The food from the buffet was good.

I had an experience at this restaurant today that was so backward and derogatory that I still can't believe it. I've been coming here for years, spending my money, and then I'm treated like some pathetic scammer trying to profit from a mistake they made. I ordered several dishes, two of which were supposed to be vegetarian—because someone doesn't eat meat for religious reasons. What do I get at home? Everything non-vegetarian. Okay, mistakes happen. I immediately jump in the car, and my wife calls to report the mistake. But as soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by a woman behind the counter who immediately goes into attack mode. No "sorry," no "we'll fix it"—no, I was immediately dismissed as someone who comes there to steal food. Her logic? "You didn't bring the wrong dish, so I don't believe you." What idiotic reasoning. As if I have identical dishes at home ready to "cheat" them. Pure paranoia and zero common sense. Then she launched into a vehement lecture about how "vegetarian just means with eggs" and that I should just understand that vegan means without eggs. While I clearly stated that no eggs were allowed. She only understood after yet another dish was wrong—her fault again, not mine. And despite all that misery, I politely said I wanted to pay for both dishes, just on principle. But they even managed to screw that up. First, the lady says, "No need." Two minutes later, a colleague says, "You have to pay for everything." What an amateurish mess. Nobody there knows what proper customer service is. But the absolute worst? She practically throws the food on the counter and says, "Take it for free." In a tone as if I were a beggar. As if I'm there for donations. So inappropriate, so disrespectful, so completely lost. No apology. No responsibility. No empathy. No professionalism. Nothing but arrogance, misplaced pride, and aggressive distrust towards a customer who has been ordering from them for years. I could have gone to any other Chinese restaurant—closer, friendlier, more professional—but I placed my trust in them. Today, that trust was brutally crushed. What happened here is shameful, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will never set foot in there again.

The food was so delicious, so fresh. It melted right in your mouth. People, this deserves more than 5 stars.

The food here is absolutely terrible. The website is also completely unclear. One of the things I ordered was a fried 1/4 chicken. What I received was a chicken drowned in red sauce. There was NOTHING about the sauce anywhere on the website in the description of this dish. It said fried 1/4 chicken, now it's it. A clearer description should be on the website, in my opinion. The chicken was immediately thrown away, and my disappointed child had nothing left to eat. I called and was told it's always in red sauce here... And how am I supposed to know that? This is my first time ordering from them, and definitely the last. Not because of the chicken, mind you; the food is truly awful. The noodles, noodles, two different soups, shrimp, satay, spring rolls, and the chicken... none of the dishes were good enough for the whole family. Truly disappointed. And there was no solution from the other side on the phone either.

Delicious food, I ordered takeout. The portions are always generous and definitely worth the money! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I go there often and have always had a great experience!

Ordered a takeout meal for 4 people, it was delicious, with plenty of choices and more than enough. I especially loved the tuna sushi! Upon pickup, I received friendly service. The restaurant looked clean and cozy. We'll be back for dinner with the family next time.

Delicious food, lots of vegetarian options, and super friendly and welcoming service! And my husband is a huge fan of the bami, nasi, and especially the chicken wings :)

I ate here with my family, including two children. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and they even explained the buffet. What I noticed, however, and in every Dutch Chinese restaurant I've been to, is that the buffet offers half the selection of the German buffet. This restaurant, however, was more than just palatable when it came to dessert. The biggest drawback, however, was that this Chinese restaurant didn't even have crispy duck, which I believe is the hallmark of every Chinese restaurant. There was ice cream and pickled fruit that didn't even taste good. For this price range, I would have expected more. So it's not really worth eating there, as the price-performance ratio is too high.

We made a reservation for Saturday evening at 8 PM (coastal marathon weekend). When we arrived, there was a lot of food left and empty. When we inquired, we were told the kitchen closed at 9 PM. We finally asked for extra food and, after a long wait, finally received a plate. You pay €32.90 per person, so there should be enough. Dessert was finished... only ice cream, which was also gone by 9 PM. Only one person could have it. We had to wait a very long time for drinks, and asking for a second drink was difficult because they were busy clearing and cleaning. It was a disappointing experience, so we won't be returning.

