We went to Willem de 4e for dinner on the second day of Christmas. The atmosphere was good and cozy, the service was also very good, neat and friendly, and the food was also very good and delicious, also neatly presented on the plates and everyone also received a very nice Christmas card. Really nice and neat. We would love to come back here again.

Mother's Day, having a nice lunch with mothers. Unfortunately, what a disappointment, waitress who does not know the menu. If you order a schnitzel, ask if it comes with fries. No, not according to the waitress. So order your extra fries. Does the waitress come by with a Schnitzel for another table, what is on it? That's right fries! Waited more than 40 minutes for the food, once the food was on the table, how to eat? There is no cutlery! During the meal we are not asked if everything is to our liking or if we would like something to drink. After dinner, we waited for more than 20 minutes and we were still looking at empty plates. Just bring the plates in yourself and pay as quickly as possible. The terrace was almost empty, so it couldn't have been due to the crowds. Owner is too busy with customers she apparently knows personally.

Tasty, but ugly and stingy snack platter. Mojitos are very strong, so they're delicious. And I prefer hard sausage over soft on a cheese and sausage platter!

Cozy restaurant, food was less. We had ordered a bread basket and appetizers, the bread had mold on it, but we received a new one after consultation and the appetizers were very dry. The service is also nice and there is a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the bread, we had a pleasant evening!

I think that if you go here for a baby shower, the expectant mother should be more taken into account when it comes to the savory snacks. The mother got 2 pieces of baguette with something on it because she was not allowed to have the other savory snacks I believe that the mother axis should be central

Unfortunately, the service caused tomato soup to fall off the tasting board, leaving everyone covered in soup. The fries and raw vegetables that accompanied the main meal had to be shared among the five of us, which is what they did at their restaurant, an answer to our inquiry. It's a shame that you have to pay the full price for the main meal. The sauces that were part of the meal were also only served upon insistence and would have to be paid extra, while when the order was placed they had already been passed on and were also part of the meal according to the menu. The waiting time between starter and main meal was enormous despite ordering both immediately. The toilets were clean, but the floor was also sticky on the corridor leading to them. Unfortunately, price does not match quality.

The food was delicious, the service was downright bad, the soup was thrown over us, and the knives were dropped on us by the service while clearing the table. Clothes covered in tomato soup really ruined the outing after having three different meals thrown at you

Had a high wine for the 3rd time yesterday. Because I had been before, they adjusted the main course for me! What great service and we enjoyed it again. Staff was incredibly friendly! See you next time😀. EllenBunskoek

The atmosphere is great, but the evening is less enjoyable if you have to wait 70 minutes for the starter and when the desserts come out of the freezer. If the starter had come earlier and the pieces had been fresh, it would have been sufficient.

Yes, I thought it was a great restaurant again, the schnitzel was wonderfully crispy... but I thought the salad was very economical, it was a small bowl...

Very good food and a large selection of dishes for the part of society that eats meat... for vegetarians there is a little bit of choice but in life you can't have everything :) I personally recommend the salad with steak and the steak itself... the portion of starter on the plate to share was so so big that I took two approaches to the main course... really delicious food

We had a nice meal inside, the food tasted very good and we were served quickly. We had to wait for the dessert menu while there were plenty of employees talking to each other.

Just a great grand cafe with delicious food. I regularly visit Almelo for business purposes and Willem de Vierde is always good. Slightly quieter than the other cafe/restaurants in the area, good service and good food for a reasonable price.

What a attractive place this is. The terrace is very inviting, all those huge umbrellas shielding the guests from the bright sun.Young and attentive staff show their eagerness to please you.All together a place to come back too.

Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Only in our case there was a gentleman at the door who had not exactly remembered reservations. No problem, but still a shame. Food is good, and gets normal portions for the money. The atmosphere inside is good, they participate in Christmas lights and show the World Cup on TV! Definitely recommended

Excellent fresh, tasty ready-made food on the nicest square in Almelo. The service also deserves praise. Willem IV must take good care of his people in these times of personnel shortage because they were present in abundance and did their work exemplary.

I specifically ordered without pepper, due to allergies. I got the T-bone with lots of pepper. I suspect the T-bone was just rinsed afterwards. I saw the loose salt still on the plate. Tasted well otherwise

Good food, nice service with one exception, a bit of a jerky young man, things were out of sync. Apple pie after coffee is an example of this.

I like coming to Willen de Vierde, whether with friends, partner or for a company party, it is always well organised. The food tastes good and the drinks are delicious. Moreover, the staff is always friendly! Nothing to complain about at all.

Great service and delicious food, highly recommended

Service very friendly, but the surf and turf salad was far below par. The lettuce is from a bag of mixed lettuce, very little, together with 4 slices of tomato that is the salad. The prawns cannot be recognized as prawn, steak tips only in pieces, tough, well done. No further care was taken. I imagine a meal salad differently, the pre-packed ones from the supermarket are better.
