Amsterdam Cupcake Company in Hoofdweg e.o.

Excellent cake and excellent service! I ordered a red velvet cake for my boyfriend's birthday. the staff responded fast and they are extremely helpful with the delivery (which I really appreciate since I couldn't be there). Delivery was right on time and everybody loved the cake. Highly recommended!

We got married in May and ordered a beautiful and delicious cake + cupcakes from the Amsterdam Cupcake Company for our special day. The communication beforehand was excellent, and the cake and cupcakes were delivered to the venue right on time. Our guests enjoyed it! Thank you very much!

Ordered the jungle cake and vegan cupcakes for my daughter’s 1st birthday. They tasted good and were just as I had envisioned.

I ordered cupcakes for a birthday and they were absolutely delicious. They were well-made and beautifully presented. Everything went as planned, and I had no problems with the order. If I ever need them again, I'd definitely order them again.

5/5 for sure. Fast and very friendly communication even during the Weekend. Perfect execution and exactly what I wanted. Would buy again for sure

Ordered, designed, and had delivered online from abroad. Exactly as the order was submitted. Super nice, and I would definitely recommend others order here. All the contact, emails, and updates you receive are incredibly nice. Super!

A wonderful experience with a last-minute wedding cake! We got married with a small group and went for lunch at a restaurant afterwards. The cake was delivered to the venue well in time. And it was incredibly beautiful and delicious! But even more compliments regarding the crystal-clear communication: the emails confirm your order very clearly and prepare you well for the delivery. Because of this, I wasn't worried at all about 'whether everything would turn out okay' and we could simply enjoy the day. Thank you for this beautiful and lovely contribution to our modest wedding day!

Really happy with the service here. I was helped very well and the cupcakes were delicious!

Truly delicious cupcakes. Unfortunately, they were gone too quickly before a photo was taken. The cake is super light and fluffy and the cream isn't too sweet. It was so nice to celebrate my birthday with these 🧁 I will definitely order again!

Amsterdam Cupcake Company | Pre-order only (min. 1 day prior)

I ordered delicious Keti Koti cupcakes and we were very satisfied. The service was good, and the various flavors were delicious. It wasn't our first order, but we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Requested farewell cupcakes design and as always exceeds expectations and hits the mark. Thank you. Farewell cupcakes for friends leaving 🇳🇱 to 🇨🇭

We are grateful and delighted with the order and the execution. 🥰 We ordered online with delivery to the location as a birthday surprise. Thank you 💝

Terrible communication and service. I ordered more than a week in advance. 24 hours before the pickup day, the owner indicated that the shop was closing 1.5 hours early due to the heat, which was very understandable. However, I actually couldn't pick it up earlier because I don't have a fridge big enough to fit it. The lady refused to accommodate me in any way, even though I gave her multiple options. Cancellation wasn't possible either because she had already made the cake. She stopped responding even though there was no solution to the problem. She also initially said the cake needed to stand outside for 1.5 hours before it could be eaten, but 5 messages later she said the cake would melt within half an hour if left outside the fridge. Make it make sense. She said she was going offline and then stopped responding to my messages altogether. I think there are a lot of fake reviews here. Very disappointing. Do not order here!!!

Poor communication! Does not accommodate us after the agreements are changed. Very disappointing.

Thank you so much for the beautiful cake!! We received so many compliments during the birthday about how delicious the cake was. We will definitely order from here more often.

Fantastic cupcakes here! I found them delicious and I totally stole the show with them among my friends. Definitely recommended!

Delicious taste, beautiful presentation, and friendly service! The cupcakes were very popular with our group.

Vegan cupcakes! Seriously! Deliciously creamy, incredibly moist, and beautiful to look at too. They were gone in no time, so no photo. Do you also deliver in Tilburg? ;))

The cupcakes here are truly delicious. A friend got takeout here for my party, and it was a really tasty surprise!