Great food, really Chinese like we knew from 20 years ago

Good food. Friendly atmosphere. Delicious food. The Sichuan rice table and tenderloin with black bean sauce are highly recommended.

A friendly welcome, good ventilation, but unfortunately, there were flies on the meat, which could be prevented by using transparent lids. We were also asked six times if we wanted another drink. That was really annoying. Otherwise, the chef was good, and the stir-frying and baking was delicious.

When we were there, they were clearly understaffed. Otherwise, it's a typical wok/grill, nothing more, nothing less.

We had dinner together as a family tonight. We were already familiar with the restaurant, and the food from the buffet/wok was delicious, as always. I have a special diet (FODMAP) for my health, but the service was fantastic. Everything was prepared to order. And so delicious. Highly recommended if you have dietary or allergy restrictions. The buffet was delicious and "fly-free." The wok with raw meat and fish was unfortunately plagued by flies. So, no stir-frying. There was also a fly swimming in the peach juice. When I mentioned it to the staff, the response was that there wouldn't be much they could do. How do other (Chinese) restaurants handle this? I've never experienced flies while dining out before... And I hope I never will again. Not very tasty or hygienic.

The atmosphere is nice. The staff are listless, very sluggish, and uninterested. The food is awful. People, stay away from the buffet.

Delicious food and drinks... Steak, prawns, babi pangang, and so on, all truly delicious. The owner is very involved, spontaneous, and interested. She's genuinely passionate about her work and puts a lot of love into it. The staff is also very friendly. We also observed Remembrance Day.

Regelmatig halen wij eten bij dit restaurant af. Is altijd goed. Wij zijn niet zo van de buffetten maar besloten te gaan. Mijn man was jarig. Amanda, de gastvrouw en haar personeel weten wat gastvrijheid is. Op verzoek werden er authentieke gerechten gemaakt. Alles super vers en lekker. Veel aandacht voor de gast. Wij komen zeker terug.

Ongelofelijk goed restaurant maar de laatste weken maanden zijn de wachttijden bij de afhaal wel enorm langer geworden, online gemaakte bestelling kunnen zomaar een half uur later klaar zijn terwijl je een halve dag vantevoren besteld hebt...dit is nooit geweest en nu meer regel dan uitzondering. Jammer, maar buitenom dat een goed restaurant

I didn't care about the service and atmosphere, I only picked up food.

Tonight there was a wok buffet, but no hot buffet. We could order all the dishes from the hot buffet fresh, and they were served at our table. It was delicious...a great concept 👌 One tip: the portions could be a bit smaller, because we were already so full that we ate one more wok buffet just to be polite, but it really didn't fit anymore 😉 It was delicious again 👌

The sushi was really mediocre! Mostly rice, little filling. Very thin strips of avocado and salmon were almost invisible in the maki. Furthermore, the sushi roll was cut way too thickly, so you could barely fit a piece in your mouth. In my opinion, it's better to cut six pieces than four thick ones.

Cozy and delicious food. No time pressure. Just good old-fashioned dining.

Ordered meals on October 27, including Duck with plum sauce. The plum sauce was so terribly salty that it was unedible. Unfortunately it was already all over my duck. So you can't eat. The bit I already had didn't stay down for long. Shame. Would have liked to see somewhere mentioned that this dish is so salty. Now it has ended up in the click shop.

This is a very old fashioned restaurant. The hot dishes had been in the bain marie for a while: not tasty at all. Also very limited choice for main course in wok/griddle. We were 13 people and due to a misunderstanding on their part, we paid the bill twice. When we reported this we were still snubbed. Substandard.

Great cook at the griddle, everything as it should be. Excellent service, if you don't want what you want, you can just ask and it will be made. You hardly experience anything. We come there often and enjoy it and it is always great, compliments to the chefs and the service. A 9 for all of us.

