We had a bite to eat here during our Amsterdam Lighting tour, and it was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly service, delicious hot food, and they even made room for the eight of us. We'd love to come back!

Looking for a place to eat within walking distance of the Stopera, we stumbled upon Tasty Asia based on excellent reviews. And the high scores are completely deserved! What delicious food! In the Thai Thom Yum soup, you can taste the fresh herbs like lemongrass and jeruk-perut. We highly recommend both options (chicken and shrimp). We really enjoyed the food. In short, when we go to another performance at the Stopera, there's a good chance we'll be back at Tasty Asia!

Delicious and authentic Asian food. The restaurant is small and popular, so making a reservation beforehand is strongly advisable. We did not make a reservation, but luckily a table came free after a 15 minute wait. The food is cooked fresh to order, so at busy times you may wait a while for your food but it is worth the wait. Their home made strawberry iced tea is highly recommended.

A small but very cozy place, it felt like home. The food was delicious. Only three employees, but they were very friendly. The young man explained the entire menu to me. I highly recommend it. And above all, the prices are very reasonable. Thank you to all the staff!

Very nice, small cozy restaurant. The food is really tasty and the service is super friendly and fast. We had a really good meal, the Thai spicy soup was delicious, the sweet and sour chicken had really good flavor and crunchy ebi. Also the place is really clean which I always look for.

We went there spontaneously, without a reservation, and even though it was very busy, we still got a table for three. The service was very friendly, the food and homemade drinks came quickly and there was really nothing to complain about. It was fresh, tasted excellent and was more than reasonably priced. It's a real insider tip and we look forward to coming back.

I had the Thai Tom Yum soup with a side of rice and Ice tea. My friend had vegetarian fried rice (has egg can ask without) it was so good and the portion size is great (can share too if you want). Also the place is really cozy and staff is amazing!

It's small but with excellent Chinese food; leaving the ice bar we looked for this restaurant which is two minutes away and five minutes from the national opera and ballet.

We arrived at Tasty Asia in Amsterdam with the recommendation that you can find good Chinese food here at decent prices – and it was. The music is quiet, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff is friendly and prompt, explaining the menu and helping you choose according to your preferences (spicy, vegetarian, etc.)

What a pleasure to find this kind of place that you never get tired of. The food is good, the server is very helpful and kind. We ate there once on site and the next day to take away. The portions are quite large and the prices quite low considering the prices in the city. I highly recommend it! We spent 3 days in Amsterdam and ate at this restaurant every night. We were able to try a different dish each night. The dishes are delicious, fragrant, and freshly prepared (the spiciest dishes are clearly marked on the menu). The prices are very reasonable. The staff is welcoming, warm, and attentive. If we have the opportunity to return to Amsterdam, we will gladly eat at Tasty Asia again.

The service is a nightmare: annoyed, rude, and overwhelmed. You feel like you're intruding even if you order. When you ask, you get an eye roll, if any response at all. Friendliness seems as rare here as fresh herbs in the kitchen. The price? Beyond absurd. For food of this quality, you should actually pay me, not the other way around. A complete disaster from start to finish – you leave the restaurant with an empty stomach, full of frustration, and the realization that you've just wasted time, money, and nerves. Never. Again.
