One of our favorite restaurants! Last night, we decided to order takeaway instead of dining in, and the food was just as amazing as it is when we eat at the restaurant itself. We were blown away by the flavors once again! They even included some complimentary extras, which was such a sweet touch. Highly recommended!

Really quite excellent! We are Indian food-foodies and this place served us up some PROPER BANGING food, what a delight! Spicing and flavours totally on-point. All so fresh and home-made, we had a jalfrezi, special biriyani, roti, peshwari and the rice pudding for dessert. Be sure to ask for “extra hot” if you like it spicy (this still isn’t “Asian hot”, if you know what I mean), it brings out flavour even more! A mango lassi will help to end a good, spicy hot meal! Had a very delicious meal: Nepalese platter with multiple dishes, friendly service, and delicious onion bhaji as a starter.

The chilli chicken momo was fantastic. Lovely texture on the dough and the seasoning was very lightly sweet and tasty.

What a wonderful experience this was at the Overtoom. We recently had a delicious meal here, and everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The dishes were beautifully served in authentic metal bowls. We were particularly struck by the freshness of the food and the intense flavors with the very first bite. It was a very pleasant visit. We will certainly return here for another meal.

We went to this restaurant mainly because of the amazing reviews on Google Maps, and I can honestly say they absolutely don’t lie. This place is truly something special. The atmosphere is incredible, the food is delicious, and the portions are huge, we were genuinely so full afterwards. 😄 The biggest highlight, though, was the staff, especially what I assume was the owner. Extremely kind and friendly, doing everything to make sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. He has such a great vibe, very natural and welcoming, and really creates a place where you instantly feel good. The whole experience was honestly amazing, and this is exactly the kind of place you recommend to everyone without hesitation. If you’re ever nearby, definitely come here, it’s absolutely worth it.🥰💥♥️

Two days ago, we spontaneously decided to have dinner there with four people. We received excellent advice, as two of us have food intolerances/allergies. The staff even explained the exact ingredients to us, and they brought the packaging with the ingredient list for the complimentary bread we received. The service was incredibly friendly and extremely attentive, going out of their way to make our every need right. The food was delicious, and we were all satisfied. We highly recommend this restaurant. If we ever return to Amsterdam, we will definitely go there again.

They accepted a reservation for 22:30 Saturday, and when I arrived they told me that they were closing. Lack of professionalism and service vocation. Lack of commitment and respect. They just decided that they preferred to leave earlier than a few more euros, and they left me hungry and unserved after I came in Uber from the other side of the city.

We had a great dinner experience at Annapurna between friends. The service was really attentive, the food excellent and the atmosphere super cosy. I’d definitely come back there and recommend it to anyone who wants to have delicious Indian food.

The meal was very good; we followed the waiter's recommendations. We shared an appetizer for two, consisting of several fried bites, and a main course (chicken tikka), all accompanied by Indian tea and buttered naan. The value for money was excellent!

Today was my first time visiting Amsterdam with my sister, and Annapurna was the first restaurant we visited. While viewing the menu, there were so many appetizing meals. I started with the Annapurna Special Noodle Soup, it was amazing! Very flavorful broth and semi crunchy noodles that added a nice texture. Next was the Samosas, delicious and even better with their house sauces. My main entree was the King Prawn Jalfrezi. It was delicious, I scraped the bowl clean with their garlic naan bread. The service was exceptional. For drink I had a tiger tea and water. Even the water was delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant and would come again! Thank you Annapurna!

We found this place thanks to the wonderful reviews already on Google Maps and I had to confirm how right all the reviews are!!! The food was incredible, it came out so quickly even though they had many tables full of people and it was so so delicious, some of the best Indian/Nepalese food I’ve ever had!!! The ambiance is wonderful too and the service is amazing, they truly treat you like family and take care of your every need here!!! As someone who doesn’t often write reviews I had to share how much of an amazing time we had here and highly recommend it to everyone in the area!!

We come to Annapurna a lot, and we absolutely love it. The food is always delicious, a wonderful mix of Indian and Nepalese. Everything we’ve tried has been great. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is consistently super friendly. The team really makes you feel at home, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We like this place so much that we decided to have our wedding lunch here with 30 guests and it was truly wonderful. The food was amazing, the service was incredibly warm and attentive, and everything went smoothly. Our guests really enjoyed it, and we were so happy with how the day turned out. A big thank you to the whole team at Annapurna for making our wedding lunch so special. It means a lot to us. Annapurna is a special place for us, and we highly recommend it.

The food is really good. It is approximately 22 euros per person (one curry and half naan per person). Food came really fast and on a Wednesday evening there is not a lot of people. Rice is included in the price and they give you more for free.

Ordered their take out special. Absolutely gigantic portions. Had food in our fridge for days. The lamb was decent. Otherwise, chicken was quite dry and not nicely cooked. Other curries were quite flavourless, even after I asked for extra spice. This is the second time I’ve tried and it’s just not the place for me. 🥲
