My stay in Amsterdam for the first time has been amazing! I’ve come across this bar and I’ve had some good nights, with the occasional meal, all with top service, Jamie and Nuno, top guys and good service, nothing less than brilliant.

Came in for a drink and looks good and I'm sure it's a great bar, but for a pint and a vodka and coke- 24.10 euros 😱weren't going to stay. If you can get the same for 10 euros cheaper elsewhere , I'm amazed they survive

Best lager (sorry, I'm a lager man) and hamburger in town. The atmosphere and music are over the top. Moreover, it ain't not expensive at all. Furthermore, the staff are so stunning and gentle, they do go so beyond your expectations, that you can really rely on them to have a dead good experience around.

While visiting from the states we made a stop at this place our first night since it was near the hotel and it was one of the best experiences with a bar in the area we had in our three day stay in Amsterdam we came back every night . Jamie the bartender is awesome and knows what hospitality is all about he even remembered my name the next night I came in and that speaks volumes . Vibes here are high great music and staff is on point so I highly recommend this place to anyone coming out to this area and ask for Jamie he’s the man .

Such a tasty pints of Guinness, and 12,50 € is really good price for a pint in the very centre of Amsterdam, bartender with beard and good looking hairstyle made one of the best service I ever had. Definitely one of the best experiences in my life, I love Amsterdam, and I love Yip fellows.

Employees are there for you to have a good time and are helpful. Drinks are what you want to pay for; I recommend mojito. I came back the next day and they remembered me and what I ordered. You have a lot of options nearby, but here is what you need.

Guinness is shite and €12.5 a pint. Wouldn’t go here again. Balding, ginger bartender had an attitude for no reason. Atmosphere is really nice though, and very typical of a genuine Irish pub.

Scammers! Charge €29+ for a 1.8 liter Pitcher, but this is only 1 liter! When this is indicated at the counter, they act as if it is normal.

Way too expensive, really ridiculous. 2 bottles of white beer, 1 coke, 1 tonic and 1 bottle of ice tea for 43 euros. It turns out that the bottle of white beer costs 12.50 euros.. That's why they don't have menus with prices.

For all Irish people - 1 Guinness more expensive then Temple bar and the worst you will ever taste… bartenders are nice!

It was our last day in Amsterdam and what a day to end it. Didn't expect to come across this little gem. The bar staff were brilliant, couldn't ask for better.

This place is beautiful but it is the most expensive bar I have been to in Amsterdam. (I have lived here for 3 years now). One pint of Grolsch for 9,50? A pint of Guinness for 11,50? There are plenty of options available in the surroundings with much better prices. I would say it is definitely a tourist trap.

Agree with the other reviews. We spent a few days in Amsterdam and came back several times just to hang out and have drinks because of the friendly service and atmosphere. Darrel was great earlier and Jamie took care of us when we came back later.

Vine aquí con mi pareja, hermana y cuñado para ver Italia vs Suiza en la competición Euro 2024 y fue un bar encantador y limpio, sí era caro, pero a la par con otros lugares. Las bebidas eran encantadoras Tuve uno de los 7% lagers locales que fue a un placer! Me encantó aquí y sin duda lo recomendaría. Gracias a todo el personal por el hospital que nos mostraron!

We stumbled across this bar as we were staying next door and wanted a quick drink! We were greeted with a friendly welcome & warm atmosphere. The drinks choice was plentiful and service fantastic! There’s music on as well as TVs which show the sport. If there’s something you want to watch, just ask, as long as another customer isn’t watching something they will swap the channel. We were sat in there when the manager said it was happy hour.. that meant one thing.. shots!! The team here really did help make our stay memorable! They offered helpful advice on what to see/do too. We couldn’t help but visit each day that we stayed in Amsterdam. I’d recommend you drop by, you won’t be disappointed here. When we come back, we’ll certainly visit again! Thanks guys for making our trip so wonderful!

Went in as a group of girls on our last night of the weekend, we had every intention to leave around 10pm but ended up staying until 3am 😂 Jamie deserves every bit of appreciation for this, nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above to make sure we had the best time.
