Great service and situated in a very convenient location. Very kind staff members indeed. Decently priced as well! Unfortunately, the food was not delicious. It hurt my mouth to have this pizza, as it was very hard to chew. The flavors were also very bland. I was quite disappointed. The ambiance isn't that great either.

For the price, the food is quite average — nothing particularly special. The restaurant, however, enjoys a prime location right on one of Amsterdam’s main streets, making it convenient for a quick meal.

My family and I visited from Florida, USA, and we were looking for a spot with variety and flavor where everyone could find something they liked. After a boat tour, we were greeted by a friendly staff member outside this restaurant, and we’re so glad we gave it a try! We ordered baby back ribs, lasagna, soup, fries, mozzarella bites, grilled chicken, salad, beers, and a mojito—and everything was delicious and full of flavor. If you’re craving Latin or American-style food in the area, this is the place to go!

Staff were funny and entertaining haha. The homemade bread was soooo good. We ordered the carbonara and it was delicious as well!! If and when I come back to Amsterdam id definitely go again.

The restaurant is bad and not suitable for Gulf families. It has a liquor corner and the employee who works there makes sexual comments and his colleague laughs at them. This is what happened to me last night.

Luigi the owner was very professional and knew exactly what he wanted but i do think new staff is needed. Guy who served us was miserable. Pizza was 10/10 though and im fussy!!!

A man from the street was already inviting us for delicious food. Everything was great until I placed my order. When I received a burnt steak and reported it as tough and inedible, the problems began. The cook wouldn't listen, insisting everything was fine, but at one point he became aggressive, raising his voice and waving his arms. No one wanted to listen to us, and the bartenders were also unpleasant. I felt like I'd done something wrong, when in reality I'd received burnt food, and I simply reported it. After some intense discussions, I received a ridiculous discount. I've never felt so bad in a restaurant.

The food is amazing. I would definitely recommend the “Mix Grill” for meat lovers. A singular portion is sufficiently big for 2 person. The menu is also very informational, sharing vegetarian options & also requesting for diners to share their dietary restrictions so that the staff can advise. In addition to the delicious food, the staff are very kind & patient. They are approachable when it comes to food — suggesting drinks & starters before the main course. Thank you so much for the delicious meal & excellent service.

AMAZING! The staff was very fun and friendly, we had so much fun, they joked around, really puts the good mood in you. 🤩 The food is also top tier, you can tell they put so much love in that. 🍕 Also requested to customise my drink a little, had no issue with that (happens a lot in other places). Friendly staff. I expected traditional Italian food but it had a little taste of the American version of the Italian food. It was tasty though.

The pizzas are delicious and reasonably priced, but they make up for it with the drinks. It's almost the price of a pizza for a drink. Also, the blonde woman working here is very pushy. I told her to bring the drinks and pizza at the same time, but she kept saying unnecessary things. She said nonsense like "I give the order to the kitchen, it will come when it's ready, I don't know" etc. And anyone who heard that would think the Royal kitchen was in charge. You are taking care of 5 tables, my friend, why do you need to have such unnecessary dialogue with the customer? It can't be that hard to bring the pizza and drinks at the same time...

A hidden gem! I won't lie - a small restaurant in the centre really had us on guard as we had been ripped off before. We were so pleasantly surprised! Delicious pizza, good prices and great selection of food. For two hungry tourists tired from exploring the city the pizza was one of the best we had! What makes this place stand out however is how nice and attentive the staff are. We were treated so well and they were very good to us. If we are ever back we will definitely pop in again.

My two friends and I had lunch at Allstars Steakhouse, located in the heart of Amsterdam Central – a lively area popular with tourists. It was drizzling that day, so we decided to step inside the restaurant to take shelter and have a meal. As expected in a tourist hotspot, the menu prices were on the higher side, but the overall experience made it worthwhile. I ordered the Tuna Pizza and a Zero Coke, while my friends went for the Chicken Wings, Pasta Chicken Special, and Beef Kebab. The food was satisfying, and the service was excellent – staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The restaurant had a comfortable and spacious interior, and despite being in a busy area, the atmosphere inside was calm and not too noisy. A convenient and pleasant spot for a meal if you’re exploring Amsterdam Central!

Very good restaurant! Very good quality food and plenty of it. However, a little disappointed by the cheese balls (Bitterballs), 6 small balls! The cocktails are really good, special mention goes to the Bob Marley cocktail.

My food arrived way too late, a colleague got spear ribs without any side dish, and my girlfriend's lasagna was a kid's dish. The prices are ridiculous for that. At first, no one wanted to count our money, but when we pointed it out to someone, they counted our money a thousand times.