We discovered this restaurant last year and were here on Sunday with six friends. The quality remained very good and everyone really enjoyed the extensive buffet. There are several ready-made dishes such as soups, sushi, pork, beef and chicken dishes, various sauces and side dishes... There is also a very fresh buffet with king prawns, sole, salmon, steak, lamb... and various vegetables, from which you can put together your own dishes with various sauces in the wok or on the grill. Desserts include fruit and ice cream. The service is very friendly, overall everything is highly recommended!

Super friendly staff and delicious food

Food was bland and tasteless. Especially the noodles and nasi. The spring roll fell apart and consisted only of bean sprouts. What a lame response. Just like the food. It was a vegetarian spring roll with only bean sprouts. We didn't see an egg, luckily there was no chicken fillet in it. This was ordering once, but never again. Next time I will drive to Oost Souburg again. Better quality food, always friendly.

Twee keer in een week geweest. Het eten is heerlijk vers. Grillplaat en wok zijn fantastisch, mede door de zeer vriendelijke man die daar de gerechten klaar maakt. HULDE AAN DEZE MAN. Eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en attent. Tweemaal fijne ervaring.

I could make a whole story out of it, but everything fits here... Today I picked up a delicious Thai dish with red curry, Peking duck and mango and a spring roll. Truly delicious!

Yesterday we had a delicious meal as always. The chef ensures that dish after dish is deliciously prepared and the choice is enormous. All the staff are very friendly and want to exceed expectations for their customers, which they do for us every time. Highly recommended!

Hier na jaren weer eens langs geweest. Kozen voor het buffet. Vooraf een prima Chinese tomatensoep. Bakplaat en wok gerechten kun je zelf uitzoeken en waren prima. Buffet gerechten waren niet allemaal even goed omdat ze wat uitgedroogd waren. Jammer. Te weinig gebruik van gemaakt denk ik. Vriendelijke bediening. Interieur wel wat aan vervanging toe.

Eten is er prima. Maar on-line bestellen werkt totaal niet. Al een paar keer gehad dat ik een half uur tot 3 kwartier op mijn bestelling, die ik via hun website plaatste moest wachten. Terwijl zij on-line een tijd aangeven om af te halen. Jammer dat doe ik dus niet meer. Beter is gewoon er naar toe gaan en gelijk aan de balie te bestellen dat werkt goed.

Delicious food, fast service, we had a Chinese rice table for 2 with 2 portions of spring rolls and a bowl of sushi everywhere, it was really delicious, the atmosphere was there but it was okay service they were nice but they were just okay

Delicious food, unlimited wok buffet. Cozy restaurant. Everything was continuously replenished. Various choices and everything fresh. Large fish pond with koi carp, entertainment for children and fun for the atmosphere. My 2 year old daughter was allowed to feed the fish. Nice staff. Rinaldo behind the wok and griddle is very nice and does exactly what you ask him and remembers how you prefer it the next time you have something fried. We will definitely come back here more often

Cozy and delicious food while still being able to eat cheaply

Ate with a group. Afterwards three men fell ill. The food choice was limited. For dessert there was only ice cream. As a lactose intolerant person, no dessert for me. Meat and fish are hardly separated from other products. Food was also very greasy from the wok. Bami and nasi are ordered and not made by the chef. Restaurant looks very dated inside. On the plus side, the last people in were around 9:00 PM on Saturday. Were given the leftover noodles and nasi because otherwise they would have to throw them away. I skipped it myself, but others still enjoyed it. Not to be repeated.

The food yesterday was disappointing. So looking forward to babi pangang bacon, it was burnt, almost black with the accompanying bitter taste. Tofu dish with dry tofu. And the nasi goreng was dry. Such a shame, even when it's busy you have to continue to deliver quality. Waiting 45 minutes longer than agreed, despite picking it up yourself, was not worth it.