I ordered a cake here for the first time, and immediately for the last. A standard Oreo cake costs €43.50 for 8-12 people. My daughter really wanted "Happy Birthday" on it in black letters instead of the Oreo crumbs on top, along with some white pearl candies; an extra charge was added for this, bringing the total cost of the cake to €57.80. We picked it up on Saturday, June 20th, and the cake looked beautiful; we celebrated her birthday on Sunday, June 21st. Upon pickup, we were advised to take the cake out of the fridge an hour before use, which we did. When cutting into it, I immediately noticed that the cream was soft, but the cake was firm/hard. After handing out the slices, the disappointment came. The cake was not tasty; it resembled dry bread, had no flavor, and was grainy. The cake was either undercooked or overcooked. It had a very strange texture. What a letdown.... I have never experienced guests not finishing a cake before. The slices remained on the plates and ended up in the trash. There was a piece left over, so I gave it to someone for someone who wasn't at the party, and that person didn't like the cake either. I immediately sent a WhatsApp message on Sunday evening about our experience/disappointment. On Monday, we received a reply saying, "What a shame, but because it is edible and made with fresh ingredients, there is little I can do about it except offer a 'nice' discount voucher for a future order." This was emailed; it concerns a €25 discount on a future order. After this, I contacted them by phone and explained that we will definitely not be ordering a cake from them again after the disappointment of our first order, and that this is therefore not really compensation. She couldn't make it any other way, because if everyone starts complaining and wants their money back, she might as well close her business. I am disappointed in the taste of the cake and how this is being handled. I would certainly not order a cake from here again; it is a real shame.

I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my daughter's second birthday and was absolutely delighted. Everything was beautiful, with attention to detail and perfectly organized. The cake and cupcakes were not only stunning to look at, but also delicious. The service was professional, kind, and reliable from start to finish. All the guests complimented it. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, flavor, and impeccable organization for a special event. Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday even more special! 🎂🧁💕

I ordered a last minute cake (spiderman for my son’s birthday). The cake came in exact time and delivery was perfect and it looks good but the taste wasn’t too god it was a bit dry not moistu and too sweet for the taste of all the guests of the party. Overall it’s good to save the event but not perfect.

Had a bit of trouble ordering. But received good help over the phone. Delivery perfect: kept well informed and the delivery itself was precise to almost the minute. And the cupcakes? Absolutely beautiful and delicious!!!

Great service and really delicious cupcakes! I had them customized to a theme and they turned out beautifully! Love this place.

Absolutely delighted with our order. The cupcakes looked stunning, with every detail thoughtfully done, and they tasted just as good as they looked. It was clear that a lot of care went into making them. Delivery was prompt and reliable, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would happily order again!

Our cake was delicious and great! We were super happy!!! Thank you!

A delicious assortment of Gluten free cupcakes were delivered to my niece. Easy and in her words “these were WAY better than the cupcakes last year” (ordered from a different bakery). I will be ordering again!

I ordered bento cake and vegan cupcakes from this shop last week. I absolutely loved every part of this experience: starting from seamless online order, and ending with eating the delicious desserts 🤤 All guests and the birthday boy loved the decoration and the taste. Thank you Faryel and the team for making our day even more special ❤️

The cupcakes were fantastic and delicious! The children enjoyed them so much, and the delivery was really top-notch too!

If you make a mistake, they don't think along with you or respond; it's a shame, because I paid but never tasted anything.

I ordered a gluten free birthday cake and received exactly what I ordered; a beautiful and delicious cake. Very clean and arrived in perfect condition. Faryel and her team are great and their communication was excellent during the whole process. Would recommend.

Clear and very friendly communication. The beautiful cake was ready on time and we all enjoyed it! It's great that there is a last-minute order option and you can pick it up on Saturday morning. Thanks <3

I really liked the cake that I had ordered the raspberry chocolate cake. The delivery was also very smooth and on time. My only expectation was that the sponge could have been a bit moist - was a bit dry for my liking. But otherwise, it was a great experience to order and savour the cake. Loved the buttercream frosting.

I like that the cake I ordered could be ready within a day. When I picked it up the stuff were nice and friendly. The cake itself was very nice, it met the expectation and was not very heavy! I would purchase again!

Quite good for ordering, great service on the pick up and really good cupcakes. Ideal for bday, presents and special occasions. Highly recommended.

Great experience, the gluten free & vegan cake was delicious!

Delicious gender reveal cake and good, fast service!

Really good experience with Amsterdam Cupcake Company, and very quick service!

Well organized delivery service and really tasty cake!

I ordered a red velvet cake for my wife’s 60th birthday, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The ordering process was simple and flexible, allowing me to customize every detail. The communication was thoughtful and professional, including reminders so I wouldn’t forget the pickup. When I arrived in Amsterdam, the cake was ready immediately, and the whole experience felt very well organized. And the most important part — the cake tasted amazing. Beautifully made and absolutely delicious. It made the celebration even more special. Highly recommended.

We ordered Women's Day special cupcakes for our office. The cupcakes were beautiful and absolutely delicious - it was a mixed box where we got to taste all the flavours. Apart from that, the communication was super easy and quick. Highly recommend Faryel and her cupcakes :)

Ordered here for the first time and very satisfied. The cupcakes were delicious and the decoration was done very beautifully!

Ordered a cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday and she absolutely loved it! Will definitely be ordering more again in the future!

