Food was fine, the pizza was nothing special, seemed like a frozen pizza. A but expensive for its quality. Waiters were nice, and inviting, but again, nothing special. Atmosphere is similar to a fastfood, so a bit under the name “steakhouse”.

The staff is so nice and the food is phenomenal. It's such a great place to go for breakfast and drinks.

An Italian specialty restaurant. At the entrance you see posters for pizza prices of €10.99 but once inside it’s something else. We took two pizzas OK they were good, but the salad a disaster a mini plate 6.50€, they give you a small pot of sauce that you did not ask for which is also charged, the Coca-Cola comes in a glass of huge beer which is also on bill 🧾 and at the end you go out for 60€ for 2 pizzas 🍕 And even more poorly seated, a table placed in the middle of the passage.

Despiste being located on a nice place, the food was inedible. The owner ( white shirt and hat) will charm you promising a nice service and say that if the food it’s bad he won’t charge you anything. We ate and my girlfriend’s food was awful, the chicken had no taste and then we noticed it was basically raw. We mentioned this to the owner and he said that is how it’s supposed to be cooked ( we all know that’s not true). As I reminded him what he said if the food was bad, he escalated and yelled at me saying that I was disrespecting his business. I tried to calm down the owner but he just kept yelling at me, I was just respectfully complaining as anyone would have but he just kept being rude and in the end he basically forced us to pay for the entire dish even though it was barely touched. In my opinion, it’s impossible to recommend a place where the owner is rude and basically a scammer, also because in the end the prices are a bit higher on the menu than what you’ll see advertised on the street.

Don't eat there!!!! 109€ for 3 pasta dishes, a mozzarella salad which is composed of 4 tomato slices and 4 mozzarella and 4 cokes. The presentation of the plates does not at all make you want the pasta mixed with tomato paste, no taste. No matter what pasta you have, they serve you the same red sauce. We lure you with a Halal certificate in front of the restaurant that the manager shows us in a photo on his phone but there are big doubts. We were charged 8.95 for the bread. €109 for sour tomato pasta is unheard of. When it was time to pay, my friend and my friend wanted to cut it in two, the waiter rounded it up to €55 each. I pointed out to him that he didn't take it into account and told me no, it was €55 each. The mozzarella salad does not match the one pictured on the menu. Do not go there

It opens earlier than most places so that's nice if you are an early riser. The food was excellent and the service was great. Prices for everything were reasonable as well.

There are some prices on the billboard, different prices inside! Not cheap at all, food is mediocre. They charge money for every ingredient!!! Razvodilovo!🤯 In fact, the price is the same, but you pay twice as much as you ordered😠 And of course, no one warns that there is an accrual for every “sneeze and fart”...

We have visited Amsterdam for the second time now and this has been our favourite place for breakfast. Absolutely delicious.

Breakfast had hair and the quality of food is very low. The restaurant owner must force the cook to wear a hairnet as this is not acceptable. Terrible service and food.

We came to Allstar Steakhouse everyday for breakfast whilst in Amsterdam. The service is amazing and the staff are lovely. It is very close to Central Station and close to all the main bit with all the shops etc. The food is great and always enjoyed our meals. Would 100% recommend!!

As an Italian with all due respect for this place, where there is a kind atmosphere, but there is very little if anything Italian apart from the waiter, very high quality/price considering the flavor of the food. We were disappointed

Their food is not HALAL even though this place appears on the Halal category. According to the waiter if it’s not pork then it’s Halal. May Allah guide us.

One of the most affordable restaurants you could find in the central area of ​​Amsterdam. They have a very varied menu, good customer service from the waiters and exquisite food. I visited this place twice during my 4-day stay in the country and I would definitely visit it again. They have some of the best pancakes in the area. I would recommend a visit to the place, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We took - a bitterballen (Dutch specialty): it's very special (we didn't like it), we had the impression that it wasn't cooked, I don't recommend it - a marguerita pizza which was very good: good dough but it does not match the menu - a 4 cheese pizza: too much blue

The waiter dropped my sausages on the floor and I didn't get any new ones!!!

Large portions, tasty and fast.

