An uitsmijter with salmon instead of ham? We were intrigued and decided to give it a try! It was a good decision. The combination is extremely pleasant. The slices of bread are robust and appear to be of good quality. They form an excellent base for a dish that can be considered a textbook example of how to prepare an egg. The eggs are more or less perfect. You can cut the yolk without it traveling across your plate, yet it remains surprisingly runny. We're not fish connoisseurs, so we can't comment on the quality of the salmon. However, it can be described as reasonably portioned. Not too much, not too little. We sometimes worry that an uitsmijter without ham might compromise on flavor. However, the undertone of the salmon prevents the dish from becoming bland. In fact, it tastes fantastic. The chef seems (rightly!) confident in his/her talent. As a result, the lettuce, for example, isn't used to compensate for any shortcomings of the dish. The vegetables remain modest in their role as a side dish. The dressing isn't too overpowering, preventing the bread from drowning. Finally, there's a nice, cozy atmosphere, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They also have excellent coffee here! tl;dr Highly recommended. Very tasty, great service and very cozy decor

We chose three types of menus (tender Spare Ribs, tender Beef Steak & Lamb Steak) and everything (the marinade) was special and delicious! Friendly staff, nice restaurant..

Waited long for the food. Grilled Chicken was raw, the kebab was sour, till the point I had to spit it out- (stale meat). The borek is with cheese only instead of cheese and spinach as stated in the menu card. We were here twice before, somehow the quality of the food has gone bad this time. Ain't coming back here again.

We organized a meeting here (60 people) including a buffet beforehand. It was incredibly well organized. The venue was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely fantastic! We'll definitely be back!
