18.30 geen paling meer bij gevuld wordt.. Ze stoppen toch om 22.oo uur...??? Ik was om 18.00 binnen...dat vond ik echt jammer,dus als het te duur is ...moet je echt eerder komen....ik betaal wel de volle prijs....

Prima wok, goed eten en voldoende keus. De kinderen vinden het altijd leuk om hier naartoe te gaan. Helaas is hier geen speel gelegenheid voor kinderen. Maar dat mag voor ons de pret niet drukken.

Food was nice and plenty of choice. Good that basic drinks are included in the all you can eat price. You are given a 2 hour time slot so felt like we were being cleaned around and rushed for the last half hour we were there.

Mensen heel aardig eten super lekker en ook leuke sfeer! Vooral de sparibs en de wok is heel lekker. Ook een super coole chocolade fontein met spekjes en aardbeien.

heel goede wok. Groot en goed assortiment. Diverse soorten drinken, zelfs slush puppys. Soep, brood en kruidenboter. Koud buffet met allerlei vis, vlees, ei en zelfs sushi. Warm buffet met heerlijke kipvariaties, vooral zoetzure kip is heerlijk en de satésaus is ook heerlijk. Dan kan je wokken, grillen en teppanyakiplaat, met heel veel diverse vlees en vissoorten. Echt heel lekker. Toetjes buffet en ijs, en (waar ik fan van ben) een slagroomapparaat. Dus de slagroom is heerlijk. Je eet je gewoon te vol en misselijk hier, zoveel lekkers en goed eten.

Het eten was heerlijk en de cocktails zijn super😉 en het was gezellig omdat wij er waren🤣🤣 Sfeer maak je zelf. Ik raad nooit iets aan, want ieder heeft z'n eigen smaak.

Heerlijk gegeten! Sushi byzonder lekker! Vriendelijke bediening, niemand loopt te rennen of te stressen maar iedereen werkt op rustige wijze constant door. Behulpzaam. Het enige minpunt is het feit dat het geluid van al die etende mensen erg hol en galmend klinkt. Ligt aan het gebouw. Komen desondanks echt nog wel terug want dit lusten we nog wel een keertje!!!
