What a great evening! Great food and great service. This is my second time here and we just love it!

Food was super tasty, service was high quality&smiley. Met my expectations. Is recommended for all kinds of dates, meetings for a nice evening.

Incredible meal, world class experience. Welcoming atmosphere & table layout. Ilyia & Alba were our servers & they were exceptional. They guided our ordering with top recommendations. Our group of six shared tapas style & each selection was better than the previous. Highlights were the swordfish, pasta pepe, and the tar tar. Highly recommend, don't hesitate making a reservation.

Great place. Really good and pleasant atmosphere, excellent and professional service and you can see that the place is top notch. Although the portions are a bit small and expensive, that's part of the concept of the place. We really enjoyed the good food, wine and the seating. Highly recommend

We were sitting in a place where it was cold and you could see hotel guests walking around where the cold came from, it seemed, which made our food cold within seconds.

Food was served very quickly, to the point where it felt rushed. Several dishes were overly salty and arrived lukewarm, which made the experience feel more like fast food than a restaurant. Our server had difficulty communicating in English, and even after we asked her to slow the pace of service, it didn’t improve.

Oh men this place you realy wanne come here for but 1 reason to eat pasta out of a parmesan cheese wheel. (Its is a order for 2 persons) The service is beyond great they will offer good wine tasting befor choosing. But the pasta realy you wanne come for the pasta

I have never been in such a wonderful restaurant than Tozi in the Netherlands. Everybody was so nice and polite, the food was amazing like in Italy. Here you can get quality over quantity, but if you order the shared meals you can easily get full. I only can recommend this place.👌🏻

I made a reservation on Wednesday and received confirmation for Friday evening. On Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., I received an email saying the reservation had been canceled. I tried to contact them by phone, but ended up with a seemingly clueless secretary. She said she'd call back, but didn't. What a huge letdown if you're planning to dine somewhere, make a reservation on time, and the restaurant doesn't even bother to call if they don't have a table at the last minute or are unavailable if something goes wrong. It's incredibly unwelcoming to me!

Rafi was just amazing! Super friendly and helpful, he was patient and answered every question. Definitely made the night even better. Food and atmosphere of the restaurant are great!! Perfect for a group event or date! I would definitely recommend

Wow! What a treat! Food was incredible especially the tuna tartar and pasta course. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The atmosphere is elegant and also cozy. I will be back!

A great spot for a nice evening out! We were celebrating our fifth anniversary here, and everything was perfect. They have three menu options, you can choose A la Carte, ‘Best of Tozi’ and ‘Feast of Tozi’. The latter two being a selection from the a la carte menu, and all dishes are for sharing. We chose from the a la carte menu because we wanted to try some things that weren’t on the special menus. We started with the Sea bream Carpaccio, the Burrata and the focaccia with anchovies. All of which were absolutely fantastic. After that we had the Mezze maniche and the aubergine parmigiana which was to die for. Sadly tho after those two courses we were full, with sadly meaning we still wanted to taste more, especially the cacio e pepe with real truffel! But, as always, there was still some room for the tiramisu from heaven. The food was absolutely amazing and i would recommend everyone to eat here, we are sure to come again. Furthermore it should be noted that the staff made the evening complete. Our waiter was Elia, and he made our evening perfect. Telling us about the menu, helping us choose a good bottle of wine (and making sure our glasses were always filled), and giving us some background on the food upon serving it. You can tell the staff is well trained and are taking pleasure of making your evening memorable!

TOZI provided absolutely sublime food in a very relaxing restaurant where the service was impeccable. Elia and the entire staff went out of their way to take good care of us. The service sets TOZI apart from most other restaurants but the food was delightful. The barrel aged Negroni is something that shouldn’t be missed. We will be back to TOZI.

We saw TOZI in Amsterdam foodie and decided to give it a try. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Every dish was great but the ricotta ravioli with shaved truffle was unbelievable! Our waiter, Stefanos, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care of us.

The presentation of the dishes and the exterior of the restaurant are ever so tasteful, and the service is wonderfully friendly.

Nice location and ambience. It's the restaurant within the Park Plaza hotel. Extensive menu, we ordered a burrata, focaccia, Caccio e pepe to share - burrata and focaccia were great but we were not very pleased with the caccio e pepe - very dry and the truffle layer grated on top was not a pleaser. Found it a bit too pricey but Tiramisu and starters were good.

Food was delicious, however, the cacio e pepe was served pretty much cold (still delicious but I prefer my pasta warm). I have been here two times and first time was a better experience (not sure if that was because we had a course menu). Overall, I did enjoy the restaurant and the atmosphere.

Dinner at Tozi exceeded all expectations! Every dish we tried was exceptional (don’t miss the Zuccini Fritti!) some of the most attentive staff I’ve experienced in Amsterdam (we were served by Elia, he was fantastic!) and the setting is just stunning. All windows look out on the beautiful homes surrounding Vondelpark. Wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend coming here for delicious Italian food.

