Never visited, but I placed an order online with the Cupcake Company for a small custom-made cake. The order process was very easy and clear. And also not unimportant, the cake itself was very tasty and beautifully decorated. A little on the sweet side, but hey, that's what cake is for. The delivery fees weren't inexpensive, but that does make sense if you figure that they have their own delivery service. That way, your cake is delivered properly and isn't damaged.

Unfortunately, my schedule was already full for Tuesday (closed on Monday), but I contacted them via WhatsApp and luckily we were able to arrange a time. Regarding the (assorted) flavors and presentation: 10/10! Based on the service, presentation, and flavor: definitely worth repeating!

Even more I choose them since they had the great option to fill just one of the cupcakes with the reveal, which made the baby shower even more special. Ordered the gluten-free cupcakes in the shape of an S for Sinterklaas. The website indicated that I was too late in ordering for timely delivery, I contacted via WhatsApp and quickly received a response that I can simply place the order. The delivery person was friendly and the product was neatly packaged and transported with care, so everything still looked beautiful and untouched. The cupcakes tasted good, even though they were gluten-free and vegan I couldn't taste it. The cupcakes tasted good and not dry. Safe to eat by someone with celiac disease. I will definitely order from here again in the future.

Top location to order cupcakes for a (children's) birthday. I have ordered twice now and had good experiences both times. The cupcakes are very tasty and the service good. You can order exactly as many cakes as needed, so there is little left over. And the offer gluten-free options. A nice bonus: no saucers and forks needed, so less washing up. And the children and visitors were also very happy :) thanks!

My cake was very close to what I expected both in aesthetics and taste was good - it made my birthday party great. They were kind enough to make the cake one day earlier for it to be on time - very happy with it!

Very poor service. We ordered three cakes for party today and main cake for the first birthday of our son. We chose animal theme cake. Theme cakes are priced higher. The cake we got was totally different than the picture. It was very ugly looking new design. Also, we paid for the happy birthday disc and his name in special characters. On the cake all we got was hand written characters with frosting. The text is uneven and is nothing expected from a professional baker. We contacted and they said that it was their mistake to change the cake and not place the disc and special characters. They simply refused to reimburse the extra money we paid for customisation, which is shocking. Anyone can come up with a number of excuses of why they did a poor job but they have spoilt this occasion for us. They provided no solution to make the cake better few hours before the party. We ordered 3 cakes and they have spoilt the most expensive cake. They have ruined such an important occasion for us - our baby’s first birthday. The response from them has been very poor. Their conscience hs not moved. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Update - Based on your comment, it is quite astonishing to see you claim you are providing a voucher but I did not see you respond anything on whatsapp or email or even call back. There is no voucher!! I had asked for refund. As I have mentioned we do not trust your company any longer, kindly provide the refund. Kindly mention how you are providing refund?

Far has a sweet and professional bakery. I ordered online just a few days before my partner's birthday and was spoiled for choice with all the beautiful options on her website. We were even able to customise it slightly with some text on the cake. The cake arrived at my house early on delivery day, no hassle, no delay. And was just as pretty as advertised! It tasted great, but might have been even more enjoyable if I had taken it out the fridge an hour or two before consuming, so perhaps she could add some storage instructions for future deliveries? I will definitely be ordering more from her and her team!

For the vegan and gluten free cupcakes, they have 3 different options and I could pick a mix of these for my order - it was nice to try the different flavours. We didn't like the cake because we might be used to red velvet fat. For the price paid, the cake was quite small or we Surinamese are used to large pieces :) Service is good, but it's a pity that my email was only responded to after my phone call. I write a review as feedback and not as a complaint.

Found it through browsing around, it was last minute order. and the good things were, they were really good in communicate. as a customer we want a lot, but she listened me well and guiding me to my wishes. it was quick and the very important was the results were amazing and delicious. even with some inquires that we asked ( allergic etc ). A delicious gluten-free and dairy price cake is difficult to find, let alone a wedding cake. The Amsterdam Cupcake Company succeeds very well in making a beautiful cake that is free of wheat and milk, but is still very tasty. Vanilla cake with forest fruits inside, but more flavors are available. Many guests at our wedding commented on how tasty the cake was. It's not cheap, but then you also get quality! We had contact in advance about the wishes for colors and flowers. A flower on top would have made the cake absolutely perfect, but that doesn't match the overall picture and the taste. Wish I lived closer. Cake in the photo is for 28-32 people and 32 pieces was easy.