Great place for food in a busy section of Amsterdam. Not far from the train station and trams! I had breakfast and it was delicious. I also enjoyed watching football and rugby as I was eating alone.

Banner in front of the restaurant said Argentinian steak 12.95Euro. came inside there is no 12.95Euro to be found. 225g for 26.95Euro. Chef didn't rest the steak, the plate was full of meat juice, however steak was good though, soft.

Food was good and a great spot to people watch!

It’s in a busy walk pathway so it caters to hungry travellers but the food in itself for the price you pay is very subpar! We had the calamari which was the frozen box version with fries. The spaghetti bolognese was also very basic. They offered bread which in the end was an additional 5 euro but never mentioned this in the beginning.

We discovered this place for the 1st time last week. We used to go to Teddys for breakfast but sadly it closed down a couple of years ago. All stars does a super breakfast and at reasonable prices. Great place for a full breakfast.

The steakhouse saved me with a delicious and filling breakfast on an early Amsterdam morning. After the competition, I came back for delicious coffee and a super tasty burger :). The service was excellent, the manager was full of optimism and a smile. However, in this place smile and joy no. 1 belongs to Beatka. A great place at any time. Food great. First class service. I will come back and recommend :)

We are very disappointed... We were lured into the shop by a man and the food looked very good on the menu, but unfortunately the food was not as described. The lady who served us was so unfriendly that the food was just gone. The pizza cost €18 and tasted worse than frozen pizza. The steak was not justified at all for the price! Unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all and I can't recommend it.

Second time in Amsterdam and I come here for breakfast every day. The full English is superb for the price and they do a good steak in the evening too. Staff are friendly and great atmosphere. Oh and it's ab10 second walk away from De Kroon Coffeeshop which is my favorite so win win

When we visited this restaurant today, everything seemed fine at first with Italian flags outside, and the manager assured us that the pizzas were homemade and wood-fired. However, the disappointment began when the waiter brought us the pizzas. We quickly realized they were frozen pizzas, the kind you can find in any supermarket for 3 or 4 euros. Yet, they sold them to us for 16 euros each, with poor quality. Despite the friendliness and professionalism of the waiters, this restaurant is a scam. We specifically asked if the pizzas were wood-fired and authentically Italian, but that was far from the truth. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

We chose this place as a group. I would like to thank the Turkish waiter who took care of us, whose name I forget, he was very attentive and informative. We ate for two people and paid 35 euros. The portion seemed a little small to me.

Pasta was not the italian pasta which i expected No taste at all, very blant and no parmesan cheese which is exoected in carbonara

Very friendly service! But unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering a caprese salad, which consisted of four slices of tomato and mozzarella. Completely unseasoned, no oil, vinegar, salt or pepper. For the price of 13.95 I thought it was a disgrace, and in my opinion it couldn't pass as a "meal salad". The pizza was okay for that.

We were scammed at this place! Tourists, beware. My friend and I were thirsty and a bit high(weed) when we stopped by for water. The staff saw we were tourists and took advantage of the situation by overcharging us. They gave us 500 ml each in two water bottles but charged us for 2 liters, as shown on the receipt. When we confronted them about the discrepancy, they denied the overcharge and were unhelpful. This level of dishonesty is unlike anything I’ve experienced in other European countries. It was a terrible experience for us as tourists.

My friend and I had a terrible experience here. The food was awful, and we were overcharged. The staff quoted us one price but charged us more on the bill. When we pointed out the issue, they started arguing and asked us get out. As a tourist, avoid this place as they really scam visitors. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

The food was all cold, small portions, overpriced and poor spacing between tables. I would not recommend at all. Really disappointing. The halal breakfast only has two small anaemic looking sausages which were honestly bordering on inedible. 2 breakfasts and two drinks came to almost €50.

BEST EATS IN AMSTERDAM (AMAZING FOR TRAVELLERS) The customer service is 10/10, they're prompt, warm and make you feel like you're fine dining when you're eating a classic meal. You can't go wrong here, everything is heavy in portions and low in price. They beat everyone from the end of the street to the station. I've been here twice now and I will come back regardless just for the service and food and pricing. Must come here for all meals, breakfast, lunch dinner or drinks!
