Really, really good empanadas! and a beautiful & clean shop

Pretty good price/quantity ratio consider Amsterdam. The taste is average/lower end but there is decent variety and it's good takeout once in a while for a quick snack. Awkward/weird staff, but pretty fast.

Delicious! All the empanadas I’ve tried so far have been amazing. I love that they sell empanadas both fresh (they’ll heat them up for you again if you’d like) and frozen. I haven’t tried anything else in the store but I’m very intrigued by the alfajores. The inside is always nice and clean and I always like the music they’re playing. Definitely recommend this place 👍

Very tasty empanadas. I did get the one with salmon instead of chicken, but it was still very tasty.

Sweets are really delicious, so if you are here/order online, it is highly recommended. HOWEVER, the empanadas? I'm sorry, it's so incredibly disappointing. Dry, old hard and empty. I recently ate empanadas at another place, so I certainly have a comparison that this is not the intention. It is also such a bizarre quality difference with the desserts. I'm amazed.

Unfortunately, it was the last time I have bought empanadas there. Today I have bought 2 packs of frozen empanadas. 1. Instead of Palermo (with chicken) empanadas I’ve received empanadas with beef. 2. And the second pack with Recoleta empanadas also disappointed. Lady, who packed my box put there 3 broken empanadas. There is no way to cook them so that the filling does not fall out. Very disappointed.

Had a take away and the crust was really good. They have so many varieties and it’s difficult to find this in Amsterdam. Will be back!

This place is great to get empanadas(pies). The empanadas were very delicious. They are crunchy, the filling was excellent and tasted fresh. I tried different fillings and all tasted delicious. I recommend that people try the Argentinian empanadas.

They look at you askance if you don't immediately address them in English. Chick with short black hair with curls acted all irritated when I came to buy a pie in the middle of the day as if they don't want to have customers. Then I look very arrogant and act like I'm bothering her while I just order one thing.

This place has great empanadas, both in taste and quantity of flavors. my favorite is the pork one. Furthermore, the service has always been excellent. Next visit I will explore the menu more. an authentic piece of Argentina in Amsterdam.

Lekkere empanadas maar wat een onbeschofte medewerkers.. Meermalen geweest en elke keer voel je je niet welkom. Ik hoopte dat het een moment opname was maar helaas niet.

Been here 3 times, had a great time. Their empanadas are on point, aswell as the alfajores and coffee. The employees are super friendly and the whole place has a really chill vibe. If i lived in Amsterdam i would stop by everyday!

Comparing with other Argentinian empanadas I have tried, these are not very tasteful, quite simple and customer service very cold. However, I will come back to try the Alfajores.

They are okey. They are missing some sauce to go with.. And some of the fillings are not so nice.

Absolutely great tasting fillings and thin and flaky crust.

Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Lovely little place, extremely friendly staff, but the empanadas were simply underwhelming. I tried the chicken, pork belly and beef, all were equally disappointing.

Best empanadas I had in a very long while! We ordered seven to share as a couple and took them to Vondelpark for a picnic. The empanadas were AMAZING! Already wanna go back and have another one. My favs were salmon and the sweet potato one 💛

Great place for authentic Argentinian empanadas. The personnel is very friendly and the empanadas are very delicious! The empanadas are crunchy, taste fresh, and the filling is just amazing. With every bite it feels like being transported to Argentina.

10/10 I was looking for a place where u can come and quickly grab a nice warm snack. This is perfect for that! They have huuuuge variety of empanadas which basically reming sandwich, but just with much more pleasurable texture. High recommendation from a very picky person!

Friendly little empanadas and pastries shop right next to the Oosterpark. Perfect to grab a bite and munch in the park. The list of empanadas is quite extensive and i'm slowly working my way through the menu trying different ones each visit. In other words: i keep coming back to this place, their great.

Excellent and fresh empanadas! The menu has a large variety to please everyone from meat lovers to vegans. Also really nice desserts and quick service. If you’re in Oost and looking for a quick bite to enjoy in Oosterpark be sure to check them out!

Great spot for an empanada (or two). Empanada fiorito (with smoked salmon) is highly recommended. Also the place where you can buy yerba maté and other Argentinian stuff.

Popped by for takeout. The store isn't too big so there are only around 4-5 seats inside if you want to eat in. As soon as you walk in, there's a long display case of lovely pastries. Prices are all written on the blackboard at the back of the till in a legible size. Not the easiest to understand but still straightforward I think. The description of each savoury flavour is written down and dotted around the shop. They have both sweet and savoury - there's no description of the sweet pastries but the lovely lady at the shop will always explain it to you if you ask. No pricing for the sweet pastries unless it was on the blackboard and I missed it. We got the frozen savoury pastries and they come unbaked and frozen. We ordered the sweet pastry that looks like a croissant (1 plain and 1 with caramel ) - both were very nice but I preferred the plain sweet one as it was more buttery. The caramel had a bit too much caramel filling.

Some of the best food I had during my whole time in Amsterdam! And they gave me a free pastry dessert just cause 😊

Cozy little place Nice empanadas Tried La Criolla, San Telmo and La Nortena and i think the best was La Criolla 👍