I ordered a wedding cake and I was very happy with the result. The notification of the status and delivery was exceptional. The cake was delicious. Thank you for adding to the success of our wedding day.

Delivery service was excellent. Customer service very fast and personal. Website comprehensive and easy to use. For food I give 3 stars because the vegan cup cakes (carrot cake and chocolate) were okay but not amazing, quite dense and a bit on the dry side. The standard recipe (cheese cake) was better I heard from my guests. There was a lot of icing which made it look pretty, but was mostly not eaten. We hade the “large” cup cakes, but good to know they are really not that big, so good 1-person serving (but smaller than standard muffins). Overall still a good experience and I’d recommend for the non-vegan options.

sooo tasty - and pretty too! Got the photo taart: everything we wanted! thank you so much!

Excellent birthday cake for my sons 21st - delivered on time and looked lovely

The service was fast, reliable and easy. Communicating what we wanted and the execution was smooth. The cake itself was nice, sufficient for the amount of people, flavorful and met the criteria or revealing the gender. The buttercream was very good, not too sweet and didn’t have a butter aftertaste or melted easily. The cake sponges were light and fluffy but a little on the dry side but could be that we waited a while to cut and consume.

We were so happy with the way the cupcakes turned out. My child wanted a glitter themed birthday party, and they took our description and ran with it! Really created the vision my child was hoping for, and the cupcakes are DELICIOUS! Very efficient process for ordering. You fill out an easy form online, and they respond so fast. Very professional, kind and thorough. I'll definitely go back to them for the next party!

Ordered a custom cake as a birthday gift, the execution was great and precise and it tasted amazing! Thank you a lot :)

Everything on point. Punctual, and beautiful & delicious corporate cupcakes. This will be my go-to cupcake company in Amsterdam for my next business trip. Thank you!

Ordered cake pops and gluten-free cupcakes for work - delicious and beautiful!

Thank you for your help last week, the cupcakes looked beautiful with the requested logo. Great services in terms of delivery and keeping us properly informed during the time leading up to the delivery. Would recommend working with them for any corporate cupcake requests :)

Ordered for the second birthday year and everything went smooth and was great! Last year Marvel this year Harry Potter - both decorations as advertised

Great place to order cupcakes for a special event. Got some for a coworkers going away party and they were delicious and very beautiful. Plus, delivery was seamless and easy!

Very helpful people, beautiful presentation and the taste amazing! I will definitely order again!

I ordered the gluten-free cupcakes. They were delicious! Especially the vanilla one—oh, it was so moist and soft! Highly recommended, I'll definitely order again. Thank you!

The cake was beautiful and delicious. It was a real treat to give the cake last Saturday. Very satisfied with the service and, of course, the cake itself. Highly recommended!

They made a great cake and were very flexible with delivering in my requested time frame.

I've ordered the cupcakes for my birthday on Christmas Eve, they were an absolute success! I've very pleased with the whole experience from the communication, the delivery and of course the beautiful and delicious cupcakes. I will definitely choose them again! Thank you for adding sweetness on my special day! M.

Pros: • Fast and reliable delivery • Excellent customer service — very responsive and helpful Cons: • The cake was disappointing • Not tasty and did not meet expectations in terms of flavor or quality Overall: Great delivery and customer service, but unfortunately the cake itself needs significant improvement.

Very pleasant communication and the cake was really delicious!

Love the cupcakes here. Faryl and her team pay such attention to detail and gluten free options are a win. It's my go to place in the neighborhood for when I need cupcakes for any celebration. Highly recommend.

Th mini cupcakes which we ordered for Thanksgiving were delicious. The looked great and the flavours were very surprising. 2 days later the ‘leftovers’ still were very tasteful.

“Cupcake Heaven!” I popped into Amsterdam CupCake Company for their Christmas cupcakes and WOW was my expression after trying them first time. The flavors were next-level lekker, the designs were festive and flawless and every bite tasted like pure kerst magic. The shop feels super cozy and gezellig, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. You can really tell everything is made with care and creativity. If you’re in Amsterdam and want something sweet, festive, don’t miss their Christmas cupcakes. Trust me, you’ll be thinking about them long after they’re gone! 😍✨ Highly recommended!

I will highly recommend it! The taste of the cupcakes was amazing, we had different flavours including the vegan ones and everyone was extremely happy. Service was also really good, including the communication and the delivery. I will 100% order from them again. Thanks a lot!

Very great cupcakes, very delicious! I also love how they have gluten free options as well. The ordering process is super easy and efficient: I simply ordered the cupcakes online on a Thursday evening, and they delivered them to my doorstep on Saturday morning. I will definitely be making more orders in the future! :D

Super delicious red velvet cake that was also beautifully decorated. Thank you!