Ordered something to take away. The waiting time was reasonable, the food, an Indo rice table, was very plentiful and tasty. Very good value for money, paid around 33 euros for 2 people with extra Nasi (baked rice). We easily eat this for at least two days. Highly recommended and always happy again.

Vooraf gereserveerd en we hebben heerlijk gegeten van het buffet, de bakplaat en de wok… met een heerlijk ijsje toe. Van de reservering tot aan ons vertrek klopte alles, aardige en correcte bediening en geweldig eten. Een dikke 10 wat ons betreft.

We hebben het eten laten bezorgen, Soms heb je een drukke dag en wil je tussendoor even eten. De kwaliteit van het eten is goed, het was alleen jammer dat het 40 minuten later werd bezorgd, zodat we het binnen 10 minuten moesten opeten.

Had an unexpected meal tonight. Delicious flavors! Enough choice, although the sushi could have been a little more extensive. But that's also because I really like it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Friendly service.

Picked up a menu today with babi-pangang, foe Yong hai and pangsit. Pangsit instead of mini spring rolls was no problem and could be replaced. Foe yong hai tasted great. However, the babi pangang was less tasty than usual. The meat was grilled much less, so the taste was less.

The atmosphere is average, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff is nice and friendly. 😊

Unfortunately, despite a reservation, we waited 3/4 hours. But you get 1 drink for free. Buffet then almost empty. But. But we got almost all the food. Big praise to the team, everything went well.

I.v.m. visiting family in Vlissingen ended up here. Highly recommended. Delicious food, good atmosphere, good and friendly service and the dog was welcome! Top!

We just had dinner with 11 people, what a disappointment this was, nothing for the little ones, a coloring page or something fun, no time to use coffee afterwards, really very impersonal, this had nothing to do with Christmas, a lot of food, after dishes also finished , we couldn't take any more because we had to leave and then also pay full price for the little ones, it's really a shame because we thought we were having a nice Christmas evening.

A restaurant where you can eat and stir-fry well, but also take away, which we do regularly, but reservations can be quite busy during the high season.

Ik ga hier al jarenlang met enige regelmaat eten met mijn vrouw of met vrienden. Het is een erg gezellig restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Het eten is heerlijk en de porties zijn erg ruim. Aanbevolen!

Lekker gegeten en vriendelijk personeel. Meest pittige saus was niet echt pittig. Zelf vuile borden op tafel zetten...daarom geen 5 sterren.

Lange wachtrij bij de wok en bakplaat., oorzaak te kort aan personeel.

Onze familie gaat hier regelmatig eten. Altijd goed eten! De sfeer is ook fijn. De kinderen kunnen bij de visjes kijken en soms ook eten geven.

Heerlijk glutenvrij gegeten van bakplaat en buffet. Ik vond dat er best veel keuzes zijn voor glutenvrij. Voor mijn zoontje met koemelk allergie hadden ze gelukkig een waterijsje. Dit restaurant is op de hoogte van glutenvrij eten. Top!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime keuze en alle gerechten zijn heerlijk. Alles ziet er netjes verzorgd uit.

Wir essen seit über 20 Jahren hier und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Das Büffet mit fertigen Speisen bietet genug Auswahl an einfachen und leckeren Gerichten. Im Wok und auf der Bakplaat werden frische Zutaten nach Wunsch zubereitet. Dazu kann man aus zahlreichen Soßen wählen. Mein Tipp: Thaise Kerriesaus, Curry, scharf aber köstlich! Da gibt es alles, was das Herz und der Magen begehren! Lachs, ganzen Fisch, Gambas wähle ich immer mit viel frischem Gemüse. Fleischesser kommen auch auf ihre Kosten. Sogar für Nachtisch ist gesorgt: Süße Früchte und ein tolles Eisbüffet. Wer hier meckert, dem ist nicht zu helfen! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, denn auch dass man sich willkommen fühlt, gehört zu einem gelungenen Abend(essen) dazu!
