We spent a wonderful evening at Bacca. The food was excellent. We had various homemade ravioli, truffled tagliatelle and a great ribeye steak with fresh black truffles. The side dishes were also prepared to perfection. The service was also great, friendly and a lot was explained. The wine recommendation was great. The best Italian food for us in a long time. We would love to come back! Thank you for the evening.

Very nice cozy place. Food and staff are really good. A bit expensive, portions are kinda little, but super tasty. The place is not that big, but it is very nice. Very nice for place for 2 or for anniversary with your second half.

As much as I would like to avoid leaving a negative review, I must share my recent experience at Bacco restaurant. My partner and I both suffered from food poisoning after dining there, which can only be attributed to our meal at this establishment, as we had not consumed anything out of the ordinary elsewhere. We both ordered the Meat of the Day, which was Rib Eye Steak with Porcini mushrooms and fried potatoes. Unfortunately, about 5-6 hours, after our dinner at Bacco, in the middle of the night we began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning including vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, but odd from the start, and I regret not trusting my instincts and leaving before ordering. It was concerning to see that on a Saturday evening, only two tables were occupied. We were served by what appeared to be the owner herself, who seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. She appeared to be rushing around and was visibly stressed. She dropped items, spoke quickly and unclearly, and seemed unable to give proper attention to her guests. Overall, our experience at Bacco was extremely disappointing and has resulted in three days of total discomfort and illness. I strongly advise against dining here, as it is clear that food safety and customer service are not priorities for the establishment.

After a pleasant day in Amsterdam, I landed in this small but nice restaurant. The waitress seemed very chaotic with a few tables occupied in the restaurant. After it was indicated that there was something in the first wine, we promptly received a second one. The second one had something in it again and she poured it without really looking. This caused wine to spill over the cutlery and into the water. Then we got our main course. The ravioli consisted of 6 pieces and extra truffle. The extra truffle cost €10 extra without indicating this. The walnuts were forgotten (1/3 of the dish). However, she offered to add this. As a result, I paid €32 for a dish that looked and felt less like a Beef Carpaccio. The other pasta ordered was not cooked properly. Paid around €70 for 2 main courses. A glass of wine and a beer. In our opinion, much more money than what it was worth.

Such a beautiful authentic Italian restaurant! We were there spontaneously and it was perfect! We had some buffala and dry aged carpaccio as starters. For Maincourse we’ve had truffle Linguine as and it was AMAZING! 5/5 Loved it and the whole ambience!

A warm welcome on Boxing Day and a delicious Christmas menu. Well prepared dishes. The antipasto of St. Scallops were just right, The primo, lasagna with wild boar, was nice and creamy and the gamey flavor came through well. The secondo, in my case the Brazilian fillet, was medium rare and wonderfully tender with a simple sauce of reduced red wine. The wine I chose was a Ripasso Superiore Valpolicella, which goes well with the lasagna and fillet because of its spicy and full nose. The whole was nicely ended by a variation on the tiramisu, with Panettone as a base instead of savoiardi, and a simple grappa di casa. Really delicious food and a very hospitable welcome in a nice atmosphere. Grazie mille e a la prossima...

Das Essen würde ich als gehobe italienische Küche bezeichnen. Wir fanden es sehr lecker und auch schön angerichtet. Das Personal war uns sympatisch und hat uns freundlich auf Englisch bedient. Ich würde das Restaurant Freunden empfehlen. Abstriche muss man bei der Aussicht auf ein Mehrfamilienhausviertel hinnehmen. Die Toiletten waren sauber aber veraltet.

Kwam hier altijd met veel plezier toen ik nog in Amsterdam woonde. Nu voor het eerst sinds 2 jaar weer en het is nog altijd een heel fijn restaurant.

Klein gezellig restaurant met goed verantwoord eten en geweldige wijnen zowel op glas ruime keuze als op fles. Eten was geweldig zelfs met een waslijst met allergieën eet je super. Je kan paar dagen vantevoren als je reserveert ook buiten de kaart om bestellen de Kok is fenomenaal wat kan hij lekker koken zeg.

Gastvrouw is erg gestrest en te aanwezig. Je hebt meer het gevoel dat je bij iemand thuis eet waar niks mis mee is ,alleen je krijgt de indruk dat je niet te gast ben maar andersom. ook lopen ze in de keuken te discussiëren denk dat het beetje Italiaans temperament is maar ook niet echt prettig. Het eten is niks mis mee. Porties mogen wel groter!!.

Good Italian restaurant! The ingredients are very fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed meat plate for starters, you could taste Italy! Burata was very fresh and nicely served with vegetables. Beef tartar was not seasoned enough for my taste. Ravioli with pumpkin and truffles were very good combination of sweet and salty dish, but instead of adding truffle on the top, I would expect from a restaurant dish to make a truffle sauce on the side. Tasty but poorly executed. We ordered meat of the day and meat was absolutely perfect! I would expect more creative sides with meat than grilled veggies and some potatoes. Desserts were absolutely delicious, very much recommend! We had tiramisu and baba nopolitan! Service was very friendly and the ambience is nice, but as the place is quite small it is mot bery intimate! Prices are moderate- the follow Italian restaurant prices in Amsterdam!

Food was good. But for this price you can get either more sophisticated food or bigger portions in other places:) Very friendly waiter.

Prettige bediening, mooie ruimte. Maar.. 1. Een grote groep in zo'n intiem restaurant werkt niet voor individuele gasten 2. De Ribeye was waterig en had nagenoeg geen smaak. Heel vlak terwijl juist een ribeye met zijn vet vol van smaak behoort te zijn Bevroren geweest? Jammer van de 180 euro die wij met z'n drieën hebben besteedt.

The menu, while limited, is full of nice dishes. The spices infused with the meat is amazing to taste, and the softness of the pasta is an experience I can recommend everyone. Really friendly staff, very helpful and provide service when needed. 5 stars, no doubt

I've been at Bacco with a friend. We started with a wonderful Aperol Spritz, very italian and very well done spritz. We then move to share one pasta, Rigatoni with Salsiccia. Happy that we shared it, since it was a lot. We finally shared the Fish of the Day and it was delicious. Indeed a good place for dinner.

Al twee keer erg goed en lekker gegeten hier. Wat mij betreft het beste Italiaanse restaurant in de buurt. De wijn is ook erg lekker. Verwacht hier geen pizza's, maar bijzondere en unieke gerechten waar je graag voor terug komt. Voor kwaliteit moet je hier zijn, echt een aanrader dus!