Looking for delicious pastries? Then definitely order here! We were thrilled to have the option of ordering a gluten-free and lactose-free cake, as we have a lot of allergies in our family. This way, everyone could enjoy our gender reveal. And it was delicious too! We were also very happy with the service, thanks for everything, Faryel!

Delicious cupcakes with beautiful corporate branding, professionally delivered and taken care of.

Super satisfied! Ordering was easy, there's a wide selection, and the service is truly excellent. I was kept well-informed right up until delivery, and everything went smoothly. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!

We ordered a cake for a child’s birthday, we were pleasantly shocked, the cake was really very tasty

I am from outside the country, so happy that we were able to surprise my sister in Amsterdam on her birthday with a cake from Amsterdam Cupcake Company. Thank you for the seamless order and delivery!

Ordered a gluten free vegan birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious and looked stunning. Thank you so much. Will definitely order again.

Great service, easy to order, and the cake was delicious too. Thanks!

We chose the vegan cupcakes. Two of our grandsons have egg and nut allergies. The cupcakes looked beautiful, and they tasted delicious! We'll definitely see you again next time!

Excellent customer service! I had questions and my emails were answered right away. This beautiful cake made my brother’s birthday extra special! Thank you! 🙏

The birthday cake was so delicious! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic! I needed to have a custom cake made on somewhat short notice for a special event - great communication, great quality, great taste :)

Amazing lay out cake for every occasion and really friendly staff. Quick reply on WhatsApp and very professional which was important for me

The cake was delicious, nice and very moist.

We ordered gender reveal cupcakes. The order process was very easy and straightforward and the cupcakes the perfect little surprise for us we had hoped for. Thank you!!

I ordered a red velvet cake for my husband's birthday. It was very good, the right amount of sweet and not dense. Delivery was easy and friendly. I would certainly order from them again.

Amazing cupcakes! Everyone loved them.. so fresh and tasteful! Totally recommend them!

Huge thank you to Amsterdam Cupcake Company for helping me make my sister's birthday special from afar. I live in South Africa and my sister lives in Amsterdam and I really wanted to send her cake for her birthday, because what is a birthday without cake, right? I looked at various bakeries online and I am so happy I decided to go with Amsterdam Cupcake Company! Ordering and paying through their website was very easy. They kept me updated on my order right up until my cake was safely delivered! My sister was thrilled with her cake and said it was absolutely delicious! Next time I visit Amsterdam, I will be sure to pop in and try some of their delicious cake! I highly recommend bakery! The service is impeccable!

Great taste, communication and service. Clients loved it. ❤️

Bread part of the cake is very hard, like harder than albert heijn muffin. I don’t think it’s a typical cake bread. Expected much softer. But the cream tasted great and the design was very cute! :)

Absolutely amazing service! The communication about my order was really great, on time delivery, friendly interactions. And the cupcakes were 10/10!! Absolutely delicious and perfect. I highly highly recommend this service!

Perfect ! Thank You for the delucious cake! The delivery worked perfectly!

Thank you for the creative design. It helped make the day even more special.

Ordered 72 mini cupcakes for my work here. Lovely service and delicious cupcakes!

fantastic cupcakes but 0 for the packaging, I think you need to invest in some kind of cardboard in the bottom of your box to place the cupcakes in because literally all of mine toppled over while biking home. Sure, keep the box upright, but especially the mini cupcakes are so top-heavy with frosting they hardly stay upright when in motion. And Amsterdam is a bike city, most people will transport their sweet treat that way. So it's something that was missing for me. But the product itself (the baked goods) are 150/100, recommend!!!

I can only recommend Amsterdam Cupcake Company. The selection is fantastic, the cupcakes look amazing and taste just as good. Far is incredibly caring and thorough, you get to learn about her story which makes the experience much more personal and positive. I ordered cupcakes to surprise my sister on her 30th birthday and everything went perfectly from ordering and customizing the cupcakes to delivery. 10/10!!

Faryel from the Amsterdam does an amazing job: smooth communication to my questions before ordering and delivering a great product: tasty and the picture on the cupcakes turned out precisely detailled. The cupcakes were a big hit at my party! 100% recommended!

Easy to order online and pick up. Very friendly! The cake was delicious and so moist. I love it!

Never visited, but I placed an order online with the Cupcake Company for a small custom-made cake. The order process was very easy and clear. And also not unimportant, the cake itself was very tasty and beautifully decorated. A little on the sweet side, but hey, that's what cake is for. The delivery fees weren't inexpensive, but that does make sense if you figure that they have their own delivery service. That way, your cake is delivered properly and isn't damaged.
