Very disappointing experience with Wok Day & Night. Placed an order of €41.22, waited for more than two hours, and received nothing. The restaurant was completely unreachable by phone despite multiple attempts on both mobile and landline. The app kept showing that the order was “on its way,” but no one came. For these prices, you expect at least delivery or accessible customer service. This felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful towards paying customers. I won't be ordering here again anytime soon. Do not order

I ordered food online and waited about 5 hours without receiving it. There was no phone call, no contact information. In our country, for such a short distance, the wait time wouldn't exceed 15 minutes, and the location would be displayed in real time. I regret not reading the comments here sooner. Everything here is so inefficient and backward, a bit like a large rural area.

I ordered food on 4/02, paid online and never got the delivery even tough the app said “delivered”. On 26/02 at 02:30 am I ordered food but chose cash payment, around 3:30 I get a call asking to confirm the order cause I’m paying cash, at 04:30 I’m writing this before going to bed, promising myself I won’t ever spend money here again. Edit, after a good 20 minutes on the phone with the driver the food made it, stone cold, 05:07. By reading reviews here I think they buy the 5star reviews because the other are all 1 star, shame on you for this, shame on you for not doing your job

2 days ago we had a dinner here and sinds than me and my girlfrind are very very sick. This place should be closed . The food , the service and the stuff all are just trible . DO NOT order here. DON’T order here and don’t make my mistake; TRUST the bad reviews. I ordered here during my night shift at 1:25 AM, even with an online tip. At one point, it said "delivery is almost here" for over half an hour. At 2:56 AM, it said it had been delivered, which was NOT the case. I called several times with no answer. I could find a 06 number, but no GH either. My office has cameras, and luckily I have proof that no one came at that time. I also texted the camera footage to that 06 number, and when they called back, I responded in an irritated tone. The person said he also works a night shift??? And I should take it easy. Mind you, the entire order was supposedly "delivered." You messed with the wrong person you dirty scammer, I will make work from this with my proof and hopefully you get deleted from Thuisbezorgd.nl (I don't even know how it's still possible you guys are active on that, with all those scams) and hopefully you will get fired too.

I ordered multiple times from this place, usually very punctual. This time it was unacceptable. Twister fries, spring rolls, fries, and cheese sticks. All of which take a couple of minutes to fry. My order never arrived and the place itself has their phone shut off. Not nice! On top of that, when I tried to cancel I had to be charged €17..For what? Unacceptable. The food is super good but why make it a late night delivery when in fact its a total fail?? I ordered at 00:56 and it is now 01:56 still no food delivered.

Burnt food, delivered cold, and no refund! I ordered food from this restaurant today, but it was absolutely inedible. The food was clearly burnt; the chicken and broccoli were still there, tasted burnt, and smelled awful. The vegetables were so burnt that the original ingredients were unrecognizable. All that remained were dry, burnt bits of vegetables and chicken. Furthermore, several ingredients that, according to the receipt, should have been in the dish, such as bell pepper and bean sprouts, were missing. These were also nowhere to be seen, likely burned during preparation. Furthermore, I ordered a large portion but received a small container, which is absolutely not worth what I paid for. I also ordered a cream soda as a drink. I was told it wasn't available, even though it was available online. The delivery took over sixty minutes, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. All in all, this is very disappointing. The food is burnt, incomplete, cold, and simply inedible. We contacted the restaurant and were promised a refund but have yet to receive anything. I ordered one of the recommended special combinations and was worried I was coming down with covid when my first bite (and subsequent container of food) was so bland with the exception of tasting the charcoal grill on the chicken. For close to €20 for a portion of takeaway that would be almost half the cost elsewhere, in addition to the lack of seasoning and flavor, I was really disappointed in the frozen veggie use as well. While it's open later than most other spots in that portion of town, I recommend finding your late night fix elsewhere.

We have only good things to say about the food at Wok Day & Night. It tasted good and the portions were just right. Basically, you put together your own meal. First choice: Medium or large portion. Second choice: Choice of carbohydrate source (various noodles, rice, etc.). Third choice: Choice of protein source (chicken, beef, tofu, etc.). Fourth choice: Choice of vegetables (broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, etc.). Fifth choice: Choice of sauce: teriyaki, oyster sauce, Hong Kong sauce, etc. And then everything was conjured up, crisp and fresh. We were absolutely thrilled.

Do not order from here. Took over 3 hours to deliver my food, staff were so unhelpful on the phone to the point I assumed it was not going to arrive. Refused the order when it came as it had been 3 hours and 10 minutes since I ordered. They refused to refund me through just eat (over 60€ worth of food I did not receive!!!). Really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Serious safety issue, I have a serious peanut allergy and indicated that via Uber-Eats for my meal, we did not order anything that normally contains peanuts and we started eating, I quickly had an allergic reaction, apparently there were peanuts in my food. Ordered food and was told the expected delivery was 00:30-00:50, food wasn't delivered until 1am so we called and they said another 5 minutes but when we came down a hotel staff member said they came ages ago but didn't inform us not by call or by Uber eats. Recently ordered something from Day and Night Wok and it was quite disappointing. I used to regularly order delicious egg noodles, but with my recent order the egg noodle wok with teriyaki sauce was really not tasty. Way too watery and just lacked the flavor I was used to. Meanwhile, I also found a hair between my noodles. In addition, delivery also took longer than normal. Even though I had indicated not to ring the doorbell, it still happened. Irritating. Super bijzondere wok. Ik eet vaak to go, ze zijn super snel met het bereiden, hebben lekkere snacks en altijd dezelfde smaak. Kortom top kwaliteit. Enige tip die ik kan geven als bestellende, is duidelijk omschrijven hoe zoet of pittig je het eten wil tijdens het bestellen.