Recently ate here. Yes.... nice that it is centrally located and that you get your food quickly. The price/quality ratio is very out of balance. I think 60 euros for a pizza and a hamburger with 2 drinks is very expensive, even in Amsterdam. And the food is also very mediocre. Yes it is better than McDonalds. But for that price you might be better off going to McDonalds.

The only place where I’ve ever been lured in as a tourist with the promise of authentic Italian espresso, which was neither offered nor served. Expensive, and inside you won’t find anything truly Italian. Industrial frozen pizza (pay attention to the shape, it’s perfect) and pasta with sauce that has no sauce and tastes like nothing, overcooked. Additionally, when we went to pay, they tried to charge us for the bread (industrial) with a bit of butter brought on their own initiative—5€, not ordered (we thought it was complimentary). So, pay attention when you pay!!! Tip? Absolutely not!

I never write a review, except when I really like it, but what we were served two days ago was really something unreal. We were offered 100% Italian pizza and pasta, I had better pizza even at the festival, really the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The pizza was not done at all.

Tourist trap. Ushered in by a man outside cause we stopped outside looking on phone for a place to eat. All of the food is extremely overpriced. We ordered a margarita pizza which actually was just cheese, and the waiter asked if we wanted fries with that to which we said sure (not knowing it was a surcharge of €5,50). Beer tasted watered down and smelt like piss on top of it. Total of €35 ($50) for 2 drinks, a shared small cheese pizza and fries. Much better food around here for much cheaper than this dump

Tremendous delicacy, this food is of quality and price, I highly recommend it, especially to my Mexican friends who already miss the spice, try the beef sandwich.

The breakfast had obviously been sat in a hot plate. The toast was very dry, as were the sausages. The bacon was shrivelled. The only parts that were OK were the eggs, hash browns and beans. Not great

I had a few hours before my flight so I took the train to Amsterdam Centraal to find a cafe for breakfast. A kind gentleman greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful and friendly. Very good food and service. I recommend the Halal Breakfast

Food was fine, the pizza was nothing special, seemed like a frozen pizza. A but expensive for its quality. Waiters were nice, and inviting, but again, nothing special. Atmosphere is similar to a fastfood, so a bit under the name “steakhouse”.

An Italian specialty restaurant. At the entrance you see posters for pizza prices of €10.99 but once inside it’s something else. We took two pizzas OK they were good, but the salad a disaster a mini plate 6.50€, they give you a small pot of sauce that you did not ask for which is also charged, the Coca-Cola comes in a glass of huge beer which is also on bill 🧾 and at the end you go out for 60€ for 2 pizzas 🍕 And even more poorly seated, a table placed in the middle of the passage.

Despiste being located on a nice place, the food was inedible. The owner ( white shirt and hat) will charm you promising a nice service and say that if the food it’s bad he won’t charge you anything. We ate and my girlfriend’s food was awful, the chicken had no taste and then we noticed it was basically raw. We mentioned this to the owner and he said that is how it’s supposed to be cooked ( we all know that’s not true). As I reminded him what he said if the food was bad, he escalated and yelled at me saying that I was disrespecting his business. I tried to calm down the owner but he just kept yelling at me, I was just respectfully complaining as anyone would have but he just kept being rude and in the end he basically forced us to pay for the entire dish even though it was barely touched. In my opinion, it’s impossible to recommend a place where the owner is rude and basically a scammer, also because in the end the prices are a bit higher on the menu than what you’ll see advertised on the street.

Don't eat there!!!! 109€ for 3 pasta dishes, a mozzarella salad which is composed of 4 tomato slices and 4 mozzarella and 4 cokes. The presentation of the plates does not at all make you want the pasta mixed with tomato paste, no taste. No matter what pasta you have, they serve you the same red sauce. We lure you with a Halal certificate in front of the restaurant that the manager shows us in a photo on his phone but there are big doubts. We were charged 8.95 for the bread. €109 for sour tomato pasta is unheard of. When it was time to pay, my friend and my friend wanted to cut it in two, the waiter rounded it up to €55 each. I pointed out to him that he didn't take it into account and told me no, it was €55 each. The mozzarella salad does not match the one pictured on the menu. Do not go there

It opens earlier than most places so that's nice if you are an early riser. The food was excellent and the service was great. Prices for everything were reasonable as well.

Breakfast had hair and the quality of food is very low. The restaurant owner must force the cook to wear a hairnet as this is not acceptable. Terrible service and food.

We came to Allstar Steakhouse everyday for breakfast whilst in Amsterdam. The service is amazing and the staff are lovely. It is very close to Central Station and close to all the main bit with all the shops etc. The food is great and always enjoyed our meals. Would 100% recommend!!
