Reposting it since the store keeps flagging it as false review:
I visited Rotterdam last year and after parking in that area, I decided to buy something from this store, because I hadn’t eat anything all day. I decided for a Lahmacun with meat. 4 hours later and while I was in the city center I had to run to the toilet and vomit. I got food poisoning, couldn’t eat almost anything for the the next 48 hours and spent all of my 4 days in the hotel room because I had to use the bathroom 7-8 times per day. This store should be closed by the health department. I don’t want to know how many days they keep their unsold food and what kind of products they use to make it. The existence of this „restaurant“ is a shame for such a beautiful district and city like Rotterdam.
The pizza is fine. However, there were long wait times for delivery again. An hour and a half for 2 pizzas. I won't be ordering from here again for that reason.
1 the kapsalon is not how it should be, not well distributed, poor meat, and tough
2 the picanto was cold inside and still half raw
3 we had to wait a long time for this order even though it wasn't busy at the time all in all 2 stars
Today I got 8 oliebollen (Dutch doughnuts) and politely asked if I could have the powdered sugar in sachets. When I got to work, they only put in two sachets! That's definitely not enough for 8! They're not being friendly anymore!
We ordered Turkish pizzas and a kids' menu. We found the meat on the Turkish pizza to be very sparse, and there weren't many fries either. The Turkish pizzas were also burnt, so they didn't taste very good. As a result, we were still hungry after eating. For the amount we paid, I definitely expected more!
We had an ice cream here last week. The ice cream is tasty and the price is fine. There is a wide selection of ice cream and the location at the Brandaris is beautiful. I am only giving three stars because the ladies behind the counter were not very customer-friendly and were quite abrupt. Something I would have expected.
