Nice selection of wines and an approachable atmosphere. They have a sunny mini-terrace, but on a relatively busy road. When I arrived, I was the only one in the shop. Nevertheless, the bar made a cozy impression and the more than friendly staff was very willing to give tips for restaurants in the area. The tomato bruscetta was good (and nice and spicy), but the choice of snacks was a bit limited.

Lovely spot for a quality glass of wine, especially on sunny days! The atmosphere is relaxed and I imagine it’s just as cozy and vibrant in the evening. The service was fantastic friendly, flexible, and always with a smile. Whether you’re flying solo or with company, I totally recommend stopping by!

Wat een heerlijke, warme en ongedwongen plek. En, wat een heerlijke playlist! Huiskamergevoel. Klein en knus, kleine gerechten op de kaart, maar stuk voor stuk ongelofelijk lekker! Maar de persoonlijke aandacht van Maud en Gianni maken het helemaal af. Mijn absolute nummer 1 plek in Utrecht.

Nice wines and a nice atmosphere, but I really feel screwed. There are snacks on a menu, but no prices. Worst cheese board ever with three small pieces of cheese and 5 very dry mela toasts, 4 grapes for €19!!!!!! Ridiculously high prices. Bruschetta was not tasty, tasted chemical and not fresh.

Ordered two fries, 4 mini shrimp croquettes for 15 euros (2 of them were still frozen) and 6 mini croquettes for 14 euros (they were fine) but what an outrageous price.

I went with several friends but since there were 6 people the volume of the voice was sometimes raised and the place seemed to not like that. The rest was fine, the attention and what we ordered to eat It was good 👍🏼

This review brings mixed feelings, because I actually want to keep this hidden gem to myself. Still, I think Bart's team deserves all the praise. They offer old-fashioned hospitality, delicious food and excellent wines. Regardless of whether you are alone, with a partner, friends or a group, you will always receive a warm welcome from Bart and his team. Therefore, without hesitation, I give this place a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Not hospitable. We were just sitting comfortably and when we wanted to order we were sent away because there was a 'private party', even though it didn't say that anywhere. The people who came in after us were allowed to stay. I don't know why we weren't welcome and others were. A colleague of the owner came in later and said there was no private party at all that day. Why would you lie to guests about that? Drowsy.

Very cozy wine bar that was missing in Utrecht. We arrived just after opening time, but the place was full in no time. Good recommendations for both wine and snacks by the staff, very personal attention. We will definitely come back more often.

Het zit er kennelijk al even, maar voor ons was het een aangename verrassing. Prettig nonchalant ingericht met veel gevoel voor sfeer. Zo ingericht dat je op plezierige manier met andere gasten in contact komt, afzonderen kan ook. Detail: privé zithoekje beneden is goud. Gastheer is een ervaren rot in het Utrechtse horecavak. Weet zijn gasten te animeren en heeft overzicht. Verstaat de kunst van aandacht geven zonder anderen uit het oog te verliezen. Diepgeworteld verstand van wijn én eten. Leek ons ook een uitstekende plek om een borrel te geven. Fijne kaart, valt nog veel te proeven. We komen terug.

Lieve Bart en Jacq wat fijn weer een plek gevonden te hebben voor onze “leeftijd”. Lekkere wijn en losse sfeer. In tijden niet zo een gezellige middag gehad. Hoop dat onze stepjes snel weer die kant op gaan.

Lekker gezellige huiskamer in hartje Utrecht. Nette wijnen voor schappelijke prijzen en lekkere hapjes die wat verder gaan dan het obligatoire borrelplankje. Kundig en vriendelijk personeel. Niet van die aangeharkte horeca, maar juist liefde voor het vak. Zijn er nadelen? Zeker, het komt geregeld voor dat het vol zit en je moet afdruipen naar elders. Kortom: aanrader.

Heel gezellig, leuke obers en heerlijke Lounge muziek, jong en oud 😜 vinden dit dus heerlijk, lekker borrelen ( of en toe een stukje Franse kaas,zomaar 👍) en weinig mob. 👍😂