Easy yes from me! If you are looking for fine italian dining in the gorgeous Vondelpark area of amsterdam, Tozi is the spot! We had incredible service from our waiter, Elia, who walked us through whole menu and was a delight the whole evening. The highlights for me were the ambience, the service, the focaccia and ravioli.

ordered a tasting menu at Tozi & it started out strong! House made focaccia & the tuna were the clear winners. ricotta Cheese & truffle ravioli was a bit overwhelming (personally don’t like ricotta), but the texture was perfection! i wish the eggplant parmigiana were a bit more breaded for texture (overall was a bit soggy & thick with sauce) tiramisu ratio was off although i enjoyed the cup presentation! (too much crème per cookie)

It was such a disappointment! My partner took me for my birthday dinner as he tried it before and wanted me to try their great food. 1st, many of the famous options are not available, which we were craving for. 2nd, the food was so disappointing in a way I felt that any Italian Nona would be so pissed to know they call it Italian. The service was bad, I ordered a drink the moment we arrived and I only got it by the last course! Last but not least, with all that, the prices were insane and didn't make any sense whether for the quality or for the portions. I hope they take this review as a feedback to improve, so we can return back and leave with happy faces and stomachs.

I must say that I've wanted to try this place for a long time, and today I finally had the chance to come. I'm very happy with the experience, 100% recommended. Average Italian, just very expensive for what it is

MOST BAD RESTAURANT!!!!!!! Pasta was cold and tasted like stinky socks. Literally a little bit of truffle for 15 euros extra. There is no sauce and no salad or anything with the steak. So I didn't get any dressing that was supposed to be there. In addition, I specifically asked for medium well and I got it well. It tasted like a shoe sole, or rubber. 9 euros for a bottle of water is also ridiculous. The waiter even says 'we are obliged to sell water to customers by our boss', that is really bad that you are obliged to do that. Worst business there is and certainly not worth it. You spend almost 100 euros on 2 dishes and you are not even full. People, I warn you that it is not worth it and what you see on social media is not true about the praise for this restaurant.

We had an amazing time at Tozi! The lobster pasta was incredible, and the deserts were amazing too, especially the poached pear. Skander was our waiter, he had great recommendations for wine pairings for us, we felt very taken care of.

The food was good, but I’d like to comment on what I read about the waiter (Iskandar )! I actually faced the same Even if he is Saudi ( HE IS NOT ) it’s not appropriate for him to engage in sensitive political discussions in a public setting I came to the restaurant to enjoy my dinner ! not to be drawn into uncomfortable conversations He introduced himself to me as Tunisian which contradicts your response and raises questions about its accuracy I hope this issue is taken seriously and handled more appropriately in the future

We had the best of Tozi menu which allowed us to try the highlight dishes from the restaurant. The braised ox cheek with jerusalem artichoke puree was the favorite of the night. Very tender meat, rich in flavour from the jus, and smooth puree. The cacio e pepe with black truffle is I believe one of their signatures. Though we appreciated the service where the pasta was swirled unto the cheese wheel, we found the pasta to be slightly undercooked and hard to chew. Scallop with nduja sauce was a new combo we never heard of. Nevertheless, scallops were cooked perfectly and the tangy slightly spicy nduja sauce elevated the dish.

We had high expectations for our dinner, but the service fell short. Our waitress was rude, inattentive, and came across as if she didn’t want to be there. On top of that, the food itself was average and didn’t live up to the pricing. Overall, a disappointing experience that we wouldn’t repeat.

Everything was good. Not great. Had missing cutlery and napkin when the first course arrived, during the second course the plates were missing again and the spaghetti was lukewarm at best and had a little more black pepper than needed, overpowering the taste of the truffle and spaghetti. Seemed like 1 person was missing to allow the staff to be more attentive for the customers. Can’t really complain about the food, it is good. But again, for a restaurant of this caliber, the small things add up to an overall less than satisfactory experience. Not a bad one overall, but could easily be improved.

I would say it deserves all 5 stars. To find us in Amsterdam (I speak as an Italian) we eat really well. We had a cacio e pepe split in two, which to tell the truth I never expected to be so good. (Obviously we are not in Rome) But it was very creamy and made with tonnarelli. We also took black angus divided in two on this I only have to say one thing, the medium cooking was overcooked but still excellent meat. What can I say, a truly elegant and intimate environment. A light note, the reception should be a little more accurate. But really everything was perfect.

Pay attention if you need to cancel your reservation even if it's for a very serious reason, they will take you the money. I made I reservation for 6 people but unfortunately my wife had an intense pain due to hernia. I tried to cancel via the email confirmation and the system was not working. Tried to call and they didn't pick the call. Later the tried to call but I was not with my phone and then just took me 150€ from my bank account. So I'm still curious about the food but I think it's a restaurant more about the money and not about the client experience. NL Please note: if you have to cancel your reservation, even for a very serious reason, they will take your money. Recently we had an opportunity to visit this place. Our experience was not even horrible, it was just awful. The quality of food was not worth its money, truffles pasta was very spicy and tiny portions, truffle wasn’t fresh at all, none tasty,burrata salad wasn’t great either. In the end, they wanted to charge us more for the water we didn’t drink, giving us some non reasonable excuse. The staff was very unfriendly, kind of rude and lack of professional service, when we left no one even said “thank you or goodbye “ I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

We came to Tozi after seeing it recommended as one of the must-visit spots in Amsterdam, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. We ordered the Cacio e pepe with truffle and the truffle risotto—both were disappointing. The pasta was undercooked and lacked enough sauce, and the risotto tasted more like plain rice than a rich, creamy risotto. On the positive side, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the servers were friendly and attentive. However, the overall experience felt overpriced and underwhelming. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend it.

Quality of food is fine. But what an uninterested and worthless service. Everything takes a long time and you have to attract the attention of the service for everything. That does not do any good to the quality of the food.
