It's really delicious and not too expensive for Amsterdam prices.

The food is amazing and super affordable. The severs are hard workers and they took good care of us (Shu and Kesh). Not a lot of seating but good atmosphere.

All around, it’s a great quick lunch stop. Tasty and more affordable than a lot of places in the area.

Delicious, top-quality matcha. You can taste that this is real matcha. The flavor is full, smooth, and pure. Additionally, the service was excellent. We were helped in a friendly manner and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good matcha.

Wok2Go in Amsterdam is great if you want something fresh and tasty quickly. We shared a portion of noodles between two people – it was perfectly adequate and the seasoning was delicious. The price, at around €12, is really fair, especially for Amsterdam. Ordering at the terminal is quick and easy. Ideal for a quick stop!

SCAM!!! We ordered food on the self order machine and got no receipt. The man that worked here was very very rude he said no receipt no food and went around the room asking other customers if they got a receipt or not (to ‘prove’ we were lying). It was very embarrassing and the money came out of my bank account. When I showed him this he said he needed to take a picture to ‘show his manager’. I cropped my bank details and he said that the details needed to be included in the image.

Yesterday I was scammed by this establishment! I made my order at the self counter, charged on my card, but the order didn’t go through on their system. The attendant simply said she could do nothing but wait, and claimed that my amount would be refunded (but it didn’t). Couldn’t she just have given me my meal that I ordered instead?? I showed her the charge on my card, but she wasn’t going to do anything. It wasn’t as if I was stealing, clearly!! This was 10/06/2025, a little bit before 11pm. Poor staff, not helpful. Do not recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE! I was robbed here — I placed an order, was charged, but the attendant said the order was not accepted in the system and simply didn't care to solve the problem. My money was not refunded

I ordered and paid for two noodle boxes for a total of €27.50 via the terminal. I then reordered spring rolls for €6.80. I suddenly had to pay for the second order using a mobile debit card machine because the terminal was supposedly broken. The spring rolls were then prepared and were perfectly fine. After a long wait, I asked about my noodle boxes. I allegedly hadn't ordered them. Even the debit in my online banking didn't convince the incompetent employees. That was surely just a mistake and would be refunded later. The bottom line: No noodle boxes, but €27.50 less. It's a shame you can't give 0 stars!

I wasn't a fan of chinese food, but from now I am!!!!!! Nice service, tasty noodles and very affordable price in Amsterdam downtown - Centrum!! Christy is super kind :) I ate the one with shrimps and veggies... If you are mexican or you eat spicy, ask for the special home made sauce!! You're welcome :) I would definitely come back to this place.

We found it by chance while passing by and then went again, noddles and small pastries It was very successful, we tried different varieties, I can say it was generally delicious. The place is very small, there are 2 tables inside and 1 outside. Although we were with our child, we were lucky that there were few people and we were able to sit. I can say it is worth a try. I also cannot help but mention the sullenness of the cashier. The man's wife is unhappy and tense as if she works across the street. Thank God we liked the food, otherwise you wouldn't walk in front of the store with this sullenness. I gave a low score for the service because of him.

Excellent wok, containers are full, and the quality is excellent, also a choice between white or brown rice. You can add beef and chicken and cashew nuts, each addition will make the bowl considerably more expensive, but it is very tasty, but always very busy

Very nice discovery in Amsterdam. I'm removing a star for sympathy, a smile to welcome customers doesn't pay off. Other than that, the noodles taste amazing, whether chicken or beef, they were extremely good. The tempura 🍤 and spring rolls were also very delicious. Very accessible location in the center of Amsterdam, not far from the central station. Another small downside, if you plan to eat there, there is not much space, only 2 tables inside and 2 outside. That said, it remains an address to recommend given the number of tourist traps there.

After paying for my order, the cashier claimed he hadn't received any ticket and accused me of lying about my payment. He even went so far as to say, 'it could be Pikachu you're showing me' when I showed him my bank app confirming the payment! The real kicker? He pulled out a big cardboard box with a sign saying, 'No receipt, no food, money back – send email.' So I left without food OR my money. Even some locals stepped in to explain that I had actually paid, but the staff wouldn't budge . Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This place is a shameful mess. Since the language barrier seemed to be an issue, here is the translation for the owner: If I could get zero points, I would definitely do it. I originally thought it was impossible for a restaurant to be so unprofessional, but Wok To Go really set the bottom line. After paying, the cashier said they didn't receive my order and questioned whether I was lying. When I showed the proof of payment on the mobile banking APP, he actually said, ‘What you showed me might be Pikachu! ’ (I had already paid!) Ironically, he pulled out a large cardboard box with the words ‘No receipt, no food, please email for refund. ’ I just left without getting any food or a refund. I even had a local help me explain that I did pay, but the staff just wouldn't listen. To avoid trouble, spend your money elsewhere. This restaurant is a disgrace!

Scam alert! 🚨 provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I paid for my meal at their machine, received no receipt or food, and was met with rude, unhelpful staff who couldn't speak English or Dutch. After 45 minutes of arguing, with other customers stepping in to help, we had to involve the POLICE . I was left without food or a refund. AVOID this place! , They using hand written piece of paper to translate things.
