Once a household name, now a disaster. The rice is overcooked, the sauces are completely unbalanced and full of flavor enhancers. They use Maggie to flavor some of the sauces. The yakitori is just plain chicken satay with a nasty, sour sauce that makes your jaw stick together. They used to be the first, but today this is the last place you want to eat.

Good atmosphere, kept clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

The restaurant has been around for almost 7 years but it still looks very new and everything is very clean, the crockery is also good and the food is delicious, I come here 3 times a week and nothing bad has ever happened to me.

7 months later. Still not edible. Looks like dog food. It is different from all other wok to go's. Jumbo sells even better wok

Unbelievably bad stuff that is also delivered much, much too late. 2 hours over the promised delivery time is really unacceptable.

The kitchen space doesn’t look clean, the food was storage out of the fridge. The service….well, the waitress was so rude, complaining about my questions as everything “clear” in the menu.

very rude lady works there. i asked her if I can use a bathroom and just turned away from me in the other direction and said “no, no, no”. hope management will fix it and teach her how to be more kind

Don't eat here! It is not a wok but just a weak snack. There are no vegetables in it, just a few pieces of chicken, noodles and so much soy sauce that you seriously can't eat it. Weird that people eat here

This is a restaurant that excludes a child with a disability from eating there is downright disgusting!! We will never set foot in this restaurant again. Never heard of inclusion and compassion for your fellow human beings?!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Very bad experience!! Received noodles with a liter of sauce. Went back for a new one but did not accommodate the customer. I've been there so many times! Very bad service!!! Never again!

The quality of the food is good, the staff is nice, but the amount of food is very disappointing for the price you pay. It seems like every year you pay more and get less. In addition, there were also some flies in the shop, not really nice when you are eating!

For 9.50 euros I got a container full of cheap noodles with some pieces of chicken mixed in, hardly any vegetables and hardly any taste.

Just ordered the tornado shrimp as always (eat here more often) and today I received dry groats. After I called to advise that it is not seasoned; I didn't even get a chance to explain!!!! She thought it was tasty, I almost had to beg to ask to finish talking. Even that was impossible with this one; lost a regular customer!!!!!

We ordered teriyaki chicken and meal of the month to take home. We were really looking forward to it, but it was inedible. The chicken was very dry in my dish and the noodles tasted and smelled stale. We are not going to get anything here a second time. Shame

Ordered Teryaki chicken rice. Oh man what a bad meal. Food is not stir-fried! Just fried chicken and teryaki sauce without stir-frying. What a filthy mess! This is not a wok to go! Recommendation - First improve the recipe before you can talk about a “wok”

Ordered Wok Red Curry Shrimps. Unfortunately there was not a single shrimp in it after a good search. Then called Wok To Go Leidsche Rijn to say that there was not a single shrimp in it. The lady on the phone answered me that there were certainly shrimps in it and repeated several times that they were at the bottom, while I repeated several times that I served everything on one plate and could not find a single shrimp. So they just forgot, it can happen, but I wasn't believed. She then insisted that she was going to send the delivery person back to take my order back and check the order herself for shrimp, because she didn't believe me. She also refused to give a new one with shrimp at the door, because she had to check it herself for shrimp in the Wok To Go first. In short, I was not believed even though I was a regular customer. It is unacceptable that I had to wait even longer for my order while I was the victim of their mistake and that I was not believed even though I had ordered several times in the past and assured her that I had really looked and searched carefully. Very bad service. In any case, I will never order from them again.

Really not nice The chicken in the teriyaki and the chicken in the sweet and sour are the same kind of tough, tasteless piece of chicken. The price is really high and you can expect something for that. Unfortunately, it completely missed the point. It looks like reheated food from a refrigerator, this is really not fresh, even the vegetables come from a bonduelle can. Ordered once and never again. Not worth a single star unfortunately. You can eat better at Lidl for 6 euros.

Don't go here, scammers charge 10 euros for wok with shrimp and you get 3 pieces.

Worst food, no salt, no taste , it's like eating rice with few veggies, no sauce nothing. Never recommend if you are hungry or not hungry.

Very tasty! Generally friendly people. The place is very clean and we always enjoy the food! When you pick up, it is always ready within 10 minutes.

Fast service and excellent price. In terms of taste, I didn't think it was anything special and the sauce/rice ratio was wrong, so you were practically only eating dry rice.

After waiting an hour and a half it was delivered cold while the restaurant is literally a 2 minute drive from my house... I don't recommend this to anyone and the service is really bad!! Later that evening.. I get a call back that we have not returned the prawn crackers with the old delivery (which is not true..) we will not get a new one and if we want to argue we have to come by 😂

Food arrives COLD and WET after 1.5 hours. After having had telephone contact with a lady from the business who does not even let you finish, the lady still demands in a RIDICULOUS manner to give the food back to the delivery person, otherwise they will not send new food. Never ordering here again!!!

Menu is clean and simple just as it should be. Food is good with enough fresh veggies. A tip to the owner: be sure to let someone taking orders who understands Dutch or English.

A great addition to the new shopping centre in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn. Fast and friendly service, a generous number of different dishes, and very tasty food. Both take-away and on-the-spot dining possible.
